When Elliot left, Gerald and Devan came to Az and Samuel.

"Az baby, are you uncomfortable being on this show?" ask Mr. Gerald.

"I'm just not used to attending Gerald's grandfather's party" Az replied.

"Oh yes, meet the granddaughter of the grandfather who today is the birthday of the year" said Mr. Gerald introduced his grandson.

"Include his grandson Samuel who has not yet been introduced to the media for his safety" said Mr. Gerald.

"Devan." said Devan, extending his hand with a smile.

"Azkaela." Az replied casually welcoming Devan's helping hand briefly.

Devan is a little surprised to realize that Az is not eager to get acquainted with her like no other woman. Az didn't even look at him anymore after the hand's welcome came off.

"Is my charm starting to fade?" devan's inner self because Az never once stole a look at him.

"Az needs a lot of rest because he just recovered. We have to go back now" said Mr. Samuel.

"Darling, I really wanted to have dinner with you tonight. But, it's okay to remember Az's condition now that I understand." said Mr. Gerald a little disappointed.

"But, remember to change our dinner another time. I hope soon." added the old man.

"Of course Gerald's grandfather, me and grandfather will replace this delayed dinner." saut Az with a very sweet smile made Devan speechless amazed at the smile.

"How about tomorrow afternoon we have lunch together because until noon tomorrow my schedule is empty." bargained master Samuel.

"Again, I'll manage everything." dropped out Mr. Gerald was happy while Devan was still coolly staring at Az's beaming face without the three of them noticing.

"We go home now then" said Mr. Samuel.

Devan regained his senses when he heard Master Samuel's voice say goodbye and changed the look of his face to be more relaxed.

Az is also the other part of the party with Mr. Gerald and Devan. What makes Devan a little upset is that Az just smiles thinly at him and does not talk more or stare long at him whereas at his grandfather, Az will smile sweetly and slightly mince words.

"Beautiful isn't that Az?" ask Mr. Gerald.

"Who's Az?" ask Devan.

"Samuel's grandson." replied Mr. Gerald.

"Don't lie by saying you're not interested. Grandfather saw for himself you kept staring unblinkingly at him earlier." sly master Gerald at his grandson.

"Grandfather saw it wrong." elak Devan tried to hide his embarrassment.

"Don't...."

"Ah that's Elliot, I want to talk to her about something. I live first grandfather." said Devan, diverting the conversation so that his grandfather would stop bothering him and embarrass him.

"Elliot.." call Devan while walking towards Elliot.

"Where have you been?" tanyakanya.

"I came from the toilet" Elliot replied.

"What's wrong?" ask Elliot.

"Just look for you so a friend can talk. You're such a helper right now." said Devan.

"How can I be a helper when I don't do anything?" elliot asked confused.

"You were there just as I was looking for a diversion so that my grandfather wouldn't tease me by setting me up with his friend's granddaughter" Devan replied.

"Although I'm interested in finding out more about him" he added only inwardly of course.

"I'm not interested. It's just that I don't like being made a joke by my grandfather." replied Devan.

"Wait a minute, not interested? Does that mean you're interested in that girl?" ask Elliot.

"Wow this is a special day where a Devan is drawn at first sight to a girl" Elliot said.

"Where did you know it was our first meeting?" ask Devan.

"Oh come on, you're new to this country and all the female guests you know who were present there's nothing that interests you, even you're not impressed. So, it's certain that this special girl is the one you just met" Elliot said.

"I'm not interested in the meaning of falling for him. I'm just curious because she's the only girl who doesn't look in awe at me and she's even impressed that she doesn't care at all about me." Devan explained.

"Even she was able to put on a smile so sweet to grandfather but to me, she just smiled in a knot and was not interested in talking about anything more than just mentioning names and saying goodbye" he added.

"Well man, she's such a rare girl. Even a Devan is not attractive to him. Or maybe he's more interested in a more mature guy? Because he's smiling sweetly at your grandfather isn't he?" elliot tried to tease his best friend.

"Don't just talk." Devan denied.

"Oh yeah, where's your girlfriend?" devan asks realizing that Elliot is not with Jasmine.

"He's out with the other guests. I went to the toilet and I took her too." Elliot replied.

"Let's go there before he gets angry because you left him too long." Devan asked.

"She's a very understanding and kind girl. He won't be angry just for waiting a while" Elliot said.

"Well, but I was wondering how did you get divorced so quickly and easily get a replacement?" ask Devan.

"The story is long and even long. The point is that I was originally intending to marry my lover but her stepbrother messed up by replacing the bride with her" Elliot replied.

"So, you married a woman you didn't want and then divorced and went back to the woman you love?" ask Devan.

" Yes, that's how it is." Elliot answered.

They continued to talk while walking and occasionally answered the greetings of the guests who greeted them.

"I want to ask you something" said Devan, who was reminded of Mr. Samuel's unfriendly look to Elliot earlier.

"What's that?" ask Elliot curiously.

"Have you ever sniffed....."

"Devan.." call Mr. Darren the father of Devan cut off their conversation.

"Yes dad, what's wrong?" saut Devan's.

"All our extended families and our guests are already going home. It's good that you as the main star of the show greet them before leaving." suggested Mr. Darren.

"Good dad." said Devan.

"I'd better get my permission to go home now" Elliot said.

"Why so fast? Shouldn't you come to the main dinner with us?" haggard mr. Darren.

"Yes, you have to go to the main dinner" Devan said.

"I'm very anxious but, there are some things that should be taken care of immediately. Maybe next time we can have dinner together and I'll treat it as an apology" Elliot said.

"It's fine that way" Devan said.

Elliot immediately picks up Jasmine at his desk and tells Devan's family after.

Elliot who was still thinking about Az who along with other much older men chose to go home apart with Jasmine.
