Arumeey sat leaning against a wall marking the border between the town of Taraka and the subunan village. Five minutes had passed, but there was no sign of the second prince. Arumeey started thinking badly.
"Are you pranking me?" Inner Arumeey
But he thought there was no way the prince would want to prank him. All this time he felt the sincerity of the prince.
Minutes later, Arumeey began to saturate and rose from his seat. He felt he had to go back now, just walking a few steps, suddenly he was startled by the sound of a horse neighing.
Looks someone wearing all black clothes with a hat that is also in the same color.
The man approached Arumeey with a horse that had no rider.
"I'm sorry Arumeey, I made you wait so long" said the prince, riding on a white horse.
"I don't think your majesty will come" replied Arumeey showing a slightly disappointed face.
"I'm sorry" replied the prince earnestly.
When he opened his hat, Arumeey was surprised to see a red stain on the prince's cheek.
"Your Majesty, are you okay?" ask Arumeey
"What happened" asked Arumeey again
"I'm fine" the prince replied as he put a rope on the horse.
" come here, I'll clean your noble face" said Arumeey as he pulled the prince's hand.
The prince's heart thumped as Arumeey pulled his wrist.
They sat on the border wall of Taraka.
Arumeey took his handkerchief and cleaned the prince's face, there was a slight scratch on the prince's face.
"Why can your majesty get hurt like this?" ask Arumeey.
"When I came here, I accidentally met the villain I was looking for the most, I followed them and attacked those who tried to escape?" answer prince.
"Criminals?, what are you looking for the most?" ask Arumeey for a surprise.
"Right, they are an army of red eagles" the prince replied
"An army of red eagles????" ask Arumeey enthusiastically.
"You know her? Ask the prince
"I've heard of their crimes, that's all" Arumeey said.
"True, they are also famous as assassins, I wonder why they seem unwilling to attack me, they are just trying to dodge my attack" continued the prince.
Arumeey fell silent and again cleaned the prince's face, their face was very close, the prince could not take his eyes off the beauty of Arumeey. Arumeey did not notice her because her mind was still overwhelmed by the red eagle army.
After cleaning the wound, the prince invited Arumeey to immediately continue their journey.
"You can ride?" the prince asked as he approached the golden-brown horse.
"I can be your highness, I once learned to ride while in the Anhyo family" replied Arumeey covering up the truth.
Arumeey is a very skilled horseman. He can even shoot while riding.
The Prince helps Arumeey on his horse. They also continued their journey to the foot of bareesan mountain.
To get to the bareesan mountain, they have to pass two villages, namely subunan village and subanin village. The two villages have a population that is classified as crowded, because it is located not so far from the first city of the kingdom of Hwangguna.
After riding for about an hour, they finally reached the end of the village of subanin, after which they turned from the main road to the road entering the forest, the prince and Arumeey reduced their speed, and so on, they walk while talking.
"Have you ever been to Bareesan Mountain?" ask the prince to Arumeey.
"You know that story?" asked the prince amazed by himself who also knew about the story of the lake
Arumeey just nodded his head.
They continue their journey, the air temperature gets colder when in the forest, the breeze like a dime in the morning adds to the beauty of the atmosphere that morning.
"Your majesty, may I ask you a question?"
"Of course Arumeey, you may ask me anything" replied the noble as he looked at Arumeey's face which continued to stare down the street in front of him.
"What do you know about the glorious red eagle army?" asked Arumeey who had previously kept her curiosity.
"The army has been around since the 6th King led the kingdom, but until now I still don't know who the leader of that army is. Some people in the palace may have some connection with that army" the palace prince replied.
But the answer from the prince even makes Arumeey more curious.
"A few years ago the army killed a family of doctors of the noble faith of the king" he continued.
Arumeey stopped his horse as soon as he heard the prince mention the tragedy that befell his parents.
"Have you heard of it?" ask your majesty while turning towards Arumeey who stopped his horse.
"I've heard it once noble" replied Arumeey softly
They also returned to their horses.
(pictures are just illustrations of the road they are on)
After almost two hours of riding, they arrived at the slopes of the mountain bareesan
The golden-colored expanse of leaves greeted their eyes.
There was a small lake with very clear bluish water.
Arumeey was transfixed to see the beauty of this lake, on the right and left side was filled with beautiful Maliwa trees whose leaves had almost fallen to the ground and some fell into the lake.
The prince got off his horse and after that he helped Arumeey down.
A cool and peaceful atmosphere crept into Arumeey's face as if telling her to forget for a moment about the problems in her life.
The prince approached the arume and gently pulled his hand.
"Let's go around for a while" the prince was greeted with a nod by Arumeey.
After walking around for a while, the prince and Arumeey sat on a large rock by the lake.
"You know, the story of princess Kikiyo who ended her life on this lake is the love story I love the most, even though they can't be together and are referred to as love doesn't arrive, but the bond of love between princess Kikiyo and Pangkasuwa is very strong" Prince Zhumma said as he threw a pebble into the lake.
"I'm sure they will be happy in other lives" continued Arumeey who also knew the very famous story.
The two fell silent again amid the rustling sound of friction leaves that were gently blown by the wind that brought a peaceful atmosphere.
The prince looked back at the lake while occasionally staring at the woman beside him. There was a sense that wanted to be expressed to him, but no sound came out of his mouth, while Arumeey seemed to enjoy the beauty of the blue lake.
"You keep staring at me, your majesty! what's up?" asked Arumeey who was silent knowing there was something that the Zhumma prince wanted to convey.
"Arumeey, there's actually something I want to say!" said prince.
Arumeey turned her attention to prince Zhumma. There was a warm feeling when her gaze met the gaze of prince Zhumma.
