Eps.10: Blaring Taste

"Thank you for your time, Mother and Father. Lecture will be closed temporarily and see you next week." The middle-aged man smiled as he cleaned up his luggage.

The class is over this week. And what remains are only working days that make the energy of Daniah drained. He was very tired of the job he had just been in. However, he must start looking for money to meet his own needs.

The rest of the afternoon after Daniah's lecture was spent with Rachel. His very energetic friend was busy fighting fate with Daniah who had just told him about her new job. Yeah, that's how Rachel is. Sometimes his so energetic makes people feel annoyed.

"But if you need help for your boss's nonjok call me yes, I'm always ready anytime!" Rachel said excitedly.

Daniah just laughed at his friend's absurd behavior.

"Eh, where are you going? We're going to the mall on Sunday, yuk! All dinner," take Rachel.

"Good idea too! I also need healing. While looking at where you know there is a discount," said Daniah.

"Yes, come on!"

The atmosphere in the mall is very rame in the afternoon before night. Especially now it's the weekend. The time where parents take their children for a walk and couples to spend time with their lovers before tomorrow becomes a very busy day.

"Hum.. It's a shame, Dan. We're single" Rachel said in a slightly disappointed tone.

"Gee!"

Suddenly Rachel seemed to have remembered something. He immediately looked at Daniah.

"Don't you have a boyfriend, Dan?" Rachel asked as if making Daniah flinch. "Who the hell is that?" Rachel said remembering.

"Ah yes! Alderick!"

Daniah's heart immediately beat when the name of her lover was mentioned. The lover who had left him without any explanation. Alderick's always been fulfilling his mind.

Daniah's eyes were glued to a point five meters away from her. The man who had just been mentioned by his name had now suddenly appeared before his eyes. 'Is this a hallucination?' thought Daniah. But the man looked real standing stiff amongst the crowd of people.

"And are you okay?"

Rachel waved her hand in front of Daniah's face which looked silent like a statue. The girl's eyes began to water either because she did not blink for a few seconds or because her heart was turbulent in there. One by one the clear granules escaped wetting his cheeks. And in an instant Daniah ran into the crowd of mall visitors.

The call that had been voiced by Rachel was like the wind and then in Daniah's ears. I don't know why his heart said that he should stay away from this kind of situation. Her tears continued to unravel with her faster steps. It doesn't matter how many shoulders you have. But he did not care, at this time he just wanted to run away and away from Alderick's view.

Because he continued running Daniah did not realize that his breathing had reached its limit. He stopped behind a basement pole with his breath tight.

'It 'It hurts..'

Daniah held her chest that hurt. But we know what pain he means. His breathing was so irregular that he found it difficult to control his breathing. I just want to die, he thought.

Suddenly a pull on his hand made it fall in a person's arms. In an instant his heartbeat became normal and he felt he could regulate his breathing.

"Calm down, take control of your emotions" Alderick said gently as he rubbed Daniah's head.

A few moments later Daniah pushed Alderick's body to make Alderick almost lose balance.

"Gue tired of squirming your behavior that playin feeling I want to!"

"Gue's tired of thinking about you mulu every time!"

"Gue's tired of waiting for you! I am tired every day! I am tired of always being patient! I'm tired of overthinking! I'm tired of doing good! I'm tired of not caring!"

"QUEEN RING ANJ*NG, B*NGS*T!"

"Don't confuse me. Try you in my position. It's like you don't have the same feeling I know you!"

"If you just want to make me hurt, thank you for succeeding."

"CONGRATULATION!"

Daniah ruffled her hair in frustration after throwing her head. With her increasingly violent cries she did not care how the surroundings were. He clearly felt a little relief.

While Alderick stood silently staring at Daniah who looked like a madman. In his heart he cried and felt disappointed in himself for making the girl he loved the most suffer.

'If there was a power that could take away the love of someone, I would lose the love of Daniah to me even though my life would be at stake.'

That girl looks very pitiful at the moment. However, Alderick did not dare to approach him. Because he felt his great sin against Daniah made him feel unworthy to touch Daniah again. His soul came crying to see the girl as if staring disdainfully at her.

"Yes, you said I don't have the same taste of you. Then let's just end our relationship instead of you being hurt thinking I don't have any feelings." Alderick said coldly.

"Remember one thing, if I don't have the same feeling as you where I might be willing to come back for you and make a promise to live on with you."

Daniah was speechless at Alderick's words. He did not expect Alderick's wits to be that short until he chose to end their relationship. Though Daniah just want to complain and express his heart. This is not what he wants.

"Thank you for the days, Daniah."

Alderick decided to leave with a chaotic feeling. On the one hand he does not want the relationship to end and on the other hand he knows that Daniah also does not want it.

'Is this the best way, my God? Give me an answer.'

Instantly Alderick felt the curvature of the hand encircling his chest. He breathed a sigh at the answer he got. He turned and hugged the girl. Even happy tears were dripping in the corner of his eyes.

"I love you more than anything Daniah. Nothing is equal or comparable to your throne in my heart." Alderick said softly between their arms.

Daniah looked up at Alderick's eyes. He wanted to trace the truth that Alderick said through the brown eyeballs that the man had. Not only is there truth, but even great love can be seen there. He is the only one who has the highest throne in Alderick's heart.

"I love you Al." said Daniah softly.

"I love you more Daniah."

Daniah closed her eyes and felt the warm kiss she got at dusk.
