In the world I come from, the Elemental Augimenter is just a practitioner from a different sect. The Earth, Fire, Water, and Wind Sect consisted of their own techniques that utilized their elements.
What allowed me to become a King in my old world was to know how to fight in all four different elemental practices. Translate it here and I'll be some sort of quadratic witch, if it exists. Of course I have my preferences. The weakest I am is the earth and the wind while the strongest I am is fire and water. I barely used the wind and even less land except for a little support. No. gabe. I was feared in battle because of my mastery in the two opposing elements of Water and Fire.
When I was training with Grandfather, I had tested many of the theories I had stored in my mind. One thing I learned very quickly during that time was that I had absolutely no talent for juggling. Grandfather brought in an elven witch one day when I asked her to have someone teach me the basics and I ended up almost killing myself.
Augimenting and magic are very different in one respect, and very similar in another. Augimenter could potentially have the ability to do what witches are capable of and vice versa. However, this only came with an advanced breakthrough in the top mana core stage as well as a much higher form of understanding in each element.
I thought that maybe I could skip that ground rule and become a sorcerer and augmenter. I'm just sorry that I had to learn the hard way how impossible it was. Another theory I tested was the potential of my abilities as a deviant. Grandfather Victor and Thania were both shocked speechless after they found out that I could manipulate all four elements, but after four months of trying to see if I could control one of the higher elements, I received mixed results.

"Try not to be too surprised!"
A crackling sound appeared in the air around me as my hair stood on its end by the electric current flowing through me. There was a yellow lightning current enveloping me as I prepared to attack.
"What ..." My dad almost stopped his attack after the shock was out of focus. Before giving him a chance to recover, I ran towards him, leaving a trail of charred grass and earth behind me. I blinked behind him, focusing the lightning on my fist as I inserted the hook.
A terrifying explosion occurred when my fist collided with his fist. While my father managed to block my attack, recoil pushed him into a nearby tree.
Returning to his feet, my father inspired his arm with fire before looking at me. We both remained silent, our gazes were enough to tell each other our intentions. As he lunged towards me at a frightening speed for his size, I also prepared myself. As soon as my father was within range, he let out a punch just as my assimilated body, coupled with the nerve enhancement effect of the lightning flowing through me, was able to avoid each one with minimal movement. Lightning and fire intertwined as I fended off and dodged his fists, each of his punches growing faster and sharper; he was truly my father.
I was in a very disadvantageous position because the height and reach of me and my father was not one who would let the opportunity go to waste. He kept his optimum distance instead of recklessly approaching because I did everything I could to get the range. As I fended off each of his fists, I shot out small bursts of lightning, slowly reducing the feeling in his arms. My father didn't realize it until it was too late; his swings and punches became dull and careless. Taking advantage of the opportunity, I ducked under his swing and prepared for the upper blow and just as my fist was about to make contact, my father's knee was right under my jaw.
It was a dead end.
The tension from the pole soon subsided as my father clasped my shoulder. "Ouch!" he let out a surprised cry.
I still have electric current around me, giving him a little surprise. I smiled back as I spread my mana, letting my father pick me up. While I was finally able to break through to the deviant world, I was still a beginner. I have a lot of things to work on for my lightning attribute magic since this is something completely new to me as well. As for ice attribute magic, it was even more difficult for me at the moment. Using one of them requires an excessive amount of mana, most of which is wasted due to improper utilization. I was also bound by strict limits on the duration of use, by lightning magic for about three minutes, and for ice, even less.
While, right now, using lightning attribute magic is more of an obligation on myself than an asset, in the future, this will definitely not happen.
The reason why only a few magicians were able to surpass the basic elements they mastered and into higher forms was because the higher forms were completely different and much more difficult. Of course, while I could study lightning and ice within four months might not support this point, need I remind you again that I am a complete beginner in the form of this higher element. While my old world helped me gain the knowledge and understanding to transcend the higher elemental forms, my old world experience did not prepare me after I became distorted.
As for sound and gravity, I have not produced good results. Even to take the first step, a magician needs to understand the relationship between basic elements to higher forms. After that, the mage's body should be able to understand these relationships naturally and align which structures from the basic elements to the higher forms. For wind and earth, even if I could somehow understand the relationship between the base to a higher form, my body would not be able to change the structure of any particles.
My theory proved to be true when I realized that I also did not match the wind and earth in this world.
The energy from my body was drained and as soon as my father dropped me back down, I collapsed. It was then that I had the opportunity to finally realize the silence that enveloped me and my father.
My father has always been the kind of person who readily accepts facts and he knows I've been such a terrible genius that I became a deviant doesn't surprise him much. However, this hardly applies to everyone here. The only one who looked fascinated was my sister, but that was only because she didn't really understand what had happened. He might have gotten used to seeing Dad fighting so nothing beyond that was really strange. Alex and Jessica's faces were all in sync: pale faces, sagging jaws, widened eyes. My mother covered her mouth with her hands in surprise, while even Layla knew that what I was doing was not normal.
Compared to my father's spirited yet unsurprising reception, this reaction was more in line with my expectations.
