One of Alex's men standing at the door immediately opened the door for the two of them. As the door opened, Az saw a man sitting down with his hands and feet tied to an iron chair.

On top of the man was a bright chandelier that shone on him. Looks like that guy's been receiving torture from Alex's men.

"Boss." said a man who was in the room.

The man looked in wonder at Alex's hand, which was tightly clasped by Az's. He then stared in astonishment at Az. Si*nya for himself because Alex interpreted another look at the man.

"If you don't want your eyes anymore, I don't mind getting rid of them for you Jo" Alex said coldly.

"Sorry boss." said the man named Jo while turning his gaze away from Az.

"Just looking at the woman he brought in this boss was already very angry. Who is this woman to make a boss who never cared about any woman be so protective of her?" inner Jo.

"Did you get anything out of him?" ask Alex.

"We've been doing all kinds of boss torture. But, his mouth seemed to be tightly locked. He just kept quiet." said Jo.

"Let me handle that stubborn rat first. Do you want to stay here watching people get tortured or do you want to sit outside for a while, baby?"alex asked in a soft tone to make Jo stare.

"Since when can this cruel person speak so softly? Did the sun rise from the wrong direction this morning or did he drink something wrong to make it weird?" inner Jo.

"I'll stay here. Can I ask him?" ask Az.

"Rude duty like this just let it be my part, baby. I don't want you to hurt your hand just for an insignificant person like that." Alex said gently with a smile.

"If you want to stay here, I won't forbid. But, if you can't afford to see what I'm doing, you have to tell me, okay, baby?" said Alex again while stroking dear Az head.

"Stop acting" said Az, who began to be caught off guard by Alex's treatment, who thought she was a weak princess.

Hearing Az's words that seemed to snap at the boss, Jo was once again flabbergasted to see his boss who still smiled looking affectionately at Az.

"Okay, I'm sure the boss is not normal." - Jo.

Alex takes Az and sits him in a chair.

"Sit sweet here baby." said Alex.

Az just silently reluctantly responded to Alex's remarks. He just wanted to immediately know who was behind the people who were about to harm him and what their motives were. Because, if it had to do with his status as the sole heir of the Berza family, he still felt very doubtful.

His whereabouts as heir has not been disclosed to the public. He was pretty sure it was another motive he had not known.

Alex doused the water towards the man with the bound body it made the man open his eyes.

"Uhuk uhuk uhuk." The man coughed.

"Free you're torturing me. I'm not gonna say anything. You guys better bu*just keep me." said the man.
