SOLAR & The Specialists

Reagan knew he was not in the best condition. His body and mind were taken over. He doesn't remember where this started. He was taken to a foreign place that he realized was not his home. This place is not a place that he usually meets anywhere, even on TV. Reagan could not feel his feet or hands. Everything's numb. His eyesight was always changing, like he was being forced to look at which TV channel he would watch. Thought hovering. Surprisingly, it doesn't matter a bit about it all. Deep down, he knew he was okay. He feels safe. Someone led him and didn't let him get lost in limbo.

The place he came to was the brightest place. In front of him stood a trapezoidal skyscraper at the end. This building does not look like a skyscraper in the city where he lives. The building is only in the form of silvery rocks that are ruled by a yellowish-green peridot type gem. The building stood tall in the middle of a plain surrounded by shallow water. The bright reflection of the sky full of stars looks crystal clear. The building Reagan saw had no doors, but the walls were wide open as he was led inside.

Reagan watched his surroundings, where small transparent jellyfish-shaped creatures swam around with agility. If you look closer, apparently they do not look like jellyfish at all. Their bodies were pliable and silvery fluorescent like the buildings they lived in. Reagan looked up. The beings named Grenoiave also moved in the empty space above his head as if flying. Oh yeah, now Reagan knows the name of the place. Planet Grenoia, place of origin of the Grenoiave. Home to the Solar colony, 'someone' who brought him here.

Reagan was brought in deeper. He was faced with a society known as the colony congregation. Grenoiave gathered around a large glass bowl filled with glowing water.

'Now live, heloxe. Use your life back to serve the colony. Livein...'

Along with that remark, a new Grenoiave had been reborn. His figure emerged from the bottom of the glass container. The founder is getting brighter and brighter. From inside the container, Solar was born. Today is the fourth time he has been born after living a few millennia. Solar became the youngest heloxe in its colony. There hasn't been a new heloxe soul as long as Solar lives among the Grenoiave. There were six other senior heloxes who had been his mentors all along. They never get together at one time because they are always on a mission to another galaxy to mengeses a particular planet or colony.

Reagan did not understand how to describe the situation of Solar at that time. All the Grenoiaves look the same. There is nothing that distinguishes them other than the way they communicate. Despite that, Reagan was able to easily find the figure of Solar among the others. He was always taken to follow Solar who had just been reborn in a new body.

Reagan had not been taken around Grenoia when he heard an emergency message. The message made all the Grenoaives, no matter what their status was, stop moving at once. They were silent for a split second, listening closely to instructions from the colony leaders to rush inside the Genomeda ship, the colony's largest warship. When the message was over, the entire compact colony went westward, where the Genomeda ship was located.

The Grenoiave warriors moved in order to guide their colony. Solar is among that line. Not much he thought. He is still trying to adjust to the new body, even though this is the fourth time he has been reborn. No matter how many times he was born, or how many more millennia he lived, the process of rebirth became one of the most difficult moments he had ever felt.

Reagan was already inside Genomeda taking off when he finally understood why the entire colony was being transported here. The sky of Grenoia was reddish-yellow when an unusually large asteroid struck it. Everything happened in slow motion as the bright planet slowly disintegrated until it finally exploded into the dust of the universe. In a short time, Solar and its colonies had already lost their homes.

There were no casualties. They just lost their home. The only home for the Grenoiave species.

Solar attended the colony assembly as its leaders gathered to search for a new home. His senior heloxes have been sent all over the universe to determine which planets they can live on. The other planets they had explored had no quality or climate suitable for Grenoiave life. Hundreds of hours waiting, all the ships carrying the heloxe always gave bad news. Two of them crashed into the asteroid as it lost navigation, while the rest were lost to the black hole.

Until one time, the colony leaders got a signal of life from a galaxy two-to-three-million light points away from Genomeda's current location. The only remaining heloxe is Solar. It was the colony's last hope. The only Grenoiave that can mengeses the galaxy in order to find a new planet to live on.

Reagan was there.

He knew how Solar accepted the task with great courage and determination. He saw for himself how Solar had carried a small ship of five Grenoaive warriors he had known for his entire life to avoid the giant black holes ready to swallow them at any moment. The captain of their ship –Jazho-, made a mistake in calculating the coordinates before making a distance jump. Reagan saw it all. He admired Solar's ability and determination to serve the interests of the colony.

Reagan had no idea how long he had been with Solar in the small ship until he saw a bluish-green planet in the distance. Reagan was familiar with the alien planet that Solar saw. He often sees it on books, TV, or the internet, when NASA broadcasts directly from space. The planet they are heading to is the planet.

Jazho turned on the vanishing mode as their ship entered the Earth's atmosphere at a fierce speed. They did not take into account how their ship would burn violently when it rubbed against the air in the ionospheric layer of the earth. From a distance, humans only saw him as one of the shooting stars before making a wish.

Their ship landed with a powerful jolt as it hit the ice sheet at the south pole. A large crater was formed as a result of the impact. The entire crew survived, even though their ship was heavily damaged. Jazho and his team must quickly repair the ship so that they can send a cordinate signal to Genomeda after Solar finishes mengeses this new planet.

The crew came out wearing shells that were like armor to the Grenoiave warriors. The shell was made of the strongest metal in Grenoia. A large and heavy shell. A shell that can protect the small and vulnerable body of the Grenoaive from the attack of any creature. For millions of years, the shell has always led them to victory against invading creatures invading from all over the universe. The Grenoiave warriors considered their shells an honorary status.

