Proposal

Ezekiel looked at his cousin with a gaze filled with doubt.

"Are you really going to marry her?"

"Yes" replied Arnold confidently while playing the phone he had in his hand. Actually Arnold was staring at the pictures of Fairy Ben sent him.

Ezekiel looked at Joe who was also in his room. His secretary was sitting opposite Arnold.

"You've been investigating, haven't you? She's not the con girl who's gonna take advantage of Arnold?" ezekiel asked a little sharply. No matter the protesting gaze from Arnold.

"You're in love with Arnold, and your common sense I think is a little disturbed, so I asked Joe" continued Ezekiel, making Arnold just shake his head.

"She has no experience in dealing with men. She does have some friends but Fairy is not a girl who likes to be open to anyone. He tends to be closed. Like my initial analysis, the conditions for marriage he gave because he actually wanted to reject Mr. Arnold. Not because he didn't love Mr. Arnold but because of their different social statuses" Joe said with confidence.

"I feel Miss Fairy is a person who really likes Mr. Arnold because he is not interested in fame, property and luxury" Joe added a little bit of his analysis.

Ezekiel. He was always confident in Joe's analysis. Now Ezekiel's gaze was on Arnold. He loved his cousin very much. Especially after Arnold was orphaned and had to live with them. Ezekiel considers him not as a cousin but as a sibling as he loves Rachel.

"What if the girl rejects your proposal?" ezekiel asked her to make her cousin think of the worst possible thing.

"Isn't that the requirement he wants? So there was no reason for him to reject me" Arnold replied with great confidence.

"But he's only 18!"

"And I can confirm that she's a virgin!" ben's words suddenly appeared with Rachel in the room, interjecting Ezekiel's words.

"Hey.you are not polite to enter a room without permission!" Ezekiel.

"The door's not in the lock, dude!" ben said defend himself.

"What are you guys doing here?" ezekiel asked still in a tinge.

"Eze, it was Arnold who asked us to come over" said Rachel and sat down next to Arnold patting her cousin on the shoulder "We're going to help her make a romantic proposal" rachel said as she looked at her cousin lovingly.

"So, what's your idea?" arnold asked as he looked at Rachel and Ben in turn.

"Can you love her with songs!" ben said with a sweet smile. His experience as a play boy is certainly no doubt.

The mini bus that drove Fairy was gone 30 minutes ago. Fairy was the last passenger to be escorted by a bus driver.

Actually Thomas has offered Fairy to be delivered by car, but Fairy refused because she did not want to look more special than other students

His watch was showing at 10:45 p.m. Then it's a while away and the 27th will be over.

Where am I going? Library closed, cafe closed. Should I just go to the hotel?

A black car approached Fairy as the girl was pushing her suitcase.

"Fairy..!"

Fairy turned her head, looking at the person who was in the car. It turns out his friends Cassie and Willy.

"Follow us, yuk !" take Cassie

"Where? "

"Follow it!" Willy went downstairs, picked up Fairy's suitcase and stuffed it into the trunk, then encouraged the girl to sit in the backseat.

"Where are we going?" ask Fairy curiously.

Cassie who sat in front looked back

"Mara!" he answered while blinking his eyes.

Fairy was confused. But he just went along. Instead of meeting Arnold, that's what he thought.

But when the car began to enter a climbing road, Fairy's feelings began to feel bad. Is this the way to Fairy Garden?

"Cassie, why are we here?" ask Fairy.

Cassie and Willy don't talk. Especially when entering the gate, Willy seemed to accelerate the speed of his vehicle.

"Come Fairy!" willy said as the car stopped and opened the door for Fairy.

"What is this really about?" asked Fairy confused.

"He meant you. Come on..!" Cassie pushed Fairy's body to step up.

Fairy dragged her feet down Fairy garden. He saw in front of the labyrinth, there was Arnold standing there holding a guitar.Besides his right was a small table, there were several red rose stalks that had been strung together into one.

There were several torches used to light up the place where Arnold was standing. The romantic atmosphere is very noticeable due to the presence of beautiful flowers arranged near Arnold's stand.

As Fairy got closer, Arnold strummed her guitar and sang a song Fairy liked. The song from Indonesia, Yovie and Nuno titled sacred promise. Arnold sang it in Indonesian.

