CHAPTER 27. Involvements

Arumeey slammed the stick into the man's body. But quickly the man crouched down avoiding Arumeey's attack.

The bound girl shuffled away from the fight. He's hiding in the corner of a wooden closet.

The dirty old healer tried to run up to the bound girl. Arumeey quickly smacked the stick on the calf of the filthy healer.

The doctor fell down on the wooden floor.

A kick from behind hit Arumeey's back trying to knock down a dirty healer.

The man tried to jump on Arumeey's body, as quickly as Arumeey's lightning rolled his body avoiding the attack from the poor girl's father.

Arumeey grabbed the sword lying on the floor. He quickly pointed the sword at the neck of the girl's father.

"You really want to die?" said Arumeey cynically.

The man grinned and started laughing.

"Ha ha ha ha ha"

"I won't die if you don't screw things up"

"I've been trying to get my pain cure. How dare you ruin my fight" said the man.

"Your struggle. By bringing the girl you think you can live a long time?" Arumeey.

"You don't have to interfere. That trashy girl only caused bad luck to me" he continued.

The man tried to pull the sword from his neck. He swung his leg to kick Arumeey. Arumeey quickly dodged and unsheathed the sword into the man's stomach.

The man sat down and took out red liquid from his stomach and mouth.

Arumeey's trying to go after the dirty healer. But the physician was no longer visible. Arumeey went back in and approached the girl. He cut the rope that tied the girl.

"Thank you, madam. I'm so grateful you saved my life" said the girl in tears.

"Let's calm. You're safe now" Arumeey tried to calm the girl down.

The old man carrying Arumeey got up and ran away from the place. Arumeey doesn't care about it.

He walked towards the shelf containing the urn and bottle. Arumeey noticed that there were some medicines and also bottles containing the virus. Arumeey searched the entire shelf. There are many bottles that contain rare diseases.

"Truly my guess. Some deliberately spread the rare disease" Arumeey murmured.

"Who exactly is that filthy healer?" his inner.

Arumeey continued to search the place.

"Miss. What are you looking for?"

Arumeey stopped her search and turned to the girl.

"How long has your father been suffering from this rare disease?" arumeey asked as she approached the poor girl.

"About one month. My father had very severe symptoms. Miss, what's your name? It's not like you're an ordinary girl."

"I'm Arumeey. I was studying at Hwangguna College. How's yours?"

"My name is Ishika. The one who brought me here is my stepfather"

"Do you know what that dirty healer is going to do to us?" ask Ishika to Arumeey.

"What does he want to do?. Does he mean anything else?" arumeey.

"Surely, miss, she's not just after our bodies. But he's also after our blood" he explained.

"blood? Wh-wh-what for? Where'd you know that?" arumeey's question was invaded by curiosity.

"It's not the first time I've been brought here by my father. Before that I was brought here. But I managed to escape before I was killed"

"I had heard the healer talk with some people who were wearing black clothes with red eagle symbols"

"They're planning something. But the physician is only an intermediary. He's just a man" Ishika continued.

Arumeey scrunched his forehead.

"Red eagle forces are involved with a rare disease virus. No wonder they killed mom and dad. But why do they need the girls' blood?" ask Arumeey in his heart.

"Miss. You okay?" ishika asked to see Arumeey speechless.

"I'm fine. Is there anything else you know, miss?" arumeey asked, hoping there was still information.

"No miss. That's all I heard before I finally escaped" he replied.

"You go home. But please don't talk about this with anyone" Arumeey said.

"I understand, miss. You have saved me. I'm very grateful. If you need my help, you can meet me in the subunan village"

"alright. Take care of yourself" Arumeey said.

Ishika takes her father's horse and rides him leaving the old house.

Arumeey picked up a horse and walked home to the town of taraka. The sun is almost setting. Large and lush tree trees give a gloomy impression on the entire road through which Arumeey traverses. He thought back to the red eagle army.

Arriving in front of the gate of Hwangguna college, the sky was already completely dark. Arumeey got off the horse and let it go.

With a tired face Arumeey stepped inside the white orchid dormitory.

"Arumeey. Where are you from?. I'm so worried. Even teacher Ang is looking for you all over Taraka town!" kanayan said with a sullen face.

"Sorry Kanayan. I'm really tired and need a break right now" Arumeey said.

"You can still say that. Youknew. Teacher Ang hasn't even returned yet. He's still looking for you!" kanayan continued with an angry and worried face.

"Here Kanayan I am really tired. I won't even take a shower. I just want to go to bed" Arumeey said as she spread her body and covered her face with a blanket.

Kanayan only shook his head at the strange behavior of his friend. Kanayan goes to the dorm head's room to tell her that Arumeey is back.

The noise of the hostel's occupants woke Arumeey up. Arumeey opened both of his eyes. The morning sunlight pierced through the window and landed on his face.

Arumeey felt the night go by so quickly.

"I think I just fell asleep. It was morning" he murmured.

"Arumeey, clean yourself up. We must immediately meet the Hongdang master teacher" Kanayan said, wearing his clothes.

"This shite?. What's up?" ask Arumeey.

"You're this. You're daydreaming too much Arumeey. You don't remember?. Today we have to prepare ourselves for the graduation ceremony" Kanayan continued, stopping his finger that was applying makeup.

"alright. I'll be ready soon"

Arumeey got up from his bed. He took a shower and changed clothes.

Professor Hongdang gave a few words about the graduation ceremony that will be held tomorrow. After that the students are welcome to take the attributes to attend the graduation ceremony.

"Kanayan. You came back first. There's something I want to talk to Hongdang's master teacher about" Arumeey told Kanayan.

"good. You'd better see teacher Ang too" Kanayan said.

"I'll think about it later"

Kanayan passed back to the white orchid dormitory. Arumeey walked towards the Hongdang master teacher's room.

"Come in" came the voice of the great teacher Hongdang from inside the room.

Arumeey opened the door and stepped in. He was surprised to find the person in the room.