The land on which they are located is a cold barren plain at the southern end of the Earth. As far as the eye could see, there was nothing to see but ice and snow. The sky is never bright here. There was no water or sunlight. But the temperature is very cold to be a very comfortable place for Solar and his friends. Their work is not done. There are still ships to be repaired, and Solar must also mince around to ensure the planet is habitable to its colonies.

'The planet is vast, ' Solar is sending a more telepathic message to its friends. 'it takes a long time to access this region entirely.'

'This ship also took a long time to repair. We can't keep you company.' Solar heard Jazho say.

'Solve it as soon as I mases!'

Solar left his friends. He changed his form into whatever he went through. Initially it was snow moving through the ice. Then it was a slow blowing wind before it turned again into a storm. Solar sailed the land nonstop at an unreasonable speed until it reached the coast, where it found the ocean. Heloxe was almost certain that this planet was the right planet for Grenoiave before he found other species that lived in this place in groups. The species can be identified by Reagan as penguins and sea elephants. The animals stepped aside as Solar approached with the intention to study them. Giving up because it could only study those species from a distance, Solar finally threw itself into the sea.

For Solar, the ocean is almost like home. The dark and cold depths of the ocean were explored by Solar with vigor. There he encountered many more new species of deep-sea dwellers, which even seemed alien and frightening to Reagan. Solar learned everything. He had to gather a great deal of information to pass on to the colony. As it has been, creatures living in the deep sea have always avoided Solar, despite the giant predators that have lived there since prehistoric times. Either because of fear, or just disturbed. Even though Solar has changed its form into water, the inhabitants of the ocean know that Solar is not a creature of the Earth.

For days Solar roamed the depths of the ocean to the north. Solar never feels rushed because it likes to be at sea. The energy never runs out despite swimming across the planet. The sea water is getting warmer. Solar suspects that it is approaching the equator. The sky was already dark when Solar saw the land for the first time.

The farther it goes inland, the shallower the waters become. A niche near the beach caught his attention. Behind the niche, he saw a figure standing on a cliff. Solar's vision was so good that he could clearly see the figure. The figure standing up there is very different from the species that Solar had encountered before on the way here.

For quite a long time Solar considered what form it would take when it went up to the mainland. He tried every form he had ever taken. Solar doesn't want to look scary to the figure up there. He wanted to get closer so he could really learn it. The closer to the land, it turns into waves, then foam the sea. The creature was still standing up there, not wavering in the least. If Solar did not see wrong, the alien even dared to approach a step before he finally slipped down. Solar noticed him free-falling down, where sharp corals sticking out of the shallow water surface. Solar did not understand why the creature did not fly like other species he had seen before. He immediately rushed over to the fallen figure out of curiosity.

Now Solar can see more clearly the figure who has just plunged free from the top of the cliff. Reagan gave a surprised cry, but no sound came from his mouth. He saw Selena there. The figure that Solar saw was Selena who had been known. His body is badly injured. Reagan did not need to guess because he immediately knew from the position of Selena's body stuck in the coral. Blood gushed from his open mouth. Selena coughed, maintaining consciousness with all her remaining energy.

The outfit he was wearing was the last one Reagan saw that night, during a bonfire event on the final night of their field trip. Not lost to Reagan's shock, Solar has changed its form to Selena. Even if Solar has the ability to regenerate cells or manipulate them, it still cannot save Selena. Reagan could only stare pusingly at the dying Selena right before him.

Solar reached out her hand to touch Selena's forehead, but her movements were held back by a grip. Selena gripped Solar's arm as tightly as she survived at the end of her life. His eyes could not be forgotten by Reagan. Solar tried to rebel, even though he shouldn't have to. Selena died shortly afterwards. Solar looked at his arm that was injured from the grip just now. The wound closed on its own in a matter of seconds. Solar retrieves Selena's memories in order to replace her as well as disguise her during her planetary ascension.

Now Solar is confused about how to destroy Selena's lifeless body after retrieving her memories. The only element on the planet that he can control is water. Water cannot break down Selena's body quickly. He felt sorry for her. Finally Solar decided to bring the cooling body to the sea. He will bury her in the ocean. That way, other species that inhabit the ocean will take care of the funeral. That idea sounds brilliant when thought of. Reagan felt he was going to vomit right then and there.

The day had changed by the time Solar returned to the mainland. It does not go straight up, but relaxes on the surface with a new body while enjoying the sunlight. Solar loves this star. The heat is perfect for his low-temperature body. Reagan saw Solar bobbing above sea level before he heard a voice chanting Selena's name from a distance. Reagan saw himself calling out to Selena. The next second was like a replay. He could only watch as he drowned trying to save Selena, who he thought was drowning, but the figure he was trying to save was Solar. Solar saved him when he drowned because he couldn't swim.

Everything that happens in Selena's life upon her return from the field trip is part of a re-enactment that plays out in Solar's perspective. All of Selena's memories during her lifetime can be peeked at bit by bit thanks to Solar's permission. She knew how Selena felt about him. While living, Selena considers Reagan as an object that she likes and hates. Selena doesn't accept the fact that she actually likes Reagan. All this time he was too busy convincing himself that he hated Reagan. Reagan defined it unilaterally as a sense of prestige. Because Solar never had any experience of negative feelings, he just followed his instinct to continue to like Reagan. The change in Selena's attitude that she previously thought was strange is now answered already.
