Nothing is suspicious
Although she believed that Lady would not wish her love, Arkana remained vigilant until she finally chose to tell someone to follow her wherever she went.
During these two days Arkana continued to monitor Lady's movements through his men. He also chose to give up time to tell Lady about Emila until he was sure that Lady would not wish for her love.

Lady took a long breath. "We'll just end this call. I want to go to my in-laws' shop because there's something I want to take care of there." Lady Say.
Dandy was silent until their phone call was cut off.

One week has passed, Lady still feels if she is being followed by someone she believes is Arkana's man. The lady who had been used to performing was behaving appropriately and showed no signs of being close to Dandy.
Getting a report if everything goes reasonably makes Arkana stop his orders to his man to follow the movements of his wife and Dandy.
And that day, Arkana had prepared herself to tell her what really happened to Lady.
The lady who got the message if there was anything Arkana wanted to tell her tonight also chose to go home early from the store.
