Rahim Nayra For Naura

Rahim Nayra For Naura
Chapter 66 - (Not) Dream Marriage

Raka said the sacred promise of marriage very smoothly and confidently, making Nayra so touched let alone the man's gaze never switched one bit from her.

Nayra was crying, not expecting that she was now legally the wife of Raka. Not expecting now he will run a marriage that he never really dreamed of all this time.

Both Nayra's parents and Raka's parents look very happy too, and this is the second time they have seen their child united in a marriage bond.

However, behind that happiness there is still a hidden burden and anxiety in Ms. Irna and Mr. Desta. What if Raka also leaves Nayra?

What about Nayra and Naura?

What if they would come back to face a big problem if Naura still could not accept this harsh reality?

"Now you're my wife, you know that?" lirih Raka while wiping Nayra's tears gently.

"I know" said Nayra with a faint smile.

"We're going to build a household together, raise a child together and we're going to keep going together until death do us part."

Raka clasped Nayra's hand, gently dipping it. "I love you so much, Nayra, I love you more than anything in the world."

"I think your love is a little mixed with obsession, dear," Nayra chuckled as she recalled how Raka seemed to impose her love on Nayra.

"Whatever it is, I love you and I just want to live with you" Raka exclaimed firmly.

He cupped Nayra's cheeks and then gave a soft kiss on the surface of her lips. Nayra closed her eyes, permeating the warm kiss of Raka's spirit that seemed to reach the recesses of her heart.

"Honey," whispered Raka right in front of Nayra's lips. "Until now you don't express your feelings, what are you waiting for?"

Nayra's face met red when Raka again collect Nayra's love expression, because the woman had never once expressed love for Nayra.

"Later," whispered Nayra then kissed Raka's lips at a glance.

"No, I want to hear it now, honey," whined Raka.

"Later, if we're both in the room," said Nayra shyly who made Raka chuckle.

"All this time we are always both at home, in the room and everywhere are also always both," Raka snorted.

"I know, but now that our status is different, Raka, it's going to be even more special."

"You're right, honey, our status is now in the marriage of our dreams."

"I guess your dream wedding is because it's not really my dream wedding at all."

Raka gawked at what the woman who had now officially become his wife said, while Nayra grimaced at the look on her face.

"Nayra, you_"

Raka's words had to come to a standstill because one of her co-workers interfered. "Our guests are few but they also need us to take care of," Nayra chuckled with a wink that made Raka cluck.

However, Nayra had her right too. At this moment they have to give time to their family and some close friends Raka who came.

"Congratulations, son," said Ms. Irna who immediately gave a warm hug to Nayra. "May your marriage last, full of happiness always."

"Aamiin's."

Nayra reciprocated the mother's embrace with spoiled, different from her usual. Even Ms. Irna can feel the difference in the way Nayra hugs, making her remember that after all Nayra is a child who would want to be spoiled by her mother especially at a time like this.

Raka can only smile and look at his wife with a full day, not only because he managed to marry Nayra but he was moved to see the longing in Nayra's eyes on the mother.

Raka knows, the cause of her tenuous relationship Nayra and her mother is actually herself. However, Raka could think of nothing else but taking Nayra away from people who could potentially suppress and hurt her.

"Happy new life, dear," said Mr. Desta with such sincerity despite the look of his eyes showing something different. How not?

By congratulating Nayra on her happiness, it was the same as congratulating her on Naura's pain let alone her eldest daughter it must not have been able to forget Raka.

"Thank you, Pa."

Nayra immediately hugged the Father tightly, even tears just dripped back. "May my marriage not make Naura continue to antagonize me" whispered the only one that was heard by the father.

"No way" said Mr. Desta assured. "She gave you a wedding dress, which means she approved of your wedding, honey."

Nayra just nodded expectantly. "May this child that you will give birth to bring happiness not only to you, but also to Naura."

"Surely," answered Nayra firmly. "It's also gonna be her son, Pa, I promise."

Mr. Desta wiped away Nayra's tears, with a smile he said, "Stop crying, Nay, it's time you smile and laugh now.The tearful phase you've passed well, Nak. So now you don't have to cry for the past."

Nayra simply nodded with a faint smile, she took a breath and once again hugged the father before he alternately hugged his in-laws.

"Norra." Mita throws a smile. "From now on call her Mama, huh?" her pinta instantly made Nayra laugh a little.

"Yes, Ma," she said.

"Darling, Mama just asked for one thing with you ...." Ms. Mita clasped Nayra's hand. "Honestly, son, that's the main foundation in a marriage. Whatever happens, it will make your husband cry or laugh. You have to be honest, understand?"

Nayra nodded in understanding.

"Papa asked for one thing with you, Raka!" exclaim Mr. Desta. "Never turn away from Nayra no matter what, Papa's threat was very serious."

"I know, Pa," said Raka. "I promise I'll try to be a good husband to Nayra, I won't turn away from her."
