Az and the others walk towards Devan's parked car in front of the restaurant. Devan opens the door for Az.
"Be careful on the road and let grandfather know when you get there" said Mr. Gerald as he stroked Az's hair.
"Grandfather spoke as if I couldn't be trusted to escort Az." Devan protested.
"Your grandfather was right to say that. We have to make sure Az arrives safely home so we don't worry. Since when did you take the girl to the destination?" saut mr. Darren.
"True, even the last one you dropped Alisa off on the side of the road not far from where we asked you to drive her" Renata confirmed her husband's remarks.
"That's because you forced me to do things I didn't like. I was also uncomfortable being stared at like a starving person kept by that girl so I was forced to get out of the car and I left" Devan said in self-defense.
"If Az, I offered to drive him myself and promised Sam's grandfather that I would take him home. So, there's no need to worry because I always hold what I've said." she added.
"Okay, we believe you this time. Remember....! If anything happens to Az or you don't drive my granddaughter to her destination then you'll I'll punish her severely." threatened Mr. Gerald.
"Grandfather spoke as if I wasn't grandfather's granddaughter. Take it easy I'll take care of Az and drive him to his destination." said Devan ketus.
"You tumben mention girls' names continuously while talking. Usually you just call her, that girl or something." said Mr. Darren.
"We had to leave immediately because I had other activities after that" Devan said, switching the conversation so that his father would stop harassing him with questions to corner him.
Mr. Darren is very fond of teasing his son and is very sensitive to changes in his son's attitude and behavior so he asks Devan.
"Ah I got new material to make this child not wart when arguing later." said Mr. Darren after hearing Devan's speech that tried to divert the conversation.
"Be careful" said Mr. Gerald.
"Az baby, you should pay a visit to the house if you have time. Because you want to spend a lot of time with your daughter." said Renata while hugging Az.
Az who felt the warmth of the family felt touched. Neither her original self as Violetta nor Azkaela she had ever felt a harmonious and warm family. He only had his grandfather after coming out of a coma and his grandfather was too busy with his work.
"Mama must be." said Az returned Renata's embrace.
Az immediately entered Devan's car then swiftly Devan closed the door of his car then ran around the front of the car and then entered his car.
"Devan remember....!"
"Yes yes, I made sure Az would arrive safely at his house" Devan said, cutting off a warning from his grandfather.
He then drove his car no longer want to hear the same chatter continuously from his grandfather and parents.
After the car drove only silence created in the vehicle. Az was just silent while staring out the window of the car that showed the view of the tall buildings that passed through him.
"Am I going to be in this place forever or will I ever return to my original body someday?" the pensive Inner Az remembered his life as Violetta.
"What should I do if I have to go back to my original place? Will I take revenge on those who betrayed me or forgive and forget them?"
So cool with his own mind, Az did not even hear when Devan called his name until he was forced to pat his hand slowly.
"Az.." call Devan not get an answer.
"Azkaela.." call Devan again still not getting an answer.
"Miss Azkaela.." called Devan in a higher tone but the one he called still did not give a reaction.
"What's wrong with this girl? Why does he dream when he is with me? Am I not more attractive than he thinks?" grunts Devan.
"I'll call him again once. If he still doesn't respond, then I'll kiss him until he's aware of his daydreams" he said again.
"A....!" calling Devan again while patting the back of Az's hand made Az aware of his daydream.
"Yes what's wrong?" asked Az who was a little surprised.
"I called you from earlier and you were daydreaming" Devan said.
"Ah sorry, I just remembered something and didn't realize you called me" Az said with an awkward smile.
"No problem, I just forgot to ask you your home address. I can't get you to your destination if I don't know where you're going" Devan said.
Az finally mentions his address and Devan immediately drives his car and the atmosphere goes back to silence after that.
"Why don't you wait for me to kiss your face and you realize from your daydream?" muttered Devan.
"You said something?" asked Az who heard Devan's muttering but sounded vague in his ears.
"Ah no." Devan replied a little surprised.
"Why is it that it's my turn to mutter about me wanting to kiss her that she almost heard?" inner Devan.
"I heard from Grandpa that you've only met Sam's grandfather for a few days. Actually where you been and with whom?" tanya Devan tried to try to find a topic so as not to be awkward.
"Ah sorry if I ask you a personal matter instead" said Devan who was afraid Az offended after a long time did not hear an answer from Az.
"It doesn't matter, I'm just confused where to tell. The point is I was born without knowing and knowing about my grandfather until I woke up from a coma about two weeks ago. Grandfather found me injured in an accident and treated me for about 2 years in a coma." Az and Devan explained silently listening to Az while focusing on driving.
"When I realized grandpa introduced himself as my real grandfather. The father of a long-dead mother." he added.
"Even if you are late to meet at least now you are together and can support each other and love each other" said Devan.
"Yes, at least there are still those who realize and care about the presence of Az now even though it is no longer the original himself who will feel it." murmured Az.
He put on a sad face considering how much the real Az suffered all along. Life without anyone who cares about him is always a victim of the greed of those around him.