"Haha... Surprise!" I raised my hand, laughing weakly.
"Kuu~!" Eve ran towards me, giving me a worried look, as if asking, 'Are you okay, Papa?'
Alex was the first to speak up.
"D-deviating!" he managed to spit.
"Yes God.." Jessica just sighed in surprise.
"So, White. When exactly did you learn that new trick?" My father asked, more in a curious tone than confused. Shaking his head while ruffling my hair.
"It's not long ago Dad. But I can barely control it" I replied timidly.
We all walked back to the living room where we all put ourselves around the dining table.
"Rey.your son. Do you realize what kind of future he has? He was only eight years old but he was already stronger than a B rank veteran Adventurer," Alex said, barely able to contain his excitement.
My dad scratched his head. "It's crazy. I thought he woke up at the age of three was already scary but to think he would be a deviant as well."
"What's? He woke up at the age of three?!" Jessica shouted, jumping from her seat.
My mother just nodded to hear it. "White managed to blow up most of our houses in the process."
Both my father and Alex leaned back, drowning in their seats as they sighed..
"Papa? Are you all right?" Alicia poked Dad's cheek.
Laughing, Dad lifted her from Mom's lap, "Haha, yes I'm fine my daughter."
Alex got up from his chair now and looked at us seriously, arms outstretched on the table.
"Rey, how about enrolling your son in Cyrus Academy?"
"What's? You can't be serious, can you? He was only eight years old!" my father rebutted, and stood up from the chair he was sitting in
Jessica chimed. "Rey, Samantha, I think your son is more than capable of surpassing Cyrus."
"You think only genius nobles are allowed to attend Cyrus Academy?" Mother replied, worry etched on her face.
Excitedly, Alex said, "I can handle it! I did a lot of business with Academy Director Cyrus so he'll be lenient in the registration process."
"B-but the cost of school is too expensive for us to bear," Mother argued, still hesitant at the idea of sending me.
"Samantha, that shouldn't be your concern. We will be happy to pay the cost. Arthur's talent cannot be measured. Who knows what he can achieve. Even if we don't pay, I'm sure he'll find her. The nobleman who would beg to sponsor him." Jessica held Samantha's hand to convince her.
"Ahem! Do you mind if I have a say in this?" People seem to forget that the future of the person they are trying to decide is here with them.
"I just got home today. Can I spend a little time with my family before I decide whether to go to school or not?" I gave a meaningful look at Alex.
"t-of course. I'm sorry. Haha. I guess I was too excited there for a while."
He only laughed weakly before sitting back down.
"Thank you." I smiled at the Helstia family.
I turned my head to my mother. "Mom, where am I in my bedroom?"
"Oh yeah! I almost forgot! Your room is next to Alicia's on the left wing. Come on, we're all up now, it's late."
Eve was already asleep in my head and my little sister nodded in and out of her dream world as we discussed my future.
Today is a long day.
Mom and Dad took me to the room where I live from today onwards. It was much larger than my room in Ashber but still decorated in a comfortable style. While the furniture did leave a lot of open space, it worked perfectly because I needed space to practice.
As I sat Eve on the bed, Mom and Dad sat next to me.
"We're going shopping together tomorrow. We need to buy you clothes." My mother ruffled my hair with her fingers.
My father crouched down in front of me, grabbing my arm. "White, whether you're a genius or not, you're still my son and I'll be proud of you and love you under any circumstances." His face is extremely serious. It was a great relief to know that they would always treat me as their son instead of their "Little genius.
I quietly nodded in return. I thought about revealing my entire ability but I decided that it might be safer to do it in small steps.
Before he stood back up, he pinched my cheek and gave me an evil smile. “Again, I know you're holding me back with your lightning magic today. Don't think you're fooling me! We'll have a rematch soon."
He looked at me with a soothing smile in his eyes. "Your father's right. No matter how genius you are, you will still be my baby boy."
"Haha. Can't I be your teenage son now? I'm eight and a half now Mom!" I smiled back at him.
"No! You can't!" He only replied before the two of them left my room.
"Rest now. Let's go shopping with your sister tomorrow. This will be a good opportunity for you to bond." My mother said before closing the door behind her.
I don't even have the energy to take a shower. I just flopped onto the bed, bouncing the sleeping Eve, who whined at me before falling asleep.
Today is a long day. That's a good, long day.
With a smile plastered on my face, I followed Eve into a comfortable sleep.

I woke up the next morning because my baby dragon licked my face furiously.
"Haha I woke up Eve, I woke up, I woke up!"
"Kyu~!" He jumped up and down on me, a feeling of joy emanated from him.
I thought of Thania. I never thought I would miss being woken up by her simple methods. I wonder how he did it?
Thania had been my closest friend while growing up, and although she turned a little fierce, she was still the same kind-hearted Thania who worried about me and took care of me during my time in Elanoir.
I took a quick shower, dragging my scent dragon with me. She cried sadly at the warm water that washed her, but I did not budge and soon after, we both glittered clean.
"…Kyu~" eerang Eve, flopped on my bed, exhausted from struggling.
"Don't complain! We're both dirty and we didn't shower yesterday either."
