Fairy Requirements

(I'll start this chapter with a song by Anne Marie and James Arthur. It is better if you read it while listening to the song. For those who do not hear the song, the text of the song does not skip yes.so it is part of the expression Arnold feeling although not all the text I fit later abbreviation).

The library is empty of visitors. Maybe because it is still a holiday, also most students prefer to read through the internet. Although according to Faith is more fun to read books directly while listening to music from the headset.

A message came in. Fairy stared at her screen. It was from Arnold. The guy sent her a song. Anne Marie and James Arthur's song Rewrite The Star.

Fairy put on her headset and listened to the song.

Why does the song fit so well with me and Arnold? Is he trying to express his heart ? And this is also part of my heart. Is being with him something real? Had he not been Arnold Manola, I would have accepted his love with pleasure.

The phone in Fairy's hand suddenly rang. He was shocked and almost yelled when he saw Arnold reach him via a video call.

"Hi....!" greet Fairy after managed to calm her heart which seemed to cheer receiving the call.

"Do you like the song?" arnold asked with a smile. The guy looks handsome with a light blue shirt and the same colored hat.

"You know that I prefer Korean songs. So I thought the song was mediocre" Fairy said in her cue style.

"Oh yeah? Then why do I see you smiling to yourself when I hear that song?"

Fairy frowned. His face was red. How did he know I was smiling at that song?

Arnold smiled. He suddenly disconnects his video call.

Fairy scratched her head which was not itchy at all. He was confused and embarrassed. But, Arnold might just be guessing.

"How do I know if you're smiling?"

"W...!" Fairy jumped in shock and immediately stood with her heart almost out of place to see Arnold was standing in front of the table with the clothes he was wearing during the videocall. That guy doesn't wear the guise of his mustache at all.

"What are you doing here? What if someone sees you? This entire campus could be a scene!" said Fairy as her head withered looking at every corner of the library.

"I know this library is silent visitors. That's why before I sent you that song, I was already standing in the corner there and watching you" Arnold said, pointing at the corner he meant was a shelf for storage.

Fairy's face immediately panicked at her reaction to the song and received a call from Arnold. Before she shifted the green button, she still had time to fix her hair, take a deep breath and put on her sweet smile.

"You....!"

"Yes.I saw it all. You fix your hair and...."

"Have...!" Fairy cut Arnold's speech.

"Now go! I want to work"

"Arnold.go. Mrs Vero could have come...!" said Fairy. And just as he finished speaking, he saw the shadow of Vero's mistress walking behind a glass wall and ready to enter the library.

Fairy immediately drew Arnold's hand and passed the table and walked between the bookshelves.

"Fairy !" call madame Vero.

"I'm reading a book!"answer Fairy. Indeed Fairy has a habit that the library is quiet, sitting on the floor while reading any book from the bookshelves.

Fairy only realized that she and Arnold were standing facing such a close distance.

"You....!" Fairy pushes Arnold's body but the guy already traps her. Arnold's hand was already holding the bookshelf behind Fairy.

"Mrs Vero could have come here!" said Fairy slightly whispering with trembling hands.

"Mrs Vero wouldn't have come here if you hadn't made a fuss!" whispered Arnold and immediately picked up Fairy's lips gently.

Fairy's enlarged eyeballs received that sudden kiss. And he once again did not return the kiss, nor did he have the strength to refuse it. Arnold's kiss was like magic that paralyzed all Fairy's defenses.

The girl slowly closed her eyes while both of her hands held firmly onto the jeans skirt she was wearing.

"Fairy....!" call madame Vero.

Fairy hurriedly pushed Arnold's body. "Don't come out!" fairy said a little threateningly and she immediately ran to meet Madame Vero.

"What's the matter, Miss Vero?"

"It's almost 6 p.m. We'd better close the library"

"Isn't it usually 8 p.m?"

"Yes. But still on holiday. It doesn't matter if we close it sooner."

Wake it up to close now. Arnold will definitely be seen by Miss Vero.

"May I have another 30 minutes?"

"You still reading? Then I can mean it"

"Eh.nyonya Vero went home first. I'll be home later"

"alright. Don't forget to flip the closed sign on the door.."

Fairy followed Vero's steps and turned the sign stating that the library was closed.

He stepped into Arnold's place. He saw that the guy was sitting on the floor, leaning on a bookshelf, with his legs crossed and playing his cellphone.

Fairy sat on the floor. He was dealing with Arnold.

"You don't have a job so you have to come to see me every day?" fairy asked Arnold to let go of the phone she was holding and looked at the girl with a shady look and always made Fairy's heart beat 2 times faster.

"I'm at work now"

Fairy frowned "Work? You're just wasting your time here"

"I don't feel like I'm wasting my time here. Because I'm working to pursue your love"

The deg...! Fairy almost fainted hearing Arnold's words that made her almost lose control. Those words made her float. A few moments later, the girl laughed.

"Arnold, has your brain gone crazy?" ask Fairy.

"I'm still sane. That crazy one is you!"

"What?"

"Yes. You are not sane for ignoring your heart!" arnold said straight into Fairy's heart.

"I...!" Fairy was at a loss for words. "You've misjudged me!"

"Oh yeah? Tell me which side I'm wrong on?" ask Arnold defiantly.

"Because you're an artist, it's only natural that all girls like you. Including me. But liking it doesn't mean love" Fairy said while remaining calm.

"But you don't like me as an artist or a singer or anything. You never even know a song I've ever sung. So I'm sure the glow in your eyes is because you like me as an uncle. As you called on the first day we met" said Arnold with eyes that seemed to stab Fairy's heart and dismantle the hiding of her who tried to expel the name Arnold who was actually there.

"I'm..." Fairy was finally at a loss for words.

Arnold approached, then grabbed both hands of Fairy "Look at me, Fairy. I don't understand why I fell in love with you either. This feeling came without my control. And I'm pretty sure that you feel the same way" Arnold kissed Fairy's hands with emotion.

Fairy threw her gaze to the side. Who could look at that hazel-eyed handsome face? But he didn't pull his hand from Arnold's.

"Arnold.we are different" Fairy said after the two kept quiet for a while.

"That's you think. But not in my opinion"

"But for others we are also different."

"There's no one else here. There's just me and you." Arnold further slashed the distance between them so that Storm Fairy was imprisoned between Arnold's legs.

"Fairy, it's not wrong if I was born to be a star and you as a student library guard are also servants at fast food restaurants. Love is about the heart. I know you have me in your heart" Arnold stroked Fairy's face with his thumb.

"My whole life, I've never wanted a girl like I wanted you"

"But Arnold, I don't want to be your girlfriend. I want to be your wife"

"Are you ready to get married?" arnold asked a little frustrated at Fairy's seemingly absurd words.

"Yes. If there is a serious man who wants to marry me, why not?"

Arnold quiet. Mind collapsed. Getting married is not at all in her life plan even for the next 5 years.

" Arnold, I gave you 2 months of thinking time. During that time you can't call, text, let alone meet me. Don't try to meet me at the library, the restaurant or in the dormitory. This is a test on you if you really mean how you feel about me, then after 2 months, you and I will get married" fairy said with a happy face because Arnold started to look stressed with the requirements that Fairy gave

"Are we not going out first?"

"No! If you're serious, then you should marry me after those 2 months.
