Moana

This is a short story about Princess Moana.

Once upon a time, there lived a beautiful little girl named Moana who lived on Motunui Island.

Even when he was a child, he loved the sea.

He also likes to listen to stories from Grandma Tala.

Moana's most beloved story is about a half-God human named Maui who has stolen the heart of Te Fiti's mother island.

According to Tala's grandmother, Maui broke the balance of nature by stealing the heart of the mother island.

Moana's father, the Tui chieftain, believes the sea is dangerous.

Islanders are forbidden to sail past the coral reefs!

But little Moana felt a strong connection with the ocean and all the creatures that were in it.

He always wanted to help the sea creatures.

And it turns out that the sea noticed so it gave Moana a special gift.

When Chief Tui brought Moana, he dropped the gift.

Fortunately, someone else took it.

That's Tala's grandmother!

He believed that the grace of the sea was the heart of Te Fiti.

As Moana grows, she works hard to help lead her people and follow her father's rules.

But when Moana was sixteen, Tala's grandmother took her to a place.

“Time to know your destiny,” said Grandma Tala.

When Moana started playing drums, BAM! BAM! BAM! he could feel the spirit of his ancestors.

They are road-seekers in the ocean.

Tala's grandmother hopes that Moana will travel across the ocean, find Maui, and restore Te Fiti's heart. So, with a safe heart in her necklace, Moana sailed.

But sailing in the open ocean is not an easy thing for Moana – especially when the storm hit!

Moana and her ship are stranded on a faraway island when she meets Maui the demigod! She was not what Moana expected. Maui stole Moana's boat. But when she tries to sail, the ocean makes sure Moana goes with her. The sea wants them to work together.

Maui promises to help her restore Te Fiti's heart only if Moana helps her find her magic fishing rod. But first, they must pass Kakamora, an army of wild bandits dressed in coconuts. Then, they had to plunge into Lalotai, the monster realm.

Thinking fast, Moana tricks Tamatoa, a crab monster and he and Maui into taking the missing hook.

Along the way, Maui taught Moana how to find directions using the sun, stars, moon, and ocean currents to navigate.

And when the journey becomes too difficult, Grandma Tala's spirit returns. “Behold who you are destined for,” Grandma's spirit said to Moana.

When Moana and Maui finally reach Te Fiti, the island's mother has left. Instead, there was a lava monster named, Te Ka. Maui and Moana try everything, but they cannot defeat Te Ka. Then Moana had an idea.

Calling all her courage, Moana gives heart to Te Ka and Te Ka remembers who she should be…

He is Te Fiti! With her heart restored, Te Fiti regenerates. The world is balanced again.

Moana and Maui say goodbye. Their journey together is over. Maui turned into an eagle and flew away.

It's time for Moana to return to her people.

The young girl from Motunui Island now knew exactly who she was.

She was a princess, a leader, and a road-seeker.

She is Moana.

That's the short story about Princess Moana.
