43. THANK YOU, JO.

Huuu's applause and cheers accompanied Nara's steps as she stepped off the stage. He did not return to his chair but went to Miss and asked to get a bag from the front. Nara comes home with an urgent job to her friends.

Nathan's eyes saw Miss carrying Nara's bag. And saw her lover walking quickly out of the cafe after receiving a bag from Miss. Nathan is about to chase him but is taken into custody by Arthur.

"Don't make things even more chaotic! You've been found out now, so you better end it with that girl and fix your relationship with Delia. This time, please listen to me, Jo!" Arthur spoke softly while holding Nathan's shoulder to hold him back from standing up and ran after Nara.

"Now is not the right time. Wait until the event is over," continued Arthur further pressing the shoulder to sit as before.

"What's wrong?" Delia who had just returned from the group of parents asked. Looking at Nathan's tightened countenance he could deduce it seemed like something had happened.

"It's okay. I'm just holding your husband to last a little longer here, don't make Grandma sad" Arthur told a lie.

"Jo in a moment. Oh yeah, I have something to talk to you about, Jo. You have time, right? Just a moment." pinta Delia. Nathan is desperate to resist because he wants to see Nara after this. But, uh,

"Yes, I can!" answer slowly.

"Thanks" he said. Just asking for talk time can be that fun?

"Oo yes, Jo. You know Ynara?" Ask Delia.

"Which just sang, good voice, I think she's a nerdy girl the workaholic" Delia continued unconsciously. In the next instant, Delia struck her own mouth as she had spoken long, hoping that Nathan beside her would not hear her.

"Neara?" nathan asked doubtfully. Actually he was wondering, is his relationship with Ynara known by Delia? Especially from the muttering of Delia just now, it was clear that Delia seemed to know Nara very well.

Arthur and Sarah also tried to steal the talk. Pretending not to care does not arouse suspicion.

"No papa" replied Delia. It seemed like he was trying to eliminate whatever he had just said. In his heart he prayed that Jonathan would not hear his words.

After late at night, the queen who was having a birthday asked to be sent home. The parents also rushed home, there were only a few young people from the family who chose to go home longer on the grounds of wanting to enjoy Jonathan's money more.

Others followed by clapping and even patting the table. Nathan and Arthur walk up to the cashier. On the back wall of the cashier is written the name of this cafe,

'Hindu Cafe'. It can be ascertained that the tomboy girl Nara's housemate is the owner.

"Congratulations Mr. Jonathan, it's been two years of marriage, yes." Nathan was greeted with a satirical greeting from a tomboyish girl who had just approached the cashier. Nathan just fell silent and did not respond to the remark.

"What a poor girl, could have been fooled by you," continued Miss as it passed.

Again, Nathan ignored Miss.

"Please send a bill tonight to this contact." Nathan handed his card to the cashier.

Nathan rushes Adelia to their house. The house Nathan's parents gave him as a wedding present two years ago. A luxurious house that never gives comfort to Nathan or Delia.

Along the way no one spoke, not even saying each other happy anniversaries either. The two went through two years of marriage like strangers. Just say hello if there is something necessary or there is a message from the family. Both are free to do anything as long as it is not caught by their parents. They agreed not to interfere in each other's affairs.

"We were married, but none of us approved of this marriage. I hope you can keep this a secret. Please don't let outsiders know about our relationship. Regarding the correspondence, I'm sorry Delia. I can't take care of it right now" Nathan said when he first set foot in their mansion.

Unbeknownst to Nathan, Delia has accepted the marriage. Although not yet in love with Nathan, but Delia is sure, as time goes by, love will grow.

A month into the wedding, Nathan remained flat even months after. Makes Delia feel pointless waiting for the man's love. At that very moment Delia changed and began to look for fun outside. Till we meet

"Sorry Jo, I can't wait anymore. I also need attention and need love."

In the end, their marriage path was getting distorted. Nathan came home in the middle of the night and slept in his study. While Delia occupied the main room.

Nathan drives a little faster than usual. Delia who was sitting next to him felt uncomfortable, seen him holding a hand grip and his face paled.

"I have business, sorry to make you uncomfortable" Nathan said as he realized Delia's condition.

If not with the parents, Nathan wants Arthur to take Deli home.

"What's so urgent? It's so late." Delia responded to Nathan's reason for speeding like crazy.

"There's actually something I want to talk about as well, about us," he continued, reminding Nathan of Delia's time request.

"Congratulations, you do deserve to be happy Delia. Please be patient a little more, yes. I'm trying to reach the target in the company, be patient soon I will take care of our divorce soon," said Nathan a little happy and increasingly determined to finish it as soon as possible.

Delia looked up at Nathan. Is this not the answer he wanted?

Eventually Delia simply nodded and got out of the car without a word.

When Delia turned around to say something, Nathan was already gone.