A feeling that Fairy had never experienced all this time. Not only happy but like flying.

Not only was his heart beating twice as fast but his entire body was shaking in the outpouring of love that radiated from Arnold's gaze.

Each verse of the song sung by the boy penetrated the million fortresses that Fairy had built all this time. The girl is immersed in the love request Arnold expects of her.

Even when the song was over, Fairy was still stunned in the guy's charm.

Arnold approached, carrying the rose. He knelt on one leg in front of Fairy. Give her the rose. Fairy accepts.

Arnold then took the red-eyed ring and held it out in front of Fairy.

"Will you marry me?" arnold asked in a very trembling voice, such a longing eye and so much love he had for the girl.

Fairy's brain tries to warn her that she must reject Arnold. But Fairy's heart was already wholly owned by Arnold. Even though the head of the girl wanted to shake her head but the strong impulse of love from the bottom of her heart made her head nod. Tears even fell on her cheeks.

"Yes! I want to marry you!" fairy said very quietly with a voice that also shook but everything was clearly heard in Arnold's ears.

The man immediately stood up, grabbed Fairy's left hand and inserted the ring into Fairy's ring finger. Arnold's face looked so happy. He immediately wrapped his hands around Fairy's back, pulling the girl in his arms, giving a warm feeling that radiated directly into each other's hearts.

Suddenly we heard the sound of an eruption. The sky instantly glowed with fireworks and made the atmosphere around them bright.

Fairy and Arnold spontaneously raised their heads to the sky and smiled at the fireworks.

"Arnold, this is so beautiful!" said Fairy.

"Nobody can exceed your beauty, my peri" Arnold said then immediately lowered his head and picked up Fairy's lips very gently.

Getting a kiss all of a sudden, Fairy would be surprised. His heart was beating fast again. But he did not refuse the kiss. Fairy then closed her eyes. Replying to the kiss despite its very stiff effect, Fairy's lips moved slowly following the way Arnold kissed her.

A very beautiful kiss under the light of fireworks.

From different directions came Ezekiel, Rachel, Ben, Joe, Cassie, Willy, Susan and Noah. They applauded Arnold and Fairy and were forced to abandon their kisses.

Arnold stared at all who had made him prepare this proposal. He then raised the hand of Fairy who was wearing a ring, then shouted excitedly,

"We will get married...!"

Fairy blushed a bit embarrassed but she also welcomed warm hugs and congratulations from all of them.

"Fairy is getting married to Arnold Manola, I can imagine the whole campus is going crazy" Cassie said, kissing her best friend.

"Don't tell anyone. It's a secret." said Fairy

Cassie nodded. "Same...!" said

The others had already left the couple who were in love.

Arnold and Fairy sat on a park bench. Their bodies are so close. Arnold even wrapped his hand around the girl's shoulder.

"Are you cold?" ask Arnold.

Fairy shook her head "Your jacket has warmed me enough"

"Does my love also warm your heart?"

Fairy looked at Arnold with a face that felt hot. He took a hide in Arnold's head.

"Everything about you always warms me, Arnold" she said shyly

Arnold was getting closer to her "I can't wait to make you my wife. I want our wedding to take place one week from now"

"What's? One week?" He let go of his embrace and looked at Arnold with a pale face

"Why baby? You said you didn't want to date. That's why you want me to marry you if I'm serious with you" Arnold looked at Fairy with a slightly suspicious face "Did you change your mind now?"

Fairy hurriedly shook her head "No Arnold!. I'm getting married to you. But isn't that one week too soon?"

"Actually I don't want to" Arnold said, cupping Fairy's cheek with both hands. "Gaze, I'm Fai. I don't want to part with you anymore and I have to wait a few months to see you. I want to close my eyes before going to bed and open my eyes when I wake up by looking at you by my side"

"How about 1 more month?"

Arnold shakes his head "No. That's kelamaan. I don't want to go 2 weeks"

"alright. But on one condition"

"What?"

"Our marriage must be kept secret"

Arnold's hand on Fairy's cheek was released "You don't want anyone else to know about this relationship? Are you ashamed to be my partner?" ask Arnold while standing up. He turned his back on Fairy with a disappointed heart.
