"Yes, Mama hope after they are born later Mama can still continue to see them into adulthood." Ms. Selvy said meaningfully.
Emila can understand where Miss Selvy is going. Because she could not be sure if for the next Miss Selvy could still see her children or not, Emila chose to smile at Ms. Selvy.
"Mila, are you sure you want to separate from Arkana after your child is born? Are you sure you'll be a father and mother to your children?" Ask Mrs Selvy.
Emila was silent for a moment before replying. "Mila sure, Ma. Mila can definitely be like Mama Mila who can raise Mila without the affection of a father." Emila answered while looking at Madam Asma.
Asma smiled at the answer from her daughter. He rubbed the thigh of Emila who was sitting next to him.
"If it feels heavy at first but Mila sure can live it. Rather than living in the shadow of a second wife in the life of Mr. Arkana and Lady Lady Mila better find a better way by going from their lives." Emila said later.
Ms. Selvy was silent for a while after listening to Emila's words. He knew that his daughter-in-law was now feeling very guilty because it had become a stain at the wedding of Arkana and Lady. But what is happening to Emila and Arkana right now is beyond their wishes, right? It feels like Miss Selvy is confused who to side with. The obvious lady is her first daughter-in-law or Emila who is the second wife of her son.
There wasn't too much conversation Emila and Ms. Selvy had that night about Arkana because Ms. Selvy had chosen to switch the conversation between them because she knew Emila wasn't comfortable talking about her son.
Ms Selvy returned to her home with very little hope.
"Mila, I hope you don't intend to keep Mama away from your grandchildren." Mumbles Miss Selvy while staring at Emila's house.
"Thank you for always being by Mila's side in Mila's happy and sad time, Mah." Emila felt bad.
Madam Asma smiled hearing that. "That's Mama's duty as a mother. There's not a single mother in the world who wants her child to suffer, son." Answer Ms. Asma.
Emila held the hand of Ms. Asma who was rubbing her hair. "Hopefully happiness will come to us after Mila's children are born later huh, Ma." Please Mila.
"Yes, I hope, son." Answer Ms. Asma.
The mother and son smiled at each other. After talking enough and feeling their bodies are tired, finally Ms. Asma and Emila decided to rest in their respective rooms.
Emila who had just entered her room immediately set her eyes on her mobile phone which was on the bed when she heard the sound of her cell phone ringing which sounded quite loud.
"Who called me these nights?" Ask Emila. Emila immediately stepped towards the bed and was confused when she saw the video call from Arkana.
"He's not wrong to make a video call with me?" Ask Emila.
