The Past or the Present?

The letter Fairy left him 5 years ago is read again by Arnold. The final part of the letter made Arnold realize that Fairy had left pregnant.

Forget me, Arnold. Find another girl who can follow your dreams. This is how I show that I love you so much. I carry all the traces you leave in me. I know I'll never get the love you gave me. That's why I'm gonna keep it inside of me. Good bye, Arnold. FAIRIES

Arnold was so hurt by Fairy's departure that he did not understand the contents of the letter. Now, Arnold knows that Fairy is not up to the heart to abort her content.

Arnold loved Mike very much. The boy had made Arnold so sorry he didn't want a child.

Back at the Sakki house, when Linda confessed about who she was, Arnold relentlessly hugged and kissed Mike who was sleeping very soundly. Arnold recalled his conversation with Linda back in the hospital.

"Arnold, you can meet Mike whenever you want. But never separate me from Mike." Said Linda.

"Why can't we live together? We're still married, Fairy."

Linda smiled. "I have a new identity. Fairy Ayudhisa is dead. Now standing in front of you is Linda Gisela. And I got married a year ago."

"Don't you say you're just getting married?"

"I lied at that time. Because I still want to keep Mike covered."

"And our sweet story? Everything we went through before the plane crash, did it mean nothing to you?" Arnold asked while holding Linda's hand but the woman brushed it off slowly.

"The past cannot be repeated. I love my husband." Linda said firmly. Arnold tried to look Linda in the eye. And he did not find the loving gaze that Fairy once had for him. Arnold realized that love was gone in Fairy's life.

Arnold took a deep breath. It hurts to hear the words of Fairy. 5 years she lives in Fairy's memories. Faithful in his eternal love. If you know the end is like this, wouldn't it be better for Fairy to never appear again in her life? Wouldn't it be better if he never knew Fairy was alive? Has he not now opened his heart to Belinda's daughter? Doesn't he feel comfortable hugging Belinda?

Arnold ruffled his hair violently. His mind was torn between Fairy or Belinda.

Today, Arnold visited Mike who was coming home from the hospital. Arnold and Linda agreed not to tell Mike who Arnold was because Mike had just recovered from illness.

"Uncle, he said today can't come, why come again?" Ask Mike who is ready to go home. He no longer wears hospital clothes.

"Don't Mike like uncle coming?" Arnold asked and raised Mike's body and sat on his lap.

"Like. But mommy said I can't make uncle bother."

Arnold kissed Mike's cheek in a fit of rage. "From now on, whenever Mike wants to come see uncle, just come. Mommy would've let."

Mike looked at Linda. "Really, mom?"

"Yes, honey. Mike can come anytime. But I have to go to Mommy. Don't go quietly." Linda said making Mike nod with pleasure.

"Now uncle wants to go first. It'll be a little later tonight if you have time, uncle will visit Mike in the apartment. Can you please Miss Linda?" Arnol looked at Linda again.

"Of course Mike hasn't slept. So if you want to come, you have to call first."

"OK." Arnold kissed Mike lovingly. Then he immediately agreed to go to his activities as a singer.

Belinda slammed Robert's car door. They had just finished dinner and Belinda found Robert kissing Amelia in the ladies' room.

"Honey, wait!" Robert held Belinda's hand. Arnold, who had just stepped out of his car to meet Mike, was shocked to see the scene in the basement of the apartment. He was about to approach them but Noah held his hand while shaking his head asking not to interfere.

"Otherwise, Robert? I'm tired of all this. I'm tired of having to cover up all your lies, tired of having to pretend to be happy even though I'm saturated with this relationship."

"You say?" Robert slammed into Belinda's hand. "Didn't you agree to this engagement from the beginning? You yourself know that I can't take Amelia off because she's so good at serving me in bed while you always refuse to sleep with me. You said you were bored because you cheated on me yourself!"

"What do you mean?"

"I saw a kiss mark on your neck that you were trying to cover with your shirt. Who did that to you? That pretty singer, right? I can see how his eyes look so hard to expose you every time you meet." Robert held Belinda's chin very roughly.

"let go. Sa..kit.." Pekik Belinda restrained.

"It's a punishment because you cheated on me."

"Then end this relationship."

