Patience in Wounds (Stupidity)

Patience in Wounds (Stupidity)
46. May it?

Revan almost forgot about the problem with Rara that happened in the car earlier this afternoon. Busy worrying about the arrival of her in-laws, Revan forgets everything.

Though he had intended to find out, but from Febby who suddenly had a stomachache and news in-laws came to make his head twitch.

Although Revan forgot but he was convinced and believed that his wife did not do what Febby said earlier. However, he did not expect that his actions that did not defend his wife turned out to hurt his feelings.

"Please don't cry anymore, I'm really sorry that my attitude has hurt your heart. It's not that I trust him but I have no evidence to defend you. Even if I deny what he says is free, he won't stop slandering you."

Revan no longer knows how to explain to his wife, again he became the cause of tears flowing.

While Rara kept turning her face away, she reluctantly sat down with her husband. Looking at her eyes only reminded Rara of her husband's gaze which showed if she didn't believe him.

"Do you want to forgive me?"

"I've forgiven Brother, even before Revan apologized" Rara said.

Revan felt more and more guilty towards his wife.

"I go out first, want to see Umi and Abi."

Rara turned her body, she wanted to get out of that room.

However, someone's hand held him.

"I haven't finished explaining, yet" Revan said.

"It's clear everything, brother, there's nothing to explain anymore."

Rara tried to pull her hand.

Too bad Revan won't be that easy to let go of his wife, before everything is clear.

"Please let go of my hand, sister" please Rara.

Instead of releasing Revan, he pulled his wife's hand into his arms.

"I'm sorry, just let it go for a second." Revan asks Rara not to rebel.

Rara, who had held her husband's chest with her hands, slowly let Revan embrace her even though she did not reply to him at all.

Rara also felt the warmth of her husband's embrace for the first time. They are silent to each other's feelings, which they themselves do not know what they are.

"I'm sorry, sorry I didn't mean to hurt your heart. I just want to help you look for evidence so that no one is slandering anymore. If I say I don't trust him and say I'll look for evidence. Surely he can get people to erase all the evidence."

"Do you understand?" revan asked as he let go of his embrace.

The face of the wife who was still looking down.

"Look at me Ra," Revan ordered.

Rara was still silent.

Revan held the wife's face with both hands. He raised his head so that Rara looked at him.

"Please, look at my eyes." Look at Revan inside.

Rara finally ventured to look her husband in the eye, making the corner of Revan's lips slightly raised.

"Don't cry anymore" said Revan, wiping away the tears still running down his wife's cheek with his thumb.

"Look, I believe you. Very trusting."

There were no lies in Revan's current speech, Rara saw that from the radiance of her eyeballs.

Revan's hands still cupped his wife's face.

"I'm angry if you're disappointed, vent your frustration on me. You can hit me as much, but don't turn your face away from me anymore."

"And one more thing, there's something I'm talking about. You remember I promised to start our relationship from the beginning?" Rara nodded.

"So I went to deliver Febby later because I wanted to talk about it, wanted to end a relationship that wasn't supposed to happen. The relationship I was supposed to end before marrying you."

"I realize now that you are the wife God sent me. You have changed my life a lot. You're like a rainbow for me and grandpa."

"Thank you for accepting our match at that time, thank you for being patient and being a good wife even if you get hurt."

Revan is expressing his heart at this time, although he has not been able to interpret it all.

While Rara, looking fixed on her husband's face. Revan's words just made his heart touched. It was very clear the look of regret in her husband's eyes.

"Sister," said Rara gently, touching her husband's hand which was still cupping his face.

Rara gave a stern look to her husband. As if to say that everything is fine.

"Thank you for being my wife. Can...."

Revan wanted to hug his wife again but hesitated.

Rara raised her eyebrows.

"May I hug you again?" revan asked, he was afraid that his wife would not want to be hugged like that.

Rara nodded her head slowly.

Revan was so happy to see it, after getting permission from his wife he immediately took Rara in his arms.

This time Rara returned her embrace, immersing her face in the chest of her husband's field.

For a moment they felt a warmth flowing in the bloodstream. Revan even seemed reluctant to let go, he got closer to his wife's body. It was as if he was afraid to let go now, not knowing when he would have the chance to embrace her.

"Sister... Brother Revan can please let go, I'm claustrophobic," said Rara, in fact he also did not want to end it but Revan was too tight to hold it to make him short of breath.

"Sorry, sorry. I was too happy to be unconscious." Revan scratched his non-itchy head.

"Yes, it's okay." But Rara's cheeks were flushed at this moment.

Both are equally misbehaved, almost a month of living together this time they embrace each other. No longer know what to say.

"You want to see Abi?"

"I want to see Abi."

The two rounded their eyes, but a second later laughed as they said almost the same sentence together.

"Then I go out first Brother," said Rara.

"You want to see Abi and Umi?"

"Yes" answered Rara. After that Rara came out of her room.

Revan slammed his own body into the bed. Smiling himself imagined how he did not want to let go of his wife. There is plenty of time next time.

"Rara.. thank you," he murmured.

With his memory back on them running the Kabul ijab, Revan was a little sorry for being late in knowing how valuable his wife was.

Behind the door, Rara was holding onto her thumping chest. Something related to her husband always made her dag dig dug.

"Son, what are you doing?"

Rara was surprised to hear Grandpa Tio's voice suddenly appear.

"Grandfather...."

"Why are you surprised like that," astonished Grandpa.

"It's okay cake, I was just now. is practicing breath control." Rara replied with origin and it made grandfather laugh.

"You're just there."

"Grandfather want me to make some tea?" ask Rara.

"May, you also make for your Umi and Abi. Take it to the back garden."

"Good Cake." Rara smiled.

"Grandpa to the room first." Grandpa passed to his room.

Rara breathed a sigh of relief, fortunately grandfather did not ask a no-no.
