The North Wind Sect

By the afternoon of the second day, Qing Yue'er had finally reached the border between the Central Plains and Northern Tongxuan. Then he decided to stop there for a moment. Perhaps he could see the culture in that bustling city.

Qing Yue'er landed outside the city gate. There is a plaque that reads ‘Xijing’ which is the name of the city. It seemed that he had never heard the name of this city before. Then he walked along with Taotie. His right hand held the sword he had just used to fly.

It just so happened that he had already confirmed his messy appearance. Luckily he memorized the spell given by Mo Jingtian for his human needs. So there's not much to bother with.

When he wanted to enter, it turned out that he was stopped by the gatekeeper. There seems to be a pretty strict rule. Everyone who wants to enter the city of Xijing is required to conduct a check-up first.

“Why does it seem so tight?" qing Yue'er asked herself.

Qing Yue'er finally understood. Every part of the continent must have a major power. And it was this sect of the North Wind that became the main force of the North Tongxuan continent. “So like that.”

“To head for the North Wind sect, one would usually pass through this city. So, I thought you'd go there too.”

“Indeed where exactly?” qing Yue'er asked.

“Not so far away. This is already on the border. You only need to pass through the Dongshan forest before finally reaching the sect territory.” The man glanced towards the gate. “Then I'll leave now. Have fun.”

“Wait a minute.” Qing Yue'er stopped that person. “By the way when was the competition held?”

“Five more days from now.”

The man nodded back then went to do an examination. While Qing Yue'er was also waiting for her turn.

“Girl, are you interested in entering that competition?” ask Taotie.

Qing Yue'er pondered. “Slightly. Maybe I'll take a look first. If it's profitable then I'll give it a try.”

“As usual, you will always look for something profitable.” Taotie laughed to himself. The girl was already a regular hunter of profits. But he also had to do his own work.

“Don't life have to be like that? If not for a profit, would you work to find loss or damage?” Qing Yue'er befell him casually.

“It's true too.” Taotie replied with eyes staring into the distance. A smile suddenly appeared on his face.

Qing Yue'er squinted her eyes. He follows Taotie's gaze and ends up on a woman who just got off the train. The woman was young, probably in her early twenty years. Her face looked beautiful with her pure white skin.

“So? Are you interested and want to tease her?” Qing Yue'er snorted.

“That's a great idea!” Taotie was about to step away but Qing Yue'er immediately stopped him using a sword that was half out of its sheath. “I don't have time to let you play around.”

“Heh? Just a minute.” Taotie looked at Qing Yue'er with his face pensive. He put away the sword that was about to hurt his neck. It might not be anything to him, but he could not fight this girl.

“I gave you two options," Qing Yue'er said.

“What is it?”

“Become obedient or return to dimensions?

Taotie immediately let out a rough breath. “Good, good. I won't make any trouble.”

“That's great.” Qing Yue'er nodded in satisfaction. Then it was finally their turn to do the examination. It was only a short while before the gatekeeper finally let them into the city.

After that, they went for a walk around the city of Xijing. It was a crowded city. There are a lot of people who stop there. Moreover, approaching the competition there will definitely be more visitors.

“Good.” Qing Yue'er finally agreed. Then he saw the boy who was leaving. Maybe to buy what he had been asked for.

When it was already night time, Qing Yue'er did not stay over in Xijing city but instead directly left to continue the journey. He went back up on his sword and flew through Dongshan forest.

Dongshan Forest was not a scary forest. Maybe because it is near the crowd. From above the height, Qing Yue'er could hear the many beasts of the night being mutually unpretentious. Sounds natural in the ears.

On the next morning Qing Yue'er finally reached the top of the Northern Tongxuan continent. He looked into the distance at one peak that looked extremely high. The peak stood firm and was enveloped in a completely white color. It was Beifeng Xue pinnacle that Qing Yue'er was actually aiming for.

At the bottom around the peak of Beifeng Xue was a green forest that looked extremely dense. Qing Yue'er could sense that it was a forest that humans rarely came to. Of course it was different from the Dongshan forest.

“So, where are you going? Xue Beifeng? Or North Wind?” Taotie asked on a whim.

Qing Yue'er was silent for a moment. After a while, he finally decided. “North Wind. I want to see that competition.”

“Good.” Taotie nodded happily. Maybe he'll meet a lot of women there. Isn't that so much fun?

Qing Yue'er took a direction to the left which became the direction where the North Wind sect was located. This time he increased his speed by many times.

“Hahaha, are you currently practicing?” taotie asked after laughing out loud.

“You could say so.” Qing Yue'er smirked. Then his speed increased once again. This time his trajectory left a trail of cloud damage in the sky. If others saw it, then they would think that it was a light that was streaking.

“Great, great! Faster still! It will be something amazing!” Taotie shouted in the air. Because they were too fast so his voice was left behind.

Qing Yue'er laughed when she realized this. He wanted to increase his speed once again. Suddenly, he was surprised by something. The highlight of his eyes shrank before he finally deflected his direction abruptly.

Qing Yue'er frowned. He saw another light passing in front of him. That was why he immediately turned around. If he's late maybe he'll bump into something.

At this moment he saw someone standing on the sword in a way to back him. When viewed from his clothes, it was a man. However, when viewed from his posture, that person looked more like a woman.

“I bumped? I thought you guys weren't seeing properly.”

The man turned around. His face was revealed. She was a woman wearing men's clothing. He held a folding fan in his hand. Her hair was styled in such a way, but it fit perfectly on her face. She looks feminine and masculine at the same time.

Qing Yue'er threw her breath out violently. This was an accident. Maybe next time he should be more careful.

“You have to go to the competition! You must silence him with victory. Ah, you really have to beat him!” Taotie spoke quickly and as if did not want to listen to Qing Yue'er's rebuttal.
