Lara remembered the name of her new friend and mentioned it to Edgar. Not to forget Lara also mentioned the name of Angga and one of her other male friends to Edgar.
Hearing Lara mention the names of the two men somehow made Edgar's chest feel hot. "Just a day of college alone can make you get two male friends at once. So great of you, yeah!" Said Edgar with a cynical look.
"What if I have a male friend sir?" Lara subconsciously changed their nickname because she was afraid of the anger that was clearly visible on Edgar's face.
"It's okay." Still answering sharply to make Lara conclude that Edgar was angry with him.
Edgar's car continued to drive towards the apartment with a changing atmosphere of silence. Lara, who was afraid that Edgar was angry with her, wondered if it was wrong to have a male friend.
A few minutes had passed, and Edgar's car finally reached the apartment building. Edgar who felt bad after hearing Lara's answer about her male friend was still installing a silent mode.
"Emh, Brother Edgar. Is Lara wrong to have a male friend? As a human being we should be friends with anyone not to be indiscriminate." Lara said slowly.
"Not wrong. Who blames you for having a male friend? I also have a girlfriend and there's nothing wrong." Answer Edgar.
Lara was relieved to hear that. It turned out that his guess if Edgar was angry at him was wrong.
"Thank God then." Lara smiled sweetly.
Seeing the smile on Lara's face then it makes Edgar hold grim in his heart because it turns out Lara is very happy if released befriend anyone.
"I can't be weird with him. He could be big-headed for guessing I'm jealous of seeing him close to another man." Edgar said in his heart.
"Oh yes, Brother Edgar. Doesn't Edgar feel any hassles if he keeps bringing me to campus?" Lara asked considering the distance of the campus and Edgar hospital was on the road that was not in the same direction.
Edgar was silent and did not immediately answer Lara's question because there was something lodged in her head.
"If Brother Edgar feels troubled, I better go and go home from campus using the bus only. I used to go home and go on the bus." Lara said again because Edgar was silent.
"I'll think about it later." Edgar replied that he did not want to make a hasty decision.
Lara nodded her head in agreement with Edgar's words. Both of them stepped into the elevator that would take them to the floor of their apartment.

The notification sound of the message coming into Lara's phone shifted Edgar's gaze sitting on the sofa to the sound source. "Who sent him the message?" Edgar was curious. Wanting to see what message goes into Lara's cell phone it feels like Edgar does not want because he is afraid of being mistaken for a possessive husband if Lara caught the action.
Edgar let Lara's phone stay on the nightstand and continued to reply to messages from Arkana.
A few minutes passed, Lara who had finished cleaning her body and wearing clothes just stepped towards the nightstand to pick up her phone. The smile on Lara's face was also expanded to see a message from a new number.
"Damn, why is he smiling to himself? Who actually sent him the message?" Edgar was inwardly curious.
