Later that night, Revan who had been called by his grandfather to go home immediately cleaned his desk.
What was it Grandpa suddenly told me to go home, thought Revan in astonishment.
Because his grandfather must know if his grandson is a lot of work, left his assistant just like that makes him have to do everything himself.
Not wanting to think much, Revan rushed out of his room.
Revan drives his car at moderate speed, the road is still quite crowded because it is only half eight at night.
Arriving on a fairly quiet street Revan even slightly increased his speed. Suddenly, someone ran to the highway. Revan immediately stepped on the brakes.
Citt...
The sound of wheel friction that stopped suddenly sounded quite loud.
I didn't hit, did I? Where is that guy?
The man in front of his car suddenly disappeared. The curious Revan got out of his car to make sure that the man had not been hit by him.
Revan walked to the front of his car, so surprised when he found a woman was hugging her knees in front of the light of the lights from his car.
"Miss, are you okay?" ask Revan.
The woman raised her head facing right in front of the light of her car.
Sontak Revan gasped in surprise when he saw the woman's face.
"He's a human or a ghost?" thought Revan.
How Revan could have thought if the woman was a ghost because around the woman's eyes it was black plus her long, disheveled hair.
"Help me, sir" the woman begged, clenching her hands together.
"Huh..," Revan regained his senses upon hearing the woman make a sound.
"Help me sir, take me away from here. I beg you." The woman again pleaded with tears.
"Why should I help you?" ask Revan. To be honest, he was afraid, at night like that meeting a woman on the street and asking to be taken away.
"Please Master I don't have much time, or they'll catch me." Now the woman is even kneeling at Revan's feet.
Revan was confused as to how, he looked around but there was no one else there.
Suddenly there was the sound of footsteps running and it seemed like not just one person but many.
The woman seemed to hear it too. He immediately begged Revan again. He was no longer able to run, his legs were very sick especially he did not use footwear
"Master, I beg you. They're getting closer."
Revan, who could not bear to help him.
"Go inside" said Revan.
"Thank you, sir" said the woman with sparkling eyes and continued to bend her body.
Finally Revan took the woman away from there. Looking at the rearview mirror, it was true that there was a group of men who had arrived after Revan left from there. While the woman continued to cry in fear.
"Don't cry anymore, we're a long way from that place." Revan tried to calm him down.
"Clean your face" Revan ordered, handing over the tissue box. Yes, since then the man was disturbed by the dark circles around the eyes of the woman. Especially in the light the light looks more scary.
"Thank you, I owe you one." The woman bowed back.
"So humans are supposed to help each other, so don't think about it." Revan answered casually.
"No sir, I don't know them either. I was framed by my own brother, he said he wanted to help me earn money but it turned out they sold me to a striped-nose guy. I realized that something was wrong and they ran after me." The woman told me what happened to her.
Revan seemed to listen and occasionally glanced, according to him the woman was not lying. Once upon a time there were still men who could afford a good woman to be a n*fsu satisfied.
Iskakkan back heard from the woman, Revan can not do anything because they did not know each other and did not want until there is slander.
"Where is your house, let me deliver it to your house." Revan is unlikely to leave the woman alone by the side of the road.
"No sir, I go down at the front intersection only," the woman refused, she felt bad if it was too much trouble.
"I won't drop you by the side of the road, show you the way quickly." Revan who did not want to be denied also confirmed his words.
"At the front turn left sir" pointed the woman out.
Revan followed his directions, so right in front of the narrow alley the woman asked to stop her car.
"Stop here, sir," he said.
Revan looks at the area, where there are only rows of shophouses on the side of the road.
"Thank you again, sir, I don't know how to repay your kindness."
"Where's your house?" ask Revan.
"Get in the alley, sir," pointed the woman at a narrow alley.
"I'm sorry, sir, thank you so much for your help once again." the woman continued to bend her body.
"Do you really need money?" revan asked the woman suddenly.
"Yes, sir" the woman replied, lowering her head.
"Here, come to the place listed there. I can give you a job if you want" Revan said, handing over a business card.
The woman accepted it with teary eyes, not expecting that there were still rich people willing to help her even now to give her a job.
"Thank you sir, may Allah repay your kindness with something better."
For a man who has nothing seems to only pray that he can give to repay the good of others.
"Together." After that Revan immediately left the woman who was still standing by the roadside.
I hope what I do is right, I just want to help him.
Revan resumed his journey home which had been hampered. He saw his watch that showed eight o'clock more.
Hopefully grandfather is not angry because I'm late to go home, yes grandfather would understand if I'm late for helping people who need help.
,,,
At home, everything was ready. People were also gathered behind the house. This time my grandfather also invited some of his relatives in Jakarta. As well as to introduce Rara as the daughter-in-law of the Hermawan family.
to be continued...
