One Piece System

One Piece System
BOUNTIES

As Merry introduced his ship, Ken walked straight to the side of the ship and touched it with his hands. If one looked at Ken's hand carefully, they would realize that his hand was trembling slightly. Ken, in his previous life was a big fan of One Piece and the only moment in the entire series where he almost cried was the moment of 'Merry's' death'

Even Ace's death didn't hit him as hard as 'Merry'' death'. So when he saw the old ship again, he promised inwardly that he would make sure it would not die like the original. He knew that this ship would not be enough to cross the entire Grand Line.

But at least he wouldn't let her die!! Merry was an integral part of their journey and as Luffy once said, the Straw Hat crew never left their nakama. Zoro, Luffy, and Nami are confused as to why Ken came forward and touched the ship, but it doesn't matter because they are happy they finally got a good ship.

As they admired the ship, from the corner of their eyes they saw Usopp rolling down the hill with his big bag bulging and becoming a big ball. And now Usopp rolled with the weight of this heavy bag. The roll did not stop and in the end Luffy and Zoro had to stop it with their feet tracing right in front of Usopp.

Here, the story does not go as the original. Luffy invited Usopp from the start and Usopp after a long thought accepted the invitation. In the original story, Usopp had his own contribution but here there was nothing so Luffy invited him in on this.

Ken did not understand why he invited Usopp but seeing no deviation from the crew members, it was fine. Ken only cares about people who will join them, other stories can go to hell.

He already has big plans for the future and he needs the help of his friends to carry them out. Once the crew was ready and Usopp drew the flag of their pirate ship, everyone said goodbye.

It is time to leave Syrup Village.

Nami had grown a number of oranges in the garden, while Zoro happily brought some heavy dumbbells and an exercise machine himself. Luffy found his place on the sheep's head and loved it. Ken is just in the kitchen trying to make food while Usopp tries to make better utensils for himself and improve his accuracy with his catapults.

Actually Ken wants to take Usopp and show him the power of that system but he holds back and the reason is Nami. Nami has not joined their crew permanently and if her greed takes over her kindness then it might be dangerous for her.

Until Arlong is dropped or Nami joins the crew wholeheartedly, Ken doesn't want to expose his system. All they can do is wait. Of course Zoro and Luffy did not ask why Ken did not show his 'Demon Fruit' to the crew but they did not ask.

A day passed on their way and the next day there was a big seagull flying in the air. The seagull wore a small hat on its head and had a bag that had a rope running across the body of the seagull.

It might look strange but it was a well-known distributor of the Morgan newspaper. Morgan is a big name in the Pirate World. Both because of his underworld influence and the power to handle the opinions of people with the help of his newspapers.

Nami bought a newspaper after paying a few stomachs and started reading. But from the newspaper fell two bounty posters that flew away and hit the face of Usopp who was trying a new canon that had been installed on the ship by Merry.

Usopp struggled for a while and finally saw the gift poster that had distracted him. Her jaw dropped looking at the gift poster.

"Oi LUFFY'S.. Here.. Here.. Here's your gift poster.. Haha.. We're famous.."

Luffy ran towards Usopp and so did Zoro when he heard there was a poster of Luffy's gift and wished he had one too.

"Show.., Show... Oh!! only 12 million. It's very less." Luffy said as he looked at the gift poster. Zoro was also disappointed to see Luffy's fugitive price so low. He expected a better reward because he believed Luffy was much stronger than he showed.

Nami came and took the gift in her hand and her eyes turned into horror as she looked at the gift. He thought it was really 12 million but when he read the numbers carefully he understood that what Luffy was reading was wrong.

The reward is 120 million stomachs!!

"What happened to Nami?" Usopp came and asked Nami because he did not see the number on the poster. He was just happy that the captain of the ship got the prize. When Usopp read the numbers from Luffy's poster, he finally understood why Nami was frightened.

After he realized how great the reward was, Usopp became even more fearful than before. The 120 million prize was the highest in East Blue as far as he knew. And now their captain has one.

Meanwhile, Ken was looking at another poster that fell from the newspaper. And like Luffy he's not in a good mood. Not because of the number that Luffy seems to have misread, but because of the name on the poster.

It must have been the poster but she did not understand why her name was different on the poster.