I heard a knock on my door, so I quickly put on the rest of my clothes.
"I'll come!" I said, my clothes still cover my head.
Opening the door, I looked down to see shy Alicia, looking down, with her feet rubbing something on the ground.
"Hello, Alicia, what's wrong?." I crouched down so I aligned with him, giving him the softest smile I could give up.
"G-g'morning Bruhder. Mama told me to wake you up." He muttered, his head still down.
"Haha so! Thank you so much my little sister," I cried while patting her head. This seemed to get a good response from him as he started to blush a little.
"Can you take me to the kitchen?" ask while extending my hand.
"Ein!" He nodded excitedly and while he hesitated for a moment, he grabbed my hand and pulled me.
Eve followed behind us, running while looking around at her new surroundings.
I met a pleasant smell of bacon as we entered the kitchen. Inside, I saw Jessica and my mother cooking something while they were chatting. Layla was already sitting at the table, her legs were swinging, obviously waiting for breakfast.
"Good morning Mom, Mom, Layla!" i announce.
"Morning!" "Kye!" Alicia and Eve both echoed.
"ah! Ellie woke you up! I must have been the hardest time waking you up even when you were a baby, White. I swear you sleep like logs." My mother chuckled while putting some eggs into a large dish.
"Are you sleeping well?" Jessica smiled as she tossed the bowl of salad she had in her hand.
"I slept well, Aunt Helstea."
"Hi, Alicia! S-good morning Arthur.." greet Lilia softly as her voice disappears after seeing me.
I smiled and returned the greeting.
Breakfast was very good. Mom mentioned that it was usually the waiter who cooked but she wanted to cook today for me. It's been too long since I had mom's cooking and now I realize how much I've missed it. I made sure to give some meat to Eve who did not hesitate to devour anything that went into her mouth, including my finger. Finally, Alicia and Layla both wanted to try feeding him, so I told them to continue. Needless to say, Eve was warmer on the two of them after being fed by them.
"The train is waiting in front so just leave the dishes in the sink and let's get out!" announcing Jessica.
Cyrus is a wonderful city. Inevitably I stared at the different sights that were seen as we walked down the main road. I can see magic shops, armories, spell books, and even the beast core shop! There is everything a witch can ask for. The adults and children were all dressed in luxury while a luxurious carriage passed by beside us. Some buildings are several stories tall, making the city appear much larger and denser than Ashber. I could also see the children several years older than me all wearing the same uniform, some black while some gray and red. I can only assume with their pretentious attitude that they are students of Cyrus Academy. While the uniforms in my old world were meant to protect the financial background to reduce discrimination, here, it seems that the uniforms themselves serve as a kind of gold medal they can show off to the rest of the world.
We finally reached the Cyrus fashion district. It was here that I learned that shopping for clothes with women weighed more on my body than practicing with Grandpa Victor, and even the thought of his training regimen had left me in a cold sweat.
I was used as a mannequin for every girl's own preference in style. My mother wanted to dress me up in simple clothes, while Tabitha wanted to turn me into some kind of prince. Even Layla and Alicia made me try on some clothes.
"You have to look good because you're my bruhder!" He announced loudly, his hands on his hips.
Eve could feel the fatigue radiating from me so she comfortably perched on my head, as if laughing.
I ended up with ten different sets of clothes, half from Mom and the other half from Jessica. Both Mom and I tried to stop Jessica from buying me anything, but she scolded us, jokingly saying, "Take it as an investment. After all, I always wanted a boy," while winking.
We looked around more after pulling our clothes bags into the carriage. I'm so happy to see the armory. I really wanted a decent sword to start practicing swordsmanship again; it was clear that my skills were waning after a long break from proper training. The girls didn't want that, and I was forced to go to different jewelry and gem shops. I think I should visit the armory with Dad next time.
Finally, we arrived home, my physical and mental strength drained by the time father returned home soon after.
"How was your day, son?" He chuckled, taking a seat next to me at the dining table.
"I never thought shopping could be so exhausting" I complained.
As if hearing my complaint, Alex and Jessica sat across from us.
"AHA! I heard you were beaten up by a group of women today, Arthur!" exclaim Alex.
I just nodded weakly while Jessica grinned at Mom, "Your little miracle isn't as big as I thought." Layla and Alicia giggled at it.
"I admit that a woman's endurance cannot be matched when they are shopping." I just wryly argue.
My father and Alex laughed even louder at this and nodded in agreement.
The sound of the doorbell followed by a few knocks caught everyone's attention.
"ah! It looks like he's here!" Alex excited.
Everyone's facial expressions told me that Alex was the only one who knew what was going on.
Alex returns, bringing an old woman into the dining room.
"Rey, Samantha, Arthur, I know you said you wanted to postpone school later, but I couldn't help it. Everything was. Meet Lilia Woodsky! He's the Director of Cyrus Academy."
Seeing the slight annoyance on my face, Alex immediately said, "Don't worry, I didn't bring him here to make you go to school immediately. I just want him to meet you."
The director gave me a smile that I could not understand its meaning and extended his hand. "It's good to finally meet you, Arthur."
