Chapter 15 - The Surprise of Her

Everyone was aghast when they heard the sound of the broken glass, all eyes were immediately fixed on Naura. Including Raka as well as Bian, the two men looked at Naura with unusual gazes.

"Nay, are you okay?" bian asked as he glanced at the broken glass scattered on the floor.

"It's okay, sorry, I didn't accidentally nudge the glass" Naura said, but her eyes did not imply she was truly sorry. Naura got down from her seat, she was about to clean the glass but Ms. Irna prevented it.

"Let Auntie clean up, Nay, you continue to eat," said Ms. Irna, she was visibly upset by what Naura was doing because it had disturbed the peace of their dinner.

"Once again sorry, yes," said Naura again as she moved from her chair, she looked at Nayra who was currently also staring at her. "To the room for a moment, there's something I want to talk about" he said. Nayra immediately turned to Raka who was currently staring at Naura with an unusual gaze.

As Nayra moved out of her chair, she followed Naura into the room. Arriving at the room, Naura immediately locked the door after that she let out the teasing that had been stuck in her heart.

"Can you keep your attitude in front of me, Nay? Don't mess with Raka, you don't think about my feelings? I am depressed because every day I have to be careful when talking to my father, mother, Bian, even the same maid and security guard. And casually you always make out with my husband in front of my own eyes? You got a heart, Nay?"

Nayra smiled obliquely at Naura's question that questioned Nayra's heart, she looked at her brother with an incredulous look then said, "Do you have a heart when you tell me to sleep with your husband so I can get pregnant and give birth to a child for you?" Nayra hissing sharply.

"I also have a heart, Ra, a heart that loves my fiancee and you forced me to betray her." Nayra said so sharply right in front of Naura's face, Nayra's eyes were reddened and teary recalling her life which was now turned upside down full of lies and falsehoods because of Naura. Now her twin sister is just sadistically questioning about her heart.

"Did you also have a heart when with how much you claimed to have slept with Bian, eh? I know, I also slept with Raka but it was your request that I get pregnant and everyone thought you were pregnant. While you? What's your purpose in sleeping with Bian, Naura?" Nayra growled, she also could not bear to keep all the turmoil in her heart all this time and this time she did not want to hold it anymore.

While Naura was stunned to hear Nayra's words that were so piercing her heart, Nayra's gaze was so sharp, no longer as sweet as usual. Now Nayra is like someone who has been on the verge of his patience after enduring wounds and pains all this time.

"Don't forget who threw me at your husband, Ra! It's you, why should you be angry? Don't you want to be the perfect wife and daughter-in-law? This is what you have to pay for the perfection you want!" Nayra hissed so sharply, after which she immediately went back down to eat.

Nayra took a deep breath and exhaled slowly, doing so several times to calm her rumbling feelings.

"What's up, honey?" asked Raka while dancing the chair for Nayra as usual.

"There's nothing" Nayra replied with a smile. Not long after Naura followed, she also threw a smile at everyone.

"What's up, Ra? Any issues?" bian whispered to Naura.

"No," answered Naura briefly.

"Oh yeah, when are you getting married?" ask Mr. Aditya to Bian and Naura.

"Quickly," Bian replied in spirit, while Naura could only throw a faint smile.

"Faster is better, unless you want to wait for Nayra to finish college, but it's still a long time especially now that Nayra chose leave" said Mr. Desta. As a father, of course he wants his daughter to marry the right man soon.

"Actually we haven't talked about it yet because I have a project, but after my project is over, I'll think about our marriage immediately" Bian said as he looked at Naura softly, again Naura could only respond with a faint smile. She just hopes Bian continues to be busy until Nayra gives birth later so they can return to their original roles.

"Sometimes business does make us forced to put aside personal affairs" Susmita said, chuckling.

"I took this project because of the high pay, Auntie, I need to save a lot of money for my future and Nayra later," said Bian confidently.

Nayra was filled to hear Bian's confession, since Bian had always said whatever he did at this time only for Nayra because of what he had. Orphaned as a teenager, both of his parents died in an accident.

Nayra felt more and more guilty to Bian, the angelic man she had betrayed so sadistically even though Bian always gave sincere love for her.

While Raka and Naura had only listened to their chatter in silence.

After the dinner was over, they still relaxed while enjoying the closing meal in the living room

The clock had shown at half an hour in the morning but Nayra still could not close her eyes. Naura's words kept ringing in her mind, her chest tight and sore. Especially when he remembered his Bian.

"I will go, after giving birth later I will go from Raka's life and Bian's life. I don't deserve Bian, I don't deserve him." Nayra could only scream in her heart, she cursed her life like a curse.

Unknowingly, Nayra's tears had flooded her cheeks until her pillow, her back shook and sobs could no longer hold.

Nayra even forgot that there was Raka currently sleeping by her side, Nayra hugged herself while continuing to cry as she hiccupped. Until he suddenly felt a warm embrace from Raka, Nayra's cries increasingly broke. He could only cover his face without daring to turn around and look at Raka.

"Hiks .. hiks ... hiks ...." Nayra bit her lip, she tried to suppress the tightness in her chest after which she said, "Sorry, Raka, you're waking up because of me."

Raka's embrace felt tighter and tighter, even the man slid his face into the recess of Nayra's neck and he whispered, "NAYRA."