"I'm not letting you go. We're getting married and you're fulfilling your duty to me as my wife. What a pity if your beautiful body is only enjoyed by the handsome singer." Robert took off the grip of his finger on Belinda's chin and unexpectedly, the girl slapped him very hard.

"You dare slap me?" Robert ride pitam. He raised his hand to reply to Belinda but his hand was held in the air because there was a stronger hand holding her from behind.

"Don't hit a woman. And don't blame Belinda for what she did because I was the one who seduced her, who forced her and pulled her hand so hard that I hugged her tightly. All that I did was because I knew that you were a jerk who didn't deserve him."Arnold said then pushed Robert's body very strongly and immediately embraced the sobbing Belinda.

"You know Arnold, Belinda will still marry me." Robert said a little mockingly.

"I'll cancel it. Go Belinda!" Arnold pulled Belinda's hand into his car.

"Th....!" Belinda tried to stay in place but Arnold pulled her hand very strongly.

"You're jealous because I slept with Amelia and tried to disturb my fiancee. Isn't that Arnold Manola?" robert shouted loudly.

Arnold stopped his steps and ate Robert with a mocking smile. "You're wrong, Robert! Since 7 years ago, Amelia's been hard doesn't mean anything to me." Then he stepped back, opening his car door for Belinda. He pushed Belinda in, and he himself sat down beside Belinda.

"To the apartment, Noah." Arnold said to Noah who was already sitting behind the wheel.

Noah just nodded and immediately ran his car.

Belinda quiet. Only her sobs were heard.

"Cry if it makes you relieved." Arnold said as he wrapped his hand around Belinda's shoulder and pulled the girl into his arms. Belinda did not refuse. She clasped her body in Arnold's arms and continued to express her heart through her tears.

As they arrive at the apartment, Belinda sits on the living room couch while Arnold makes some warm tea for Belinda. Noah himself didn't come in because he didn't want to intrude on Arnold's privacy.

"Drink this so you feel good."

Belinda received a twelve from Arnold's hand. He immediately drank the tea.

"Thank you!" belinda said as she handed over her empty glass.

"You feeling good?" Arnold asked, holding Belinda's hand.

"Thank you for helping me."

"I won't let you go again after seeing what Robert did to you. Leave the man, Bel. He'll only keep hurting you if you get married."

Binda just looked down. Her tears fell back. "I promised my family. That our marriage will still happen. I also swore before Robert's mother that I would try to change his person into a responsible and loyal man."

"Do you want to live forever in suffering?" Arnold touched Belinda's cheek. She wiped away the girl's tears very gently. "I can feel that you have feelings for me, Bel. This is not just because our bodies are both satisfying each other as we share the warmth together. But it's about the heart."

"Love doesn't always have to have, does it?"

Arnold looked into Belinda's eyes. The eyes that always make him shake. "From the first time I saw you at that funeral, I didn't know why my heart wanted to keep chasing you."

Belinda smiled. "Forget me, Arnold. I don't want you to suffer. You've suffered enough to lose your wife. Find another woman who deserves you more."

"I have found my late wife."

"You mean?"

Arnold told me all about Linda and Mike.

"Then why don't you guys get together again?"

"He's married."

"You were disappointed when you found out he was married?"

Arnold nodded. "Yes. I really didn't expect that she would forget all the sweet memories of us both. But even if I'm disappointed, I can't force it. Because my feelings for you are now stronger than my feelings for her. You stole my heart, Bel."

"Arnold, I don't want you to be sad. Because I have to marry Robert."

"And I don't want you to suffer. Cause I'd do anything to make you mine." Arnold said then looked down and kissed Belinda lovingly. Belinda wrapped her hand around Arnold's neck. He accepted the kiss with the same passion.

Arnold lifted Belinda's body without letting go of her kiss. He went to the guest room on the first floor. Then lay Belinda's body very carefully. Arnold slowly let go of his kiss without eroding the distance between them.

"I won't let you go again, Bel. I won't even let you go home tonight." whispered Arnold then fondly peppered Belinda as if she never wanted to let Belinda out of her arms. Arnold is determined to have his son Mike. Although he can no longer have the greatest love Fairy in his life. Arnold will try to think of Fairy as Linda. He will close his past and pursue his future with Belinda. Although the road is a bit difficult but Arnold is sure that he will be able to have Belinda.
