Chapter 42: THE DIVINE BEAST

Life goes on as it should. The school opened and students returned to their daily student lives.

Because it is now the second semester of the year, everyone is busy reading and covering the topics they miss or don't get.

There were only a few months left before they started writing their college entrance tests. K is one of those people who read like crazy.

To maximize his full potential, K reads his book in a virtual room when at home rather than his study room. She managed to finish reading everything related to her first year of high school and she is now in the middle of her second year. At school she would deal with the third year of revision so she was rather safe. He was aiming for higher grades so he could enroll in that university.

It was a weekend and K was busy studying in his virtual room when he suddenly felt a fluctuation in energy. Something was busy sucking up the energy in the space and it was rather alarming. He stopped reading, closed his book and began to move towards the area where these fluctuations were coming from.

As he approached the place, he only smiled as he recalled the reason why this could happen. As his madam leveled up another time, he was rewarded with an egg and it seemed like the egg had finally hatched.

He sat down and looked with anticipation at the busy egg opening. He did not know what kind of beast could come out an egg but whatever beast it was he would accept it because it was his. It would accompany him and be by his side without betraying him unlike a human.

He had read a number of books on spiritual beasts so he was ready to welcome this youngster home. As long as he fed the beast some pills, herbs and spirit stones then everything would be fine. What he was lacking at the moment were spirit stones for the time being were the two of them who wanted to consume. He would have to work harder and dig out more herbs in the future.

He does not sit long before the eggs hatch open and a hairy ball appears. K was taken back when he saw the ball inside the egg. How come mammals are in eggs? He really did not understand this kind of logic at all. The little animal seemed to notice him that it rolled towards him until it hit his leg.

K smiled at the hairy ball and took it with both hands. It was really small, small ears and big eyes that shone while looking at him.

"Dear today dear coming to this world, I will name you Lil White because you are all white," she spoke to the little animal in a relaxed and happy tone.

Lil White licked her finger in return which warmed her heart. From the books he read, spiritual beasts were extremely intelligent and he could make a contract with her. To do that she had to suffer a little pain so she injured herself and Lil White. The two mixed their blood and formed an immortal contract.

Lil White as her ferocious beast, she would protect him and be by his side forever. Their fates are closely related to each other and this means that K will not be able to hurt or abuse the little things that could implicate him as well.

After forming the contract, she felt closer to Lil White which made her better and happier but the little one had to eat something first since she was a child.

K took the egg shell where Lil White appeared and gave it to the little animal. Eggshells can be used as food for their young because they contain more nutrients. He gave the little animal half of its shell and watched it during its first meal.

While eating, K was busy browsing Wikipedia about wild animals to try to find out which category these small objects belonged to. After flipping through so many pages he managed to find that little thing.

The white ball was actually a saint beast belonging to the tiger family and unlike the other tigers, this one was a fewer white tiger.

If it is wrong, he will recognize it as a white kitten. This actually makes this easier, though, she would only raise him like a cat and when he grew up then it was already in the mansion he had bought. Her baby will take care of her security and any shameless person who would be so foolish as to try to make things difficult for her.

After discovering this category of saint beasts, K was in a better mood since it was not every day that one was lucky and rewarded with such an extinct saint beast. This was a good saint beast and it was all his.

K kept reading about how to raise this little tiger and it wasn't too difficult. Since he was still a baby, he needed milk like weeks and he would start giving him solid food and cultivating resources afterwards.

Because she needed milk for the tiger, K carried the little ball to the grocery store where she bought the milk she was going to put in the pantry. When Aunt Grace came, she would tell him how to take care of Lil White so that nothing would go wrong. This is the most difficult time in raising an animal.

By the time K finished a few chapters and wanted to drink milk, he noticed that the little creature was already asleep.

He smiled as he looked at the quiet scene of the little thing. He looked at the energy surrounding the beast which meant that the little thing was already cultivating despite being asleep. Since it was a good boy, K went to appreciate it big after one week.

What he lacked right now was a place for the little guy things to stay. He couldn't let her sleep outside no matter what. He decided to go shopping and buy an indoor pet house and literature. He still had some space and would use it to let the little thing calm down.

After drinking milk and eating some snacks, K continued with his studies once again. If he did not learn, then he was cultivating. The advantage of being in a virtual room was that he could hit two birds with one stone, study and cultivate.

The next day K was right with his words and went to the veterinary clinic first to get a small examination. After a full examination of that for worldly purposes he visited several pet stores where he went crazy and bought as many items as he could. Whatever he likes he buys. He even bought a bigger pet house because he knew that the little tiger would grow one day. In the future the tiger will probably live outside but for now he will spoil it.

However he did not buy clothes because this was not an ordinary beast, he did not want to humiliate such a saint beast. After buying everything he needed and giving his address for shipping, he also decided to get him some collars made.

He decided to get adjusted; money was no problem so the whole conversation with the designer took about thirty minutes before he left the store in a happy mood.

K was busy walking around while holding Lil White in his hand as it was small and could be held. From then on it hatched and now he could see the difference, it could be considered that it had grown and he wished not to grow that big at a faster rate as it would arouse suspicion from others.

After spending the whole day shopping for his tiger, K finally returns to the villa where he bathes the little guy and gathers the pet house he had sent while he was still outside.

Because she needed privacy, K decided to use the open space in her villa to create a room for Lil White. He did not want that little thing to happen to be placed inside the room because this would ruin it, what if in the future the tiger refused to leave? He still has men to look after and approach and he doesn't want his tiger to witness his obscenity. Just think about it

The statement made her blush and her body warm. It had been a while since she had sex with a man. Both of them are busy but luckily for him they talk on the phone every nice day.

While thinking about his men, K remembered the fact that he now had a saint beast and he had to tell these people so that nothing would come as a surprise in the future.

So K took a number of photos of his new family members and sent people pictures. His message was not reciprocated which meant they were occupied and this gave him time to finish assembling the house. When it was finished and ready, he smiled at himself and clapped.

Lil White saw the small house was also happy and licked she showed gratitude.

"Lil White, this will be your home from now on, don't mess with it," K spoke as he directed the small object inside.

Lil White went inside the house and spun around for a while. Seeing him play like that made him feel comfortable. After finishing the problem house, the two went to the kitchen where she poured milk for the tiger and herself.

He looked at the tiger hungryly licking the milk until the bowl was empty. Seeing a small ball burp after being full made him start to experience his own dinner. He heats food from the fridge and accompanies it with a glass of healthy milk.

After the meal, the two took a walk around the previous villa back inside. K brought the tiger back to the virtual space to gain more cultivation and study. While the tiger does things K is also pushing along with his studies because he doesn't want to keep stuck on the same stage all the time.

As long as he continued at his current speed, he is confident that in two more weeks he will be finished with the second syllabus of the year and everything will be left for him to continue practicing the questions and practice the book exams.

With this positive mentality, K takes his books very seriously because time waits for no one.
