Samurai Oni

Samurai Oni
YASHA MANABU

The figure of the older brother whom he missed so much, who then met him again, and with one small hope to be together again. But, that hope had even been shattered before making the hope itself.

The soft yet firm voice, warm feeling and smile etched on his face were so clear that Akio thought, "Sister is finally back." However it was broken with a word from him, from a figure that was not Mikio the elder brother.

That big smile was not a smile with a happy face, no longer the same feeling, Akio who was about to submerge himself into the edge of darkness was almost manipulated.

“Kakak ...,” Once again call him and try to reach for him, afraid if he is left behind, afraid if this is not the reality.

In a semi-conscious state, the bright sky he saw in his shadow was Mikio, not anyone else.

“Kakak!” Akio shouted out as he stretched his hand upwards, and it instantly came to a realization as soon as someone reached for his hand to make it back to reality.

“Good morning.”

A man with short hair and a polite long dress. He smiled at Akio.

As soon as Akio got up from there, but there was no half of it yet, he moved just a little bit his body ached everywhere. To make it back lying in the hot desert.

“Please calm down, I guarantee that you are fine here. However, the inside of your body is seriously injured, not only is it a scar that seems not too long ago also re-opened,” he explained.

“Mr Akio!!”

Kizu and Akashi are here. Once Akio thought that this man was one of the yokai who followed him, but it turned out that he had mistaken him.

“Eh! Who are you?!” Akashi asked with a scream while pointing.

“Sorry for my impoliteness, previously introduce me Yasha Manabu. Greetings, friends,” said the man introduced himself while bowing his head.

Akashi and Kizu's reflexes bowed their heads and began to introduce themselves.

“Greetings, I'm Akashi. His sword Mr. Akio.”

“The name Mr. Akio gave me, Kizu.”

Suddenly the two noticed the manners in the middle of nowhere. But not long after, they realized something was wrong with Akio.

“Silau,” murmured Akio while turning back, prone just to avoid the sun glare.

Akashi instantly remembered there was nothing less than Akio. He then whispered to Kizu, “Hei, did you see Mr Akio's face?”

“I've never seen it, and if it's not wrong the mask came off. Even as he was about to be killed too,” whispered Kizu slowly.

“Instead of putting Akio's face aside, shouldn't we be looking for his mask? He must be feeling uncomfortable,” said Akashi.

“Oh, true too. But I wonder how his face.”

Then the two rejected Akio's face which was actually now completely invisible because Akio was lying on the sand so.

“Hei! What matters is the mask!” pekik Akashi who later realized that he should not attach importance to the ego but the interests of Akio.

“Topeng? What do you mean this?” A man named Yasha thrust an oni mask at them.

“That's it!”

Akio grabbed the mask and put it on. He then slowly took a sitting position to find out the situation that had happened to him.

“It turns out to be true, you are Samurai Oni. I didn't expect to see you here,” Yasha said.

“Hey, you! Why do you recognize Mr Akio? Who are you anyway? Why are you in this place. And also if it's not wrong aren't you among the dozens of tombs there!” Akashi pointed to the left of him.

“Your questions are really many. But it's fine. One by one I will explain, but it seems I have to prioritize the state of Samurai Oni first.”

“This is really troublesome. I did not think that I would use the science of medicine, especially the absence of tools or potent drugs here, hm ..”

“What did you say earlier?”

“Quiet, Akashi. He just wants to help Mr. Akio's treatment. But, it is impossible to treat here,” said Kizu.

“Then we have to ask the midget's grandfather for help.”

“Do not, deh. You don't remember what's going on until we're all in this stranded territory? This is not Shinpi-tekina. It's a lot different. There's only a tomb here.”

“But Mr. Akio should get better treatment,” thought Akashi who wants to help Akio as soon as possible.

“As said by him, Samurai Oni should get better treatment,” Yasha said.

“But you don't understand anything, do you? Mr Akio has just escaped death and now he is going back to the land that made him suffer? I don't want to!” kizu Protest.

“Maut? Looks like you guys weren't attacked by the usual yokai.”

“Not yokai!” shangkal Akashi yelling.

Yasha tilted her head, a sign of not understanding when it was not the yokai who attacked then what?

“Not yokai but human!” akashi.

As far as the eye could see there was only a vast expanse of desert. The sky here felt hotter than the capital or any other region he knew. And as soon as he looked back, he found many varnished tombs lined up.

He then asked Yasha, writing it down on the sand.

"Have you saved me?"

“Lucky I learned to read. Yes, I who happened to be able to save you all,” Yasha replied with a faint smile.

“Mr Akio, forgive us for not helping you. But, the wound ...,”

Akio raised his palm on the two of them. Then again said it through the writing, "The bleeding has stopped. You don't have to worry."

This region is part of Shinpi-tekina, a region where there are many tombs, called Kuran because it looks never managed.

“It looks like Samurai Oni will recover even though the wound will not heal as quickly as it.”

"Thank you Yasha Manabu, you saved us all." The writing on the sand was directed at Yasha.

Then Yasha nodded her head and said this was no longer a matter of help is what she should do. I don't know what he means but he's a good guy. Although it faintly smelled that Yasha was not human.

“I am very curious, why Samurai Oni who is known to be very strong in fighting against the yokai, actually turned around by being hostile to humans?” ask Yasha.

“The story is quite long. The point is that Mr. Akio is accused of killing humans. Although it may look so ...,” said Kizu.

“But the one Mr Akio killed was not a human but rather a yokai!” akashi.

“So apparently. It is fitting that I feel strange with the injuries experienced by Samurai Oni.”

“No. The wound that Mr Akio had was due to yokai, but humans as well? Ah ..no, no. Hm, honestly I myself am confused.”

“What do you mean by the known strong? Shouldn't he be rumored badly?”

“From someone.”
