All the employees in the company know who Prita is. She is an arrogant girl who because she has a father with a fairly high position in the company she so arbitrarily against fellow employees.

All also know very well that Prita is very admiring and obsessed with a young man named Adi, a fellow employee who is known for his handsome face and friendly attitude.

Every female employee tries to keep her distance and does not show their admiration for Adi for fear of threats from Prita. Because, not a few of them who experience dismissal or downgrade for reasons that are not clear after dealing with the girl.

"They were both new hires in our division and we should have all been together to the cafeteria because we had agreed to eat together. The two of them didn't know anything about the company and all the regulatory stuff wasn't written so, can I take them to our table?" adi asked in a friendly tone and did not forget the charming smile that did not fade from her lips.

"Of course, I can trouble people from the division where Adi's brother" said Prita.

Adi nods towards Az and Devan gives a sign for them to follow him. Finally they headed to the dining table where 3 others were waiting for them.

"What was there?" ask Santi.

"They accidentally came into contact with Mr. Hans' daughter." replied Adi.

"What......!" tekering Santi, Riana and Rudi together in shock.

"You're okay, right?" ask Santi to worry.

"Rather precisely they almost had bad luck if I did not quickly bring them" said Adi.

"Huft, it's lucky that we have Mr. Adi who is the idol of the arrogant or else you can accept the absurdity of the arrogant and his father who spoils his daughter too much." said Riana.

"What would happen to us if the girl was angry with us?" ask Az.

"Well Mr. Hans is the HR director of this company. Mr. Hans did not hesitate to order his subordinates to fire an employee if his daughter wanted that" Riana replied.

"Although without making a mistake and even though it was the fault of his daughter" replied Santi.

"Sir Hans only acted on small employees like us and no one dared to report his actions to higher-ups of himself for not wanting to get into trouble" Rudi replied.

"Which girl herself works in which part?" ask Az.

"He's an employee at the finance department." replied Santi.

"That's also the reason why we shouldn't harass her" Riana said.

"What does his department have to do with it?" tanya Az tried to pry information at a very precise time.

"He manipulated employee expenses and income several times just because he was annoyed with the employee" replied Santi.

"meaning?" this time Devan asked.

"He even cut half of an employee's monthly salary for offending him and that for 6 months straight" Santi replied.

"How could that be and has no one protested?" ask Az.

"The employee initially protested but somehow after that the case was never revealed again" replied Rudi.

"Here we go, our short lunch time is almost over due to gossip. Let's eat before we really don't have time to eat again today." Adi said.

Afternoon

Az and Devan came home from work early today because the tasks in their division were not too much.

"You're home early today" said Mr. Samuel, who just happened to return to coincide with a motorbike that looks blind that Devan was driving to a stop in front of the mansion.

"It just so happens that the task for the marketing division is a bit lacking today" said Az while getting off the bike.

"Why do you two look like you're upset, especially Devan?" ask sir Samuel.

"I was still furious to hear a story from our roommate about a very arbitrary person in the office even making it difficult for a small employee because he has a higher position" replied Az.

"Who is that guy?" ask sir Samuel.

"Sir Hans and his daughter." replied Devan.

"Mr Hans is HR director?" ask sir Samuel.

"Yes." they answered compactly.

"What have they done?" ask sir Samuel.

Az told all the things he had heard about Mr. Hans and his daughter to the grandfather. Hearing that, Master Samuel grew furious.

"The old man's insolent" said master Samuel growled.

"I will order some to gather evidence of their unworthy deeds. You just focus on the task you have to do because soon you will be very busy" said Mr. Samuel.

"Aren't all the explanations for their behavior enough? Why do we have to look for evidence again?" ask Az.

"Mr Hans has been working for a long time in our company and has contributed a lot to the company before. So, if grandfather fires them without any more irrefutable evidence, it will wreak havoc within our company." replied Mr. Samuel.

"Let's go in and clean up right away. Dinner time is coming soon and grandfather forgot to tell you that Gerald invited us to dinner together at his residence." said Mr. Samuel.

"Why don't you and Dad and mom tell me that they invited Sam and Az's grandfather to dinner?" ask Devan.

"Your grandfather was senile so he forgot to tell you before you left for the kingdom this morning. He called me and asked me to tell you because he said your number was hard to call from the morning." replied Mr. Samuel.

"Ah my phone is lowbat because I forgot to charge the battery before going to bed and I forgot to reactivate this phone after charging it in the office. It's worth it all day there's no noise from this phone" Devan said, staring at the screen of the phone that went out in his hand and then activated the flat object again.

Just now it was on and there were already many notifications filling the phone. Devan frowned at the sight of several calls and messages from his mother and grandfather.

"I'd better get home soon so I won't be late for dinner together. I also have to face the wrath of them seeing some of these messages" Devan said.

Devan immediately entered his car which had stopped in front of him after the driver opened the door for him.

Az and Samuel immediately entered the mansion and went to their rooms to prepare for dinner with the Gerald family.

Sorry about yesterday some days the author could not be up. The author actually dropped and could not write the story. Alhamdulillah now the author has been lightened so it has been able to come back up.
