Patience in Wounds (Stupidity)
123. The Poor (Sakka & Lia)

°°°

Lia, the girl who hasn't been heard from in a long time. Where's he going, is he okay?

Of course well, he is even better than before. His days were no longer upset or afraid of meeting Sakka. The friendship they had established brought with them the positive energy of Lia's morning.

Although Sakka often appears around him but does not make Lia disturbed at all. In fact, when there is Sakka beside him, Lia's world feels colored and not monotonous anymore. The man managed to make Lia comfortable with all her actions that are nosy and comforting.

As of this moment, Sakka was accompanying Lia delivering food. Yes of course using Lia's matic motorbike, they were shaking hands with laughter because Sakka kept joking.

Maybe if anyone saw, they would think they were dating.

"Until.." said Sakka turned off the motor.

Febby came down and immediately delivered the order to the house. "Wait a minute" he told Sakka.

"Every Princess," said Sakka as she bent her body and Lia just shook her head to look at the man's behavior.

Lia punched the doorbell and soon the occupants of the house came out.

"Your order Miss," said Lia.

"How many Mothers?" The customer asks for the amount to be paid.

" Everything is one hundred and twenty thousand" Lia said, handing over the payment receipt.

The woman then gave two pieces of money hundreds of thousands. "Take the change" he said, but what made Lia angry was that the woman instead of handing over the money was good to Lia. But instead threw it, as if Lia was a beggar.

The action was a rebuke to the anger of Lia who did not accept himself to be denigrated so, even though he was a difficult person and desperately needed money does not mean his pride can be trampled like that.

"Sorry Miss, the money." Lia was still giving the woman a chance, if the woman was willing to apologize and take the money then Lia wouldn't mind it.

"You didn't see that money, cih..." The woman poked her lips and looked at Lia cynically.

"But you dropped it" said Lia who was still trying to be patient.

"If the fall is still taken, people like you do like to collect," he said more demeaning. "What is still lacking, hard people just do not want to take change."

Lia re-mas her fingers held her fury, if not remember if hurting others can be hit by the article then in prison surely Lia has vented her anger at this time.

Lia then took the money that had fallen on the floor.

The woman smiled with satisfaction when she saw Lia the food delivery girl pick up the money she dropped. But her smile did not last long as Lia suddenly threw the money in her face.

"What are you doing!!" The woman glared.

"I may be poor, but I am not poor in self-esteem. Beggars will be upset if you throw the money you give. Don't ever boast about the money you have." Lia's furious rage made her dare to defend her pride.

"Poor people have doubts, you don't know who I am?" the woman did not accept.

"I don't know and don't want to know, excuse me." Lia turned her body.

"You..." The woman was about to hit Lia from behind, fortunately only the person who blocked her hand.

Lia turned around and saw Sakka holding the woman's hand which was already floating in the air, if uncertain about the head of Lia's section at the back.

"Never touch it or you'll know the consequences!" Sakka warned the woman with an intimidating look.

"It doesn't matter why I'm here, I warn you once again never to dare touch my woman with your hand." Sakka threw the woman's hand and made the woman grimace in pain.

Then Sakka walked towards Lia who was sculpting and took her hand to leave the place immediately.

"Let's go," Sakka asked.

While Lia still did not understand the situation, Sakka said that she belonged to him.

"Sakka, wait. Then what is this, you are even dating this food delivery girl. What is less than me? Or because this woman sold herself to you?" The woman did not accept it and now vented it insulting Lia.

"So talk!! You no longer want to enjoy your wealth. Do I need to get my father to cancel his partnership with your father's company."

Sakka's speech seems to be able to make the woman's silence, proved the woman can not say anything more. He clearly did not want to fall poor for offending the son of his father's business partner.

"Damn!! Why Sakka would prefer that poor woman over me. I have to find a way to let the woman know herself" the woman grinned with a smile. A plan was already in his head.

While Sakka and Lia are currently shaking hands, I don't know where Sakka runs the bike. What is certain is that because he was upset he did not realize that at this time the road he was on was not the road to the restaurant where Lia worked.

"Are you okay?" ask Lia.

"Ha...what?" Apparently Sakka did not hear clearly what Lia was saying.

"Are you okay, why are we going this way?" ask Lia again.

Sakka stopped his motorbike.

"I'm sorry, I'm not concentrating" he said.

"It's okay, are you thinking about that woman? Do you know each other?" ask Lia, even though she already knows the answer.

"Not for what I thought, she's just a woman in my dark past. Now I'm thinking about me" said Sakka, then he got off the bike and took off the helmet he was wearing.

"Can we talk for a second?" tanyakanya.

Lia also understood he got off the bike and took off his helmet as well.

"We're sitting there," Sakka asked at the seat in the small garden.

"I'm sorry, because of me, you have to listen to something you shouldn't have to accept." Sakka seems to be very unwilling when someone insults Lia, because he is a despicable human being.

"No need to apologize, it's not your fault." Lia didn't feel Sakka guilty because that woman had gone too far.

Lia realized that Sakka had really changed for the better.

to be continue...
