SOLAR & The Specialists

SOLAR & The Specialists
Detective

One of the things Reagan enjoyed the most after training was to ride his bike casually at dusk like this at this time. Both ears are fitted with an earset that is connected to the phone. His favorite songs are different from my dad. If you like Javanese songs, then Reagan has a playlist of indie songs played by Dustin Tebbutt or All Faces. To him, that type of music genre was the most ear-friendly. It even tends to be soothing to accompany her learning. Reagan was just about to start his leisure moment when Solar suddenly stood up to his way home. Fortunately both hands Reagan could swiftly pull the brake.

Solar looks cute wearing shorts and a loose white t-shirt. Her hair was curled up in a perfunctory style. Unknowingly, Reagan's heart was already beating faster than it should. To avoid this, Reagan pulled the handlebar to the left. But it was first held back by Solar.

"Teach me on a bike!" Saying,

Reagan had other options. He could have ignored Solar and gone home soon. But he can't. He instead let Solar ride his bike, while he himself held the back. Keep it from falling onto the asphalt. They haven't talked to each other for a while. Solar is busy concentrating to be fast adept at cycling. Reagan was also busy with the questions spinning in his head.

How's things?

What did he do to get truant for days?

Why is he meeting me now?

"Why silence?" Solar finally opened the sound. In a matter of minutes, he was already adept at controlling bicycles. Reagan was no longer holding his back. He began to suspect that this was just Solar's wits. Solar actually pretended to ask to be taught to ride a bike just to bother him.

That must be so, he thought.

"Why lookin' for me?" Reagan asked back. Solar braked his bike, he waited for Reagan who was left a bit far behind.

"Take me to your house! You can piggyback me in front because I'm not in the mood to run after you."

Reagan. He was confused whether Solar was being serious over joking.

"Come on!" Continue Solar.

"Wait first! What are you going to my house for?"

"I'm gonna drink your water." Reagan was successful. "I'm kidding." Continue Solar. "I want to play. Can't you?"

"It's not so! It's just that this is too sudden. We weren't familiar before, were we?"

Solar was silent for a moment. "But I like talking to you."

"There's nothing to talk about." Reagan.

"Even though there's nothing to talk about, I still love talking to you."

Reagan always looked at her strangely. This time too. But in the end they still join hands with getting along.

"What are you listening to?" Solar pulled the earset cord in Reagan's left ear without permission, then plugged it into his own ear. Reagan looked at him in disbelief but did nothing to stop him. "It's better to sing your father." Solar's comment shortly thereafter. He returned the earset to Reagan's ear.

"You got a problem at home?" Ask Reagan suddenly.

"Why do you think I have a problem?"

"It all feels weird. So I wonder what you're up to."

"I ran away from home. I have Opa and Oma in my house. I like them, just that their presence makes my house feel stuffy. Plus I miss you."

Solar's head stumbled forward as the bike was suddenly brake by Reagan. He was forced down.

"Who are you?!" Reagan almost exclaimed as he asked.

Solar is looking around. Fortunately for him the surroundings were quiet. Is this the right time for him to open a disguise?, he thought.

"Do you know I'm an alien?"

Reagan. He did not expect that Selena has a dual personality all this time. The personality change was scary. "Basic crazy!" Reagan pedaled his bike as fast as lightning, leaving pensive Solar alone by the side of the road.

MAREEN DENTAL CARE'S

Ivanka's been feeling good all day. He continued to spread smiles to all his patients who came to consult. When his cell phone alarm went off, he stopped all work to get ready to go home. He has asked his assistant to limit the number of patients he consults starting today. He also set an alarm to go off every three o'clock. Ivanka has promised her family to always come home on time so they have more time together. As he was putting his cell phone in the bag, the door of his room was knocked from outside.

"Lake in!"

"Tell the patient to come again tomorrow! My work hours are over. There's still other doctors on duty this afternoon, right?"

"They're not patients. They're from the police."

Ivanka cringing. "Why are they here?"

"Say they want to meet you to discuss something important."

Ivanka saw her watch. He'll take ten minutes for those cops.

"Alright, get them into my room now!" Ivanka put her doctor suit back on.

Due to her good mood, Ivanka welcomed the two men in brown leather jackets into her room with a big smile. One of them was tall and had a handsome face. He was no more than forties. The only thing about her face that made Ivanka uncomfortable was her way of smiling. Ivanka always felt that men with handsome faces always seemed to have a hidden motive behind the smile they displayed. Other men are shorter in stature with a fat belly and dark skin.

"Good afternoon, doc. Sorry we came without notice." Ivanka shook the hand of the dark-skinned man who extended his hand first. "I'm detective Rudi from the Criminal Investigation Unit. This is my partner Arian." The man handed her a business card. Ivanka read it at a glance.

"Can I help you?" Ivanka asked without further ado even though her smile had not disappeared from her lips.

"We're investigating a case of the discovery of an unidentified body on the southern coast. The diamond earrings we found in the victim's left ear. Do you feel familiar with this?" Detective Rudi took out a photo of the enlarged earrings, so Ivanka could take a closer look.

"Hmm. I don't know. I don't even remember every piece of jewelry I had at home."

"Try to watch again!" Urge the detective. Ivanka. He looked at the photo again more carefully.

"I'm sorry, I really don't remember. Why are you asking me this?"

The two detectives looked at each other. "According to brother Martin of Legends and Co., you are the order of these diamond earrings. A two-carat diamond surrounded by eighteen-carat white gold."

Hearing Martin's name, Ivanka was rather surprised. This time he saw again the drawing of earrings proffered in front of him.

"Brother Martin showed us a copy of his certificate. Of types and shapes, everything is similar to the evidence we have. He said you were the owner of this earring. Can we see the original certificate?"

Ivanka folded her hands on the table. "I did order the earrings to her. The earrings were stuck in my son's ear. But that doesn't mean I'm the owner of these earrings. Maybe Martin also sells jewelry of the same design to others."

"Brother Martin insisted that he only made one design for each customer."

Ivanka seemed to think for a moment.

"It's kind of absurd." Ivanka finally said. He leaned his body into the chair with a more relaxed attitude. "If Martin insists that the earrings are made by him that he sells only for me, then what about the earrings in this photo? That means she admitted that she sold jewelry of the same design to someone other than me. Right, guys? It means he's been dishonest to his VIP customers! I think I should sue Legends & Co.!"

The two detectives looked at each other. "We just want to check the certificate to make sure. It's even better if we can meet your daughter to see it for ourselves."

"No!" Reject Ivanka firmly. "You sound like a con!"

Detective Arian opened his mouth to protest.

"You can't just come here and tell me to show you the jewelry certificate I have. You don't even have a warrant!" Missing already Ivanka's manners. He lost more than ten minutes of valuable time to serve these two ngawur police.

"Calm down, doctor!" Detective Rudi. "We've got a warrant, but not to show you a jewelry certificate." He handed the letter to Ivanka.

Ivanka read it carefully. "Request DNA test? What's for?" Ivanka has been confused.

"We need to prove that you have nothing to do with the body that was found."

The dentist slammed the table violently, surprising the two detectives who were waiting for an answer.

"It's really crazy! Refused it! Please talk to my lawyer if you don't like it!"

"Mr doctor-"

"Our family had nothing to do with the body! I feel sorry for whoever he is, but we have nothing to do with him! What about DNA testing?! Absolutely absurd!"

The detective Rudi heaved a heavy sigh. "We didn't come here with a warrant to offer you a DNA test. You must do it! We're not gonna rush. Come to the Hospital whenever you're ready!" The two detectives say goodbye, leaving Ivanka alone, thinking about what just happened.
