SAFAZAR (Pursuing the Love of Mr. Prosecutor)

SAFAZAR (Pursuing the Love of Mr. Prosecutor)
SAFAZAR | CHAPTER 75

"What am I hearing, Roy? You sure that girl is her lover?"

The man named Roy was silent with a frown. His voice seemed to be thinking hard. They had just listened to Edzar's conversation with a woman in his room.

"How can you pass on such misinformation?" The face of the superior was sour when he asked.

"Sir, I saw themselves kissing-"

"It's not you who saw, it's your man!"

"And again, kissing doesn't mean they're in a relationship. Are you a naive country man with the company of today? People who have just met can do more than that."

Roy was unable to speak. However, his brain was spinning around looking for justification for the information being conveyed. He's sure nothing's wrong.

"It could be that they're fighting right now, sir?"

"Yes, they had a fight because the girl was bothering Edzar. This is clearly a disinformation about one-sided love. You still want to dodge?"

Roy lowered his gaze not daring to look at the superior. However, his ego did not immediately accept the mistake. Roy is still convinced he is right.

"Forget that girl. He's just the pawn Edzar used to protect himself from our pursuit. Edzar must know we're watching him. Hence, while at the hotel he acted as if he were meeting a couple."

"I'm sure, there Edzar met someone. But who? Is it okay for that man to see Bernadin?"

The oddity slowly drained from his lips. He realized one thing, that Edzar was already one step ahead of him.

"Bad. I've guessed that bastard can't be underestimated. He's very clever in camouflage. And you were successfully fooled by him, Roy!"

"Damn it! We're wasting our time chasing that girl."

"Now, you contact your confidant to find Bernadin's whereabouts. Remember, I won't tolerate any more mistakes after this."

"Good, sir." Roy nodded before then exiting the room.

Soon after he immediately carried out the orders of the superior. Contacting someone to find Bernadin's whereabouts.

But not only that, Roy also called one more person without the knowledge of his superiors.

"We're moving on to plan B" he said, hanging up the phone.

His head turned left right, making sure the corridor situation was safe and no one heard.

However, without him noticing a pair of ears clearly record everything. The figure came out as Roy moved away, then stepped in the opposite direction and disappeared in a room.

.................

Doni was flabbergasted to see something Edzar showed. Shortly after the man sent a message, Doni immediately shot into the room of the superior.

That wiretapping device actually exists, embedded in a painting. Very small and invisible. It takes a careful observation to realize it.

The question is, how did Edzar know there was such a small object in his room? Then, who put up?

In a panic Doni dragged Edzar away from the painting. He typed something on the phone screen which he then gave to Edzar to read.

"Since when?"

Edzar typed in a quick answer to Doni's question. "It's just today. There wasn't one yesterday."

"Related?" write Doni again.

Shortly after, a message entered Doni's phone. By popping up, they can read the name of the sender.

The girl is safe. But, they switched to targeting Bernadin who is currently unknown whereabouts. —W—

.................

Safa just got off the online taxi she was riding. The girl just came home from Kamila's house. Along with Edzar who also came out of the car was about to open the fence.

They were able to look at it unintentionally. Before that Safa went and entered her house.

Edzar stared at it in silence. For a moment he looked at Safa's back which was swallowed by the gate.

Then, the sound of the fence made him realize, turning to find Bik Yah who was shifting the heavy object.

"Please come in, Den."

Edzar gave me a smile as a sign of gratitude. The man re-entered his car and drove it parked in the yard. Pressing the control remote to lock it, then stepping towards the main door. Bik Yah followed behind him.

"Den, I said I'd come here."

After Edzar stopped, the man turned to look at Bik Yah. "Now, Bik?" tanyakanya.

Bik Yah nodded, "Yes. But Den Edzar doesn't have to pick up. She said she's like someone."

Edzar's forehead wrinkled, "Someone? Who?"

"If that's Auntie don't know, Den. I didn't say more."

"Oh, huh?"

Edzar felt a little strange. With whom did his mother leave until she didn't want to be picked up? A tirta? Or Reno? But it is impossible to play secrets.

"Well, I'm gonna take a shower, yeah, Bik." The man then walked up the stairs to his room.

Elsewhere, Safa sat pensively by the bedside. He seemed to gulp a few times, trying to calm his heart that was rumbling again when he saw Edzar. I know that longing is coming. However, what can Safa do at a time like this?

Safa can only hold back, bite her lips and forget.

He kept the bag and took off his shoes and stepped into the bathroom. Safa needs to refresh her mind. For the first time after the incident, they came face to face.

Safa wrapped a towel over her head as she exited the bathroom. The kimono is still attached to his body. His walking legs were about to pick up the phone in the bag. However, his eyes instead caught a scene down there.

From the window of Safa's room saw the arrival of Aunt Dyah, Edzar's mother. He was with a woman who Safa was in her thirties. Then Edzar came and opened the gate.

Safa saw them talking for a while, before Edzar brought the two into the house.

Safa sculpting. Who is that woman? Is she the woman Aunt Dyah wants to introduce to Edzar?

The woman was beautiful, though Safa knew she was much prettier. But the woman looks grown up. Unlike Safa who may still be childish in the eyes of Mother Edzar.

Safa sighed and turned towards the clothing room. That's enough, it's none of his business. Even though Edzar wanted to get married, it was not Safa's business.

Kamila said, It's not about Edzar, but it's about how Safa respects herself.

He was wasting his time on the uncertain. From now on, Safa will focus on more useful things only. Fun and brakaha move on from Edzar.

Passion, Safa! The fighting!
