The Hated Husband

The Hated Husband
Resignedly

Jo remained silent until Dev finally closed the door. His heart as in the verse, maybe before he had often felt pain and tightness like this. But this time the pain grew more painful. Jo stepped away towards the car limply. He also slammed the steering wheel towards where he used to go if his mind was chaotic.

The typical frenzy of a club feels so thick, especially if the club is one of the famous clubs in the country. Whether it's a hot bang music played by one of the DJs. Able to make most visitors down to the dance floor just to move their bodies haphazardly, or even try to attract the attention of the opposite sex. Not to mention alcoholic beverages at fantastic prices.

Jo is one of them. He was too busy with a deep red drink in his hands. Even ignore sexy beautiful women who try to attract his attention. Who would not be interested in a perfect man, equal to or perhaps surpassing the Greek gods. Not to mention Jonathan is one of the successful young entrepreneurs who need not doubt his wealth. So it is very natural not, if most of them the girls expect the man will be tempted or maybe interested in spending time together even if only for a moment.

Jo has spent quite a lot of wine, no matter how many glasses. He was drunk and asleep. In front of him, there was Alvin who had observed since then and faithfully listened to the complaints about the problems he faced.

"This child, there's no way she's going home to her in-laws in this situation." Alvin Mumbled. He thought tonight he would take Jo home

After Jo falls asleep, Alvin grabs her phone from her suit pocket, calling someone she already thinks is like her sister, too. Alvin was three years older than them. They know each other because Alvin used to be neighbors with Jo. Eventually all of Jo's friends become friends as well.

Dev, who was sitting on the side of the bed, checked his vibrating phone. "Sister Alvin?" muttered

"Hallo."

"Where are you?"

"I'm home."

"Dev, are you crazy? Why did you take people's wives away?"

"What does brother mean? Who took the escape? I'm just helping her get out of Jo."

"Dev, wakeful. They're married."

"But I'm his girlfriend. I'm entitled to Maria too."

"Gosh.. Are you going to destroy people's homes?"

Dev closed his eyes for a moment.

"Bad wrong. I just want to fix everything."

Dev disconnected the connection.

"Hallo! Hello! Dev!" Alvin was upset across there

Dev looked back at the sleeping Maria while gently stroking her hair.

"Mary, I promise. Everything's gonna be okay."

The next day..

Alvin gives Jo a drink of drink.

Jo was silent with an empty look.

"Are you sure you'll keep your household?"

"Of course."

"Whatever your decision I will always support you. I hope your decision is the best." Alvin said, patting Jo on the shoulder.

The Family of Mary

"Son, why is it such a hurry. You can stay here as long as you want."

"Actually, I still want to stay here for a few more days mom. But I have to get back to work.

"Yes, son, I understand. If you want to play here again it's okay. The door of this house is always open for you."

"Thank you so much mother."

"Mother is sorry. For the mother's daughter. He let you down and left you. Honestly, I'm so embarrassed."

"Maybe it's been the way it is. So don't blame yourself mom again. I'm so grateful, to have a mother-in-law like a mother."

"Son.." Maria's mother held Jo's shoulder "You're so good, but why could my daughter hurt you so much. If she could see your sincerity, she would definitely regret having wasted a husband like you."

Jo just smiled at her mother-in-law's words.

"Mom pray, hopefully someday. You'll get a better replacement than Maria" said Maria's mother in tears, but her last words did not make Jo moved. If he could, he only wanted to get married once in his lifetime.

"Mom, do you like my gifts?"

"Mom likes it. You shouldn't have given all those gifts, son."

"And I'm mom's daughter-in-law, so it's my responsibility. If there's anything you need anymore, you don't have to hesitate to ask me."

"Thank you son, how lucky Maria is to have a husband like you. But what can I do." Maria's mother let out a long sigh

"Then I go home, Mom, take care of your health. Please say hello to my father."

"Yes, I'll tell you later. Careful son."

Jo got in the car. After that waltzed away until it disappeared from the sight of Mary's mother. Jo just bought an expensive sewing machine and various equipment to the mother-in-law, in order to have activities and not feel lonely at home alone. That's not what he did to return the favor. But his intentions were sincere and he loved his in-laws as much as his own parents.

Jo's car reached her yard, she got out of the car and walked languidly to the terrace. He sits there, grieving and contemplating his fate. I don't know how long he's been like that, burying his face between his legs and hugging his knees. Last time he was like this after losing his mother. Then it suddenly flashed in his memory of the figure of a 13th blonde teenage girl smiling at him.
