There were a lot of rumors that were heard after that. Az just walked towards the chest where the late master Harris was lying.

"She already has us to take care of her anyway you're not her daughter anymore" said an old man.

"You don't have to worry too much. I didn't come to take anything from you. I'll just bury Mr. Harris as I wish before he dies" Az said.

"You're the cause of her death. You're the one who's been suing*.What else are you here for?" An old woman was screaming hysterically.

"You better calm down, big lady Harris. Az didn't kill him, he died because of someone else's actions" Sidney said.

"I don't need the treasure you hold dear. I don't need a dime. Please take all of you and let me bury Mr. Harris's body in peace" Az said.

"I told you I don't care about Mr. Harris's legacy. I'll just take care of his funeral and then, I'm with the Harris family no longer tied to any relationship" Az said.

They're approaching Mr. Harris' body. After hearing Az's words, Mr. Harris's family no longer bothered Az.

"I have no right to apologize but, I'm sure he has forgiven you. Thank you for saving my life." muttered Az while staring at Mr. Harris's closed face.

Not long after that Elliot and some of his men came as well. He hears Mr Harris' death and rushes to the mourning grounds believing Az will be there.

"I'm so sorry for what happened to my father-in-law" Elliot said.

"You're still not married to Jasmine. It's inappropriate to call him father-in-law." said Sidney, who was standing next to Az.

"Don't you know that her eldest daughter is my wife?" elliot asked as he looked at Az's face which did not look at him in the slightest.

"I'm sorry, but you and I have no relationship" Az said, stepping away from the place.

"Wait for my Az...

"Please don't make a fuss in this place" Alex said, stopping Elliot's steps and speech.

"Who is that guy?" elliot asked his men.

"Don't know the boss." replied his men making Elliot stare intently at him.

Because Alex rarely deals directly with his business partners, it is very rare for people who know him by the status of a company's leader. He's better known to the military people. So, it's only natural that Elliot's men don't know him.

"Find out all the information about that person and what it has to do with my wife" Elliot said.

"You're coming, Elliot? Is Jash coming with you?" asked the hysterical old lady with a smile.

Except for Mr. Zaki Harris, the rest of the Harris family is not aware of Jasmine's problems and her runaway mother carries the company's money. They also do not know about the termination of their relationship so they still assume that Elliot is the future daughter-in-law of the Harris family.
