Tomorrow it turns out to come faster than Kiara imagined. One thing he realized was that in the morning, he had been in Vano's car, dressed in the best clothes he had and dressed as beautifully as he could. Kiara had told her mother who happened to be at home yesterday about this meeting and it made her mother happy. The middle-aged woman even had time to buy a new, more classy outfit for Kiara before the girl turned it down. He wants to be what he is, not someone else.
But still, for Vano, the preparation of the girl this time was excessive. He did tell the girl to dress and dress up the best she could, he did say that the girl should prepare everything and not let this opportunity go to waste, but if you see the girl's makeup now, don't blame her if she suddenly feels angry.
Because now, Kiara looks a thousand times prettier than usual.
Vano never denied the beauty that the girl had, but he only really realized it again now—tentunya after the engagement party the other day—that the girl was indeed really beautiful. Kiara wears a thin makeup in the form of eyeliner and thin pink eye shadow, pink lipstick and peach-colored cheek polishing.
He also wore a white, ivory-tailed knee-length dress coated by a long brown coat, plus a bright red scarf. His legs were clad in black stockings and short heels were black. The girl also deliberately brought her branded handbag which further strengthened the appearance of the girl. Although it seems simple and modern, if noticed, the girl did dress up quite excessively for the size of someone who would only eat dinner together.
“This is not an ordinary dinner,” the girl said and punctuated by a wide smile. Hearing him, Vano could only sigh heavily.
There were two things that he was worried about; first, he was afraid that the handsome man named Kris Choi would really fall for Kiara and second, he did not know why he was afraid.
When you reach the top of Namsan tower, it is certain that all eyes are on them—to be exact Kiara— innocently and confidently, he said, the girl smiled and greeted all the crew before finally joining her staffdesigner. Vano returned to the space the crew had provided and opened his laptop and opened some photo files for editing while waiting for stylists to prepare their models.
The shooting that time went well. Fortunately, the weather was bright enough that it was friendly enough for them. At 1pm, they were able to complete almost all of the shooting sessions in the Namsan tower, and this time they were about to do the final shooting session.
While the models were getting ready, Kiara, who was watching from behind the scenes, eventually got bored and she began to walk inside to see the padlocks sold there. Kiara was stunned to see various cute and unique padlocks sold in pairs there. Some think it is very funny but the price is very cheap, there are those who think it is ordinary but when seen the price is exorbitant. And Kiara's choice also fell on a pair of green tosca padlocks with a heart-carved motif in the middle and a key that has a heart tip with a tosca color as well. Kiara's heart was moved to buy the padlock after knowing the affordable price.
He didn't know he wanted the padlock, but he just wanted to buy it. Who knows, he can put it up later with his partner and throw the key down the Namsan tower while hoping their love will last forever. Isn't that romantic?
“What are you doing here?”
Kiara. The voice seemed to tease him from the dream world and interrupt his calmness. Kiara turned around and her eyes narrowed at Vano who was standing behind her.
“What's really why? I can't look around?” Ask Kiara.
“Why don't you prepare for the last session? After this we can quickly go to Banpo, right?”
Vano acted as if he was not listening while directing his eyes at the row of padlocks that were in the glass window. And his eyes looked at the green tosca padlock that Kiara liked.
“Ah, that's good.” Vano called the shopkeeper and asked him to take the padlock out of the storefront and give it to Vano. When he saw the target padlock taken from the storefront and given to Vano, the frown on Kiara's forehead deepened.
“Yes, that's mine! I've been after him since!” kiara exclaimed in annoyance, like a child who had just taken his toy.
“But I got it first,” said Vano casually while paying for the padlock. The man also borrowed a marker and opened the padlock and wrote something on it. And that made Kiara even more upset.
“Select others only,”
“No want!”
Vano did not listen and suddenly breezed away towards one corner of the fence which was crowded by different types of pair padlocks. Kiara still does not want to give up and follow the departure of Vano.
The girl talked along the way about how much she had liked the padlock since she first saw it and how disrespectful Vano had snatched it from her the moment she almost bought it, the girl also talked about how much the man should have relented to her. The girl's mouth was only completely locked when Vano started to put the padlock on one of the iron fences, but that was not what made Kiara stunned. He saw a familiar writing on the padlock.
“Oh... That's my name..” he said as he pointed at the padlock.
Vano glanced at Kiara and then silently smiled. He then finished pairing the padlock and kept the key in his open palm and thrust it in front of Kiara.
“It.... My name and your name.. Why... What is this?” kiara's confusion grows when she sees Vano thrusting the keys of the two locks on her. Seeing the reaction, Vano raised his head as if convincing Kiara to take the key. The girl did not understand, but she kept taking the key and her arm moved quickly and threw the key out of the fence followed by a shout of Vano who immediately restrained her arm. But late. The key has already slid and fallen out of nowhere.
“Ya!” gerutu Vano was annoyed.
“K-Why? What's wrong?” Kiara's question did not understand.
Vano takes her hand off Kiara's arm and shuffles her hair in frustration. “I wanted you to keep it, so that one day if you were disappointed in me you could let go of this padlock and break this formal relationship. I'm afraid I'll disappoint you one day. That's why..,” Vano took a breath. “But you threw it away!”
Kiara blinked a few times then shrugged her shoulders. “Yah... That key should have been thrown away, right?”
“But..”.
“Already, you have already put the padlock for us. It seems like in the end we will stay together as well. And do you know how long I've been waiting?” this time it was Kiara's turn to look irritated.
“What by the count of those years do you still think that you can disappoint me more than what you've been doing? I guess not. So don't worry.” And then it ends with a sweet smile.
Vano stared at him and they were surrounded by silence, without letting go of eye contact. The silence was then disturbed when Brian's voice was heard behind them.
“Excuse me, two people who are kasmaran! We are filming here, when will we start again?”
