Shiro brought the demonized Blood Wolf out of the Gate. The other supervisors seemed unconcerned, they did not mind it.
Outside the Gate, Shiro saw the Association Chairman who was still waiting for the report from the other supervisors while doing his job of taking care of the documents the Hero Association received.
"Chairman!" call Shiro.
Hearing the call of a familiar person, the Association Chief only glanced for a moment then continued his work. "What's wrong?" ask the Association Chairman.
Shiro smiled, "Chairman, I have a gift for you."
The Association Chief put down his documents and turned to Shiro, "Where?"
"Here we go!" Shiro placed the demonized Blood Wolf in front of the Association Leader.
Seeing the Blood Wolf fainting on the ground, the Association Chief was quite confused. "What'sthis? just Blood Wolf? If only this, I can catch it myself." he asked.
"But there is something special about this Blood Wolf," Shiro said as he showed a mysterious smile.
"Oh... What'sthat?" ask the Association Chief with curiosity.
Shiro smiled and drew closer to the ears of the Association Chief and began to whisper, "This Blood Wolf is somewhat other, as there is a Demon Aura on his body."
After whispering that, Shiro took a few steps back with his smile. He wanted to see what kind of expression the Association Chief would show after hearing this news.
Sure enough, the Association Leader was shocked when he heard of this specialty that Blood Wolf possessed. He was a bit distrustful of this information, if not for Shiro telling him, he might have laughed out loud listening to this information.
Although Shiro likes to joke with himself, but regarding the Devil and the salvation of mankind, Shiro never jokes against him.
Shiro then began to explain: "This Blood Wolf has a Demon Aura on its body, probably on par with a low-level Devil. Besides, I don't know if there are any Devils that possess this Blood Wolf or this Blood Wolf that is controlled by a Devil remotely, I don't know."
Shiro's statement was indeed correct, thus making the Association Chairman quite dizzy thinking about it. If this Blood Wolf was indeed possessed by a Devil, it would not matter, meaning that there were no other Demons, as Devils rarely moved together except within the Black Organization.
However if this Blood Wolf was controlled by a Devil from a distance, this was rather dangerous. Because there was a high possibility that there was not only one Blood Wolf controlled by the Devil. It was likely that there were other monsters controlled by that Devil that were inside the White Gate.
It was impossible to change the location of the exam with this extremely short time. There's no time to do this.
"Chairman, maybe at this time we should look at the memory of this Blood Wolf, we find out if he is controlled or indeed he is a Devil. In addition, just in case the number of supervisors this time is added only. To minimize the number of accidents that are likely to occur," Shiro suggested.
The Association Chief thought about it for a while, then nodded in agreement, "You have a point, let's do that!"
What Shiro proposes is that, in addition to changing the test site, increasing the number of supervisors is the right way to reduce the risk of fatalities.
Shiro did not know if the confinement was strong enough to hold back the demonized Blood Wolf. So he could only trust the Association Chairman.
Today, Shiro has no other activities. But he could not leave the vicinity of White Gate. As a watchdog, Shiro could only wander around the White Gate to ensure the safety of White Gate so that no party could enter and exit White Gate with as good as he could.
Until the night passed, Shiro felt no burden in his duties today. There was one side of the Master Teacher Council approaching, but before Shiro acted, there was another officer who stopped the party.
The teacher only gave an excuse that he was lost because he had never set foot in City A. Although the answer was quite suspicious, the other supervisor seemed to believe what the Master said, so the Master was released easily.
Shiro did not want to interfere too much. But if he's on the officer's side. Whatever the reason, he would definitely hold off the Master for a while.
He would at least hold it until at least the second stage Examination participants had entered White Gate. After that report it to the Association Chairman for being suspicious. If you need to ask for a ransom.
Then Shiro ignored him, he did not report this to the Association Chairman. He keeps watch around there. After eating the food that Anastasya had brought for all the second stage examinees, Shiro returned to his place to once again check the location of his patrol.
He assumed that if any of the Monsters controlled by the Devil disappeared or lost contact, it would be that the Devil would return to this location. But after a long wait, he did not find anything suspicious. He did not even find any other monsters that had the Demon Aura of their bodies.
As the night wore on, Shiro camped at his patrol site, not wanting to return to the campsite arranged by the Hero Association. He is not afraid that anyone is looking for him, the Chairman of the Association or Anastasya must understand the actions he took.
Even though he did not find another Devil or a suspicious party, Shiro wanted to stay on guard. It was possible that they would show up because night was the perfect time to move when everyone was resting. So Shiro did not want to be off guard.
Shiro alternates the night with Unseen, but until he falls asleep, neither he nor Unseen finds anything suspicious.
There might indeed be no problem about this White Gate, and the appearance of the Blood Wolf with the Demon Aura was a mere coincidence.
......................
On the other hand, the Association Chief along with a Hero were facing the Blood Wolf that Shiro had captured.
"Can you read his memory?" asked the Association Chief while pointing at the extremely ferocious Blood Wolf inside the special cage.
"Sure, I'll give it a try," replied the Hero.
The Association Chief nodded, "I leave it to you."
Then the hero began to utter his spell, he shot something from the finger of his right hand towards the Blood Wolf, while his left hand went into the water that was in the barrel pot that was next to him.
This was the mind-reading method that the Hero had. By firing his skill towards the enemy's forehead, a copy of the target would appear on the water medium connected to him.
After that, the image began to appear in the water in the pot. Then both of them knew what had happened to the Blood Wolf.
