Chapter 16 - Tekad Raka

"NAYRAS."

Nayra was wide-eyed as she heard Raka mention her name, her whole body stiffened, her breath held in the throat even Nayra's blood seemed to open. Nayra wished she had just misheard, yes, she must have heard wrong.

However, Raka's embrace returned tighter, she kissed Nayra's nape gently and then said, "I love you, Nayra." Nayra's two eyeballs glared perfectly, she was about to turn around to ascertain whether Raka was asleep and delirious or she was conscious and said the sentence with full awareness.

However, Raka did not let Nayra turn around. Both of Raka's eyes opened, she was conscious as she was aware of what she was saying. "I'm in love with you, Nayra, I love you. I don't want to go" Raka said as if she knew what Nayra had in mind.

"Raka?" lirih Nayra did not believe it.

"I've been suspicious since the beginning that you're not Naura, only Nayra cares about street animals and Naura won't do that for any reason," knock Raka with a straightforward that makes Nayra's brain blank.

"And do you think I'm stupid, honey? It's not stupid to not be able to tell if I'm making love to a girl or not, I already know everything."

Nayra's tears spilled profusely, she thought she had fooled Raka but it turned out that the opposite happened. Nayra was embarrassed, she felt she no longer had any self-respect for having thrust her body into her own sister-in-law's bed.

Nayra's lips trembled, she was unable to say a single word until Raka said, "I already know everything, I've been to the hospital the next day after we made love for the first time, I've been to the hospital, do you remember that?" Nayra will never forget that day, the worst day of her life.

"I said I wasn't going to work, I was going to meet someone. Yeah, I went to see the Doctor who dealt with Naura five months ago, I wanted to make sure what happened, why you suddenly became Naura and were on my bed. It was a crazy and absurd thing, "said Raka full of emphasis, as if he himself was also hard to believe the actions of the twin brothers.

The doctor said the worst possibility was that Naura had to lose her uterus. I've suspected it's because Naura isn't pregnant, but I don't want to talk about it because I want to keep Naura feeling."

Raka let out a long sigh, while Nayra's sobs grew. He never expected it to turn out to have known everything even since they were before exchanging roles.

Nayra's crying increasingly broke upon hearing Raka's confession, she felt like such a foolish and lowly woman. Naura oppresses her by using Nayra's guilt, while Raka takes advantage of it.

"Why ... didn't you say, Raka?" lirih Nayra was sad, she squeezed the blanket that covered her body and Raka. "Do you want to punish you for trying to deceive you? I'm sorry, it's my fault" Nayra said amid sobs.

Raka loosened her embrace, then she gripped Naura's cheek gently after which she turned the woman's face to face.

"I'm sorry," whispered Nayra, guilt dominating her, thinking Raka was deliberately following her charade to punish Nayra. However, Raka shook her head slowly, she lifted the woman's face then wiped her tears very gently.

"I know Naura very well, I know for a fact that she forced you, right? She wants to get pregnant but she can't, because that's why she forced you to be her, am I right?" tanya Raka was full of emphasis.

Nayra shook her head weakly, the root of this matter is indeed her so she cannot blame Naura.

"I was wrong, I caused us an accident until my nephew could not be born, even I snatched away Naura's perfection, I was wrong." Raka was still faithfully wiping away Nayra's tears that were flowing nonstop, the woman's lips were trembling and her eyes were already very puffy

"No, dear, this is fate" Raka said softly. "Everything has gone according to the destiny line that should be, and I am very grateful for that," he added, which made Nayra stunned, he looked at Raka's bead with confusion.

"I love Nayra, the meek woman who loves animals, cares for everyone. I fell in love with you and I wanted to have you a long time ago, but I was late because I was already married to Naura" Raka said, leaving Nayra even more confused. He was trying to digest what this brother-in-law actually meant.

"I always wondered, why should I meet Naura first why not Nayra? Every time we meet, every time I fall in love with you, Nayra. I tried to suppress that love as much as I could because you were my sister-in-law, but it felt so hard. In fact, sometimes it's a wonder, if I could have you, my life would be perfect."

Nayra held her breath when she heard Raka's confession that had never been stifled in the slightest in her mind, her sobs even stopped even though her lips were still shaking.

"Raka?" hiss Nayra couldn't believe it.

"Raka, are you crazy?" Nayra sizzled again, it felt like this was worse than any nightmare she had ever experienced.

"You already have Naura, Raka. And I have Bian, I love Bian" Nayra said. But Raka shook her head while stroking Nayra's cheek gently.

Raka looked into Nayra's eyes intensely and deeply then said, "I love you and I will make you love you too, Nayra."
