The Beast Beauty's
CHAPTER 43. The Secret Revealed

After the group of people passed, Arumeey resumed his journey. Arumeey was hoping that the man would not return to the top of the hill.

Arriving in the city, Arumeey bought some men's clothes, he only measured the king's glorious size by his height which was only as tall as the king's noble.

With his mask, Arumeey felt very free to be in the middle of the crowd, although some people looked at him with expressions full of horror.

Arumeey eavesdropped on some of the people talking while choosing clothes.

"I want to wear nice clothes for Prince Zhumma's coronation party as the tenth king, please help me choose clothes" said one of the men

"Yes, of course we have to be perfect. The king who is wanted by everyone will soon lead Hwangguna" replied the other man.

"Sorry sir, is it true what you just said?" asked Arumeey could not help her curiosity.

"Of course, miss. Where did you come from? Not knowing the big news?" answer the man.

"I-I live in the woods. So I don't know any new news. May I know when the day of the coronation is?" ask Arumeey.

"His coronation will be held next week, Miss. The health of the queen mother also deteriorated after the death of king Shaka" the man replied

"Is that? Thank you for the information sir" replied Arumeey while paying for the clothes he bought.

After picking up the package, Arumeey exits the store and goes to Hwangguna college. Upon his arrival, Arumeey immediately asked permission to meet the great teacher of Hongdang.

Master Hongdang looked astonished at the guest who came to see him today. He never felt like he had met that person.

"Teacher" said Arumeey.

"Sit down, miss" orders the great teacher Hongdang.

Arumeey sat in the guest chair, while the master teacher poured him a cup of stamina-boosting tea.

"Teacher, it's me, Arumeey!" said Arumeey who made the great teacher Hongdang surprised and stopped his activities.

"What---" the great teacher Hongdang stopped his lips when he saw Arumeey take off his mask.

"Armainey! What's going on?" ask the Hongdang master teacher worried

"How can you do that to King Shaka?" he continued full of curiosity.

"Teacher, I'm being slandered. I also can't be sure who the people who planned it were. But I really didn't do anything to King Shaka. Trust me, teacher!" Arumeey.

"I believe you, Arumeey. How are you doing? Do you have a place to stay?" ask the Hongdang master teacher

"Don't worry about me being a teacher. I'm fine. It's just, I have to perform like this every day." replied Arumeey.

"Arumeey I'm so worried about you. People from the palace keep questioning your whereabouts to me. Be careful Arumeey!" master Hongdang held Arumeey's hand.

"Teacher, actually, there's something I'd really like to ask you about, '' Arumeey said.

"Ask Arumeey"

"I don't understand what Arumeey's about!" master teacher Hongdang actually began to know the direction of Arumeey's question.

"Teacher. I found a kwasoh tree behind Grandma's abyss. The plant does not grow by itself there teacher. Tell me, what might Grandma have hidden from me?" Arumeey was trying to extract information.

Master Hongdang got up from his seat and walked towards the window, he stared straight at the trees swaying outside.

His gaze was unfocused, he took a deep breath and released it back.

"Not just from you. He covered it up from everyone even your father!" professor Hongdang.

Arumeey was pounding when he heard the answer of the great teacher Hongdang, he really did not know, what secrets were kept neatly by his grandmother even to the death of picking him up.

"Maepong was the daughter of the royal defense general Sasamarata, she was raised very hard, at the age of a dozen years, she had already killed her father's enemy"

Arummey was wide-eyed to hear the words of the great teacher Hongdang. He really did not think that he had a line of relations with the kingdom of Sasamarata, a kingdom that has been in conflict with Hwangguna for hundreds of years.

"When he entered the number sixteen, Maepong was ordered to be an eye in the palace of Hwangguna, he was forced to pretend to be a palace servant. That was my first meeting with him. After two years in the palace, the unexpected happened to him and the crown prince"

Arumeey listened carefully to every word that came out of the mouth of the great teacher Hongdang.

"They fell in love with each other and were in silent contact. But everyone was finally able to smell the scent hidden by the two men. The relationship is of course strongly opposed. Their relationship was also known to the Sasamarata kingdom. They consider Maepong a traitor and useless."

"King Sasamarata ordered his men to hunt down and kill Maepong. After that, people in Hwangguna also know the identity of Maepong. There was no way for him to escape. But the crown prince's heartfelt love hasn't changed in the least. He took Maepong away and hid her"

Arumeey could not hold back her tears, hearing the life story of Maepong's grandmother was also very difficult.

"Throughout the year Maepong did not come out of his hiding place until people forgot him, but until the crown prince took his throne, he still loved Maepong very much. When he had to get married, he decided to give Maepong the seeds of kwasoh flowers, so that he could live freely without expecting it again"

The great teacher of Hongdang approached Arumeey.

"Arumeey, that's why your grandmother was so worried that you were close to people from the palace. The things he experienced and also your parents really left a wound in his heart" said Professor Hongdang.

"I understand now teacher" replied Arumeey.

"Whatever you do, be careful Arumeey"

"Good teacher. That's all I want to know about teacher."

Arumeey put the mask back on his face and then got up leaving the room of the great teacher Hongdang. Maepong's grandmother's face again flashed in her memory. Arumeey could not believe that behind his grandmother's steadfast face he had so many wounds.

Arumeey kept walking through the market with a dreamy mind. He did not notice his steps.

"Bugh" Arumeey was shocked when her body collided with someone.

"You okay, miss?" a familiar voice in Arumeey's ear. Arumeey immediately looked at the man he hit, who was none other than prince Zhumma, his former lover. Arumeey pegged for a few seconds, he just stared blankly at the face of the man in front of him.

He used to love the man so much, but now that feeling turns to sadness and hate. His tears came, when he remembered that there he had held her, longing for the man.

"Miss. You injured?" asked Prince Zhumma who saw tears on Arumeey's cheeks.
