Chapter 22 Losing Isabella.

Chapter 22

Aisnley and Fil sit opposite each other at a bar, where they meet by accident while searching for Isabella. They saw Isabella go into the alley for a while. But he did not come out of the alley, because he was worried that Fil and Aisnley went into the alley to find Isabella. But the result is nil, let alone Isabella not even a single person in the alley. Exhausted looking for Isabella Fil stopped by the bar and Aisnley followed.

"Where did Mr Allred go? how could he just disappear? this was obviously strange.not even the traces of him were inside that alley. It's like he never got in there" Aisnley said.

"Master Allred must have left using teleportation magic because he realized that if you were to follow him, why did you follow the master anyway? you girls don't know how to be ashamed" Fil sneered. He had harbored hatred for Aisnley since he first saw her.

"Why do you blame me? you were supposed to reflect before you said it to me, Allred could have realized your existence and disappeared without a trace so you wouldn't follow him again" Aisnley said.

"I've been following you since he left our village, if he can realize my existence then you should have disappeared since you were in your village. But, master has been missing since you've been tailing him."

"Taking-or-talking? you rotten elf! how dare you spy on me when you yourself sneak behind him like a thief."

"You dare to reply to me. That master is closer to me and you are a stranger to him! you should be self-aware and aware of where you are. After poisoning the master, you shamelessly want to be his follower."

"I didn't poison him. I didn't put poison back then, Allred told me."

"The master was very kind and always kept the feelings of others in check. I saw for myself how tormented master was when fighting your poison, he had a fever all night. I know it's because I'm staying next to her room."

Aisnley flinched even he was again haunted by feelings of guilt, Allred's kindness that much to him made Aisnley increasingly do not want to be far from Allred.

"I will make amends by being a loyal follower of Allred until the end of my life" Aisnley said.

"This is not what I expected" said Fil. He deliberately brought up the matter to make Aisnley feel guilty and stay away from Isabella. But who would have thought, his speech even made Aisnley more determined not to want to be away from Isabella.

"Sup to you. I'll find my own master." Fil stood up from his seat, "Kelak make it look like we never met."

Fil leaves a few gold coins on the table and leaves, intent on finding Isabella through the rabbit Guild because this is the only way she can find Isabella's whereabouts.

"Allred is a little unique. He hid his residential address from us" March replied as Fil came asking about Allred.

"Is there no other way to find him?" ask Fil again. He could not give up just like that, this guild was the only one who would bring him to Isabella again.

"You can leave your address here, I'll have Allred go see you when he returns to the guild" March replied. He could not bear to see Phil's gloomy face.

Fil gladly gave March his lodging address, lucky that he had booked a room at an inn before going to the guild.

"Oh! so you used a shortcut to find Allred, " said Aisnley.

Fil is shocked to see the poisoned girl standing next to him, Fil has no idea where Aisnley came from. But Fil knows only one, and he hates stalkers like Aisnley.

"Why? you can also use a shortcut," Fil replied. 

"The way you make a lot of poison and then sell it all at the market, maybe you can meet with the master there while he is shopping," Fil sneered as he left Aisnley.

"Elf son of a bitch, just die there," said Aisnley. He was eager to poison Phil, but he did not want to risk Isabella knowing that she had eliminated someone.

While Isabella was sitting at the dinner table staring at the delicious dishes made by Audrey, she really felt back to life just by looking at the fresh meat and beer that had been served.

"Let's eat." Isabella intends to take the biggest cut of meat, but Callix quickly brushes off her hand.

"Don't eat first. Let's wait for Jasper" Callix said. 

Isabella propped up her chin on the table while muttering, "You just need to eat hard. Why wait for Jasper, we'll fly."

"Did you say something?" audrey looked at Isabella with a sharp look.

"Yes. I said if I'm hungry, why don't we just eat? why wait for Jasper? after all, he can eat later if he comes back, if this continues then you guys kind of torture me. I had fought desperately, even while getting the letter from Jasper I immediately rushed back without rest because I was worried about you guys. But what reply do I get? eating is not allowed, my energy has been drained a lot and maybe I will be gone" Isabella grumbled with teary eyes. She acted to gain sympathy from Audrey and Callix.

"Easy! you eat, I'll rest" said Isabella as she rose from her place and went to the 2nd floor.

Just a few steps Isabella up the stairs, Audrey and Callix suddenly pulled both hands from behind. Spontaneous with shock Isabella fell, but they managed to catch her body well.

"Yes …." Isabella stared wide at the faces of those who were staring at her with affectionate gazes.

They smiled then hugged Isabella tightly, the shocking thing managed to make Isabella blush embarrassed.

"I'm sorry. I don't intend to hurt you, it's just that we haven't eaten together for a long time so I think it's good that we eat together after all this time. Doesn't eating together make the atmosphere more beautiful and harmonious, I'm right?" ask Callix. His words made Isabella realize that leaving Jasper would only make the little jaguar feel sad.

"We miss you as much as Jasper, so what Callix said is true. As long as we stayed together without you, we realized one thing that Jasper always felt lonely without you so we always comforted him in various ways to fill your existence. Then after you came back, how could you make her feel sad by not waiting for her" Audrey added.

Isabella smiled and apologized for being selfish, but she only wanted to be blessed. But he instead made the atmosphere tense, lucky now that everything has returned to normal. But just as they were about to walk back to the dining table, something fell out of Isabella's pants pocket.

Audrey picked it up from the floor and was surprised to find it was a golden brooch belonging to a mercenary knight, "I-this ...is this Isabella?"

Isabella spoke a thousand languages in shock, unaware that the item was still in her pocket and now it was in Audrey's hands while Callix had seen it.

"How's this? how should I explain it?" inner Isabella who was trying to think of an excuse to trick the two men near her.
