"Thank you for accepting me for being nothing, ma." said Mona, who still could not stop the tears that soaked her cheeks.

"The value of a person is not from the social or material status they have dear. But, from here (splashing his chest) and mama sure, you have a good heart." said Renata with a smile and rubbed the head of Mona.

Az sits quietly at the dining table waiting for Alex to prepare food for them. Az actually offers help but Alex forbids Az from touching the kitchen.

"My woman can't do any heavy duty as long as I can do it for her" Alex said when Az offered to help her cook.

Az was just busy playing the phone in his hand while 2 Alex men who had followed them were told Alex to find food out there. He said after lunch they would be given assignments.

"You're very good at cooking." praise Az who really enjoys the food Alex cooks.

"I often live in the woods for days or even months while doing chores. It demanded that I should be able to cook in order to fill my stomach. Maybe that's why I got used to cooking" Alex said.

"You know what?" alex asks Az to look at him.

"I never cooked for anyone else, not even my family. You're the only one who eats my cooking besides me and I'm so glad to see you're eating the food that I made that I always wanted to cook for you" Alex said.

"What makes you willing to do everything for me that you don't even know well?" ask Az while looking into Alex's eyes.

"Let's know, I feel comfortable being around you and I feel like I've always wanted to take care of and love you. I feel so happy to see you smile and feel sick when you get hurt. If you ask me why, I don't know because this is the first time I feel. The desire to have and protect a woman." replied Alex.

Az took a look at Alex's eyes as the owner of the sharp eye replied. He looked for a speck of lies from there but nil. Az felt from those eyes that everything the man said was from his heart.

"I won't force you to repay all the special treatment I've done for you. I'm just asking you to accept my presence and not reject everything I do for you" Alex said as Az lowered his head.

"Thank you" Alex said, clasping Az's hand and then tucking Az's back as Az lifted his head and smiled and nodded.
