CHAPTER 35. The Hunted Girl

Arumeey drives his horse out of the town of Taraka. The goal is a house on a hill. The pain he felt was tearing his stomach.

The sun was right above his head, sweat flowing all over his body. Arumeey occasionally held onto his wound and looked back if they kept chasing him.

The pain of his stomach became more and more so because of the shock on the horse. After passing through a stretch of Sinaga grass, Arumeey felt a little relieved.

"A little more. I have to stay on" his inner self while continuing to spur his horse.

After passing through a stretch of Sinaga grass and climbing a black hill, Arumeey finally arrived in front of his house. Arumeey got off his horse and stepped inside his house.

With trembling hands Arumeey felt the wound on his stomach. His clothes had been moistened by blood mixed with sweat.
