Swordsman the Wanderer

Swordsman the Wanderer
Ch 40's. The Dragon Art Sword

When Zhaang En finished reading the book in his hand, Zhang En then stored it into his storage ring. He could not calm his mind.

Ever since he trained with Elder Chao Pao, he understood that he had to keep working hard. Moreover, after experiencing and going through many things, Zhang En could no longer wait to raise his cultivation stage so that he could carry out missions outside of the sect to obtain constribution. However, he also knows that the road is still very long and it takes the best effort and start everything step by step.

He still sat there and thought for a moment, "For now, for now, it would be best if I had to learn from Master Xin Long and strengthen the foundation of my sword skill training and had to take on the missions the sect gave me to seek out outside experience"

It was true, One could not only rely on themselves when cultivating, there were many things to do other than cultivating that was a battle experience or something like that that could increase abilities.

That was why a cultivator had to go out looking for fighting experience other than practicing while cultivating to increase his strength. The battle between life and death or facing danger is the process of all that, nothing instant can be achieved to achieve a goal.

Zhang En then thought that it would be better to cultivate first a few months before taking on the mission. After pondering for quite a while, Zhang En then returned to his residence to rest.

•••

The next day, Zhang En woke up as usual and immediately went into closed cultivation before practicing the skill.

"I don't have much time doing unimportant things, so it would be best if I continue to increase my cultivation" Zhang En said in his heart.

He then took out the pills he obtained from the imperial awarding of the tournament and then swallowed some of those pills and tried to make use of whether he could break through to the next level.

For almost three months Zhang En was still cross-legged cultivating in the room. Suddenly, a voice rang out echoing within the entire room. The spiritual energy in that place had also become extremely dense, so the spiritual energy around Zhang En had become extremely condensed compared to before.

A light accompanied wave gradually appeared in the air that initially looked empty, and the energy was all slowly rushing into Zhang En's body. Zhang En felt shocked as he felt spiritual energy flowing into his dantian.

BOOMM!!

The sound of explosions echoed within his body, and the aura Zhang En emanated became even brighter. He had finally managed to break through to the intermediate stage Holy Swordsman Stage.

Zhang En felt that his body was getting lighter and his face was also getting brighter. After that Zhang En washed the dirt that came out of his body then trained his physique and sword style in front of the courtyard where he lived.

While testing his strength after making a breakthrough, Zhang En took out his sword and practiced skill after skill. A small explosion was heard from outside so Chairman Xin Long walked out of his place looking towards the sound of an explosion.

"It turns out that the boy went up one more level" he said as he continued to pay attention to Zhang En's training. Feeling exhausted, Zhang En ended his training.

Chairman Xin Long then walked up to Zhang En, the two of them then spoke for a while. Chairman Xin Long gave a bit of input after seeing some of Zhang En's less-than-nice moves and teaching him some things.

"Swield users should not only focus on the attack, you should also need to observe its shape, compress its energy and understand the intent of the sword itself. That way, the Qi energy you put out for you to flow into your sword will make you understand the meaning of the real sword intent. Do you understand?". Chairman Xin Long ended his words.

Zhang En found it very helpful to understand what his teacher said, "Thank you teacher has taught me some things and now I understand".

Zhang En received the sheet and went into his room to rest. Half a day later, Zhang En came out and filled his already rumbling stomach.

Finished from there, Zhang En went home and headed straight into the room and took out the sword skill sheet given by Chairman Xin Long.

After sitting on his bed, Zhang En impatiently began to read the entire contents written on the sheet.

Within the 3 to three sheets of paper it explained about Sword Energy and was divided into three parts. The first part was about cultivating the Dragon Art Sword Sect and how to use energy and transform the form of energy into a sword.

The second part was the Form of understanding energy in the use of the Dragon Art Sword Sect, each movement had its own image.

The last part was the name of the Dragon Art Sword Technique as well as its magician movement technique.  There are 3 styles of dragon art namely Dragon Destruction Wave Sword Technique, Heavenly Dragon Sword Technique and lastly is the Dragon God Sword Technique.

After Understanding the contents of the sheet, Zhang En then memorized the entire movements of the 3 Steps of the Dragon Art Sword and headed towards the courtyard of his residence.

Right now, Zhang En was emitting Qi towards his two fingers to form an energy sword while mimicking the image he had already memorized earlier. After trying and failing several times to form a sword with his Qi energy, Zhang En finally succeeded. He straightened his two fingers pointing forward and stood firm.

Then he took two steps forward before making a 180-degree turn and slashed with his right hand and made a forward stabbing motion.

Zhang En produced a small wind that made his robe slightly flutter. If outsiders saw him, they would think he was just imitating without understanding, but Zhang En slowly found out how to practice the Dragon Art Sword style.

After training for several hours, even with the physical body he had trained in, sweat droplets appeared on his forehead and flowed down. Despite several failed attempts, Zhang En was so eager to continue training the dragon art sword style.

Zhang En's understanding had now started to increase, and he had gained a deep understanding.

As he unleashed Energy power from within his body, dots of light began to be knocked on his two fingers and sword energy slowly gathered within.

Zhang En then released that Energy and shot it towards a not-so-big rock not far away that was nearby.

DUARR!!

The sound of explosions rang out as a thumb-sized sword energy light was released by Zhang En towards the rock. The small light shot out and was also dazzling as it shattered the stone .

"Haha.. Looks like I made it"

Seeing this, Zhang En started laughing like a child and was filled with satisfaction as he clapped his hands and looked excited. Even though it was only the beginning, he believed that as time passed, he would be able to use that Dragon Art sword Skill step by step.
