Episodes 16. Second Meeting

Ye Wu Shuang jumped over the open window of the room and immediately chased the man who was peeping at him. The man was standing there, waiting for Ye Wu Shuang to come to him with a dagger now stuck to his neck.

"Who are you? Why are you watching me?" Ye Wu Shuang asked with a probing face.

The man in white with a part of his face covered in a demonic mask was still standing upright fearlessly even though the cold iron was now ready to split his neck.

Ye Wu Shuang looked at the two eyes of the man, his heart was disturbed as soon as he saw the golden eyes that the man in front of him had.

"Who are you? Answer Me!" Say it again while tightening the grip of his dagger.

The man smirked cynically but implied sadness in both of his beautiful and shining eyeballs.

"He doesn't remember me. Whether this is luck or sadness, I hope our relationship can return to what it was. Wu Shuang's... I'm always waiting for you."

The mysterious man swung his right hand into the air, time stopped walking. The dried leaves that floated down also stopped in the air, the dripping dew water also stopped moving.

"Huhuh?" Physician Shi asked with a puzzled face.

Ye Wu Shuang stared intently at Physician Shi, he shrunk the volume of his voice then said to the young doctor.

"There are three people heading this way. You know what you have to say, right?"

"I get it, you can trust me." Said Physician Shi while nodding his head.

Ye Wu Shuang lay down and pulled out his blanket, covering his body to look still resting with a weak body. Her bright face now looked gloomy and dull after fixing the slight expression on her pretty face.

Tok Tok Tok!

A servant knocked on the door, he opened the door when he heard the reply from Physician Shi.

"Miss Ye, how are you today?" Madam Gu asked after stepping inside the room.

Two maidservants accompanied Madame Gu, both beautiful and still very young. One of them pulled the chair closer to the bed.

"Please sit down, madam!" Said the waiter, looking down.

"Thank you. You can come out!" Madam Gu's orders were so that she could talk alone with Ye Wu Shuang.

"Good Mistress." Answer both waiters simultaneously.

The two maids walked out of the room, but Tabin Shi was still inside the room. Madam Gu turned his head, looking at the young man with a gesture. He understood and lowered his head before following the second step of the servant.

"Miss Ye, please answer my question honestly. Is it true, your family has been torturing you for years?"

Ye Wu Shuang smiled gently, he picked up and grabbed the hand of Madam Gu.

"Please call me by the name of Wu Shuang. Lady Gu is my savior, of course I will answer all of Mrs Gu's questions honestly."

"Wu Shuang, please answer me. If they really torture you, I will ask the Emperor for justice to give them the punishment they deserve for their cruel deeds."

Ye Wu Shuang felt moved by the kindness that Lady Gu had given him. He did not even know the woman yet his kindness had already warmed Ye Wu Shuang's cold heart.

"I'm fine now. Whatever their attitude, they are still my family. Please Lady Gu don't make things difficult for them."
