The Story Of Amber

The Story Of Amber
Still Loving

Amber's fingers moved slowly, her eyes staring at the ceiling of the room, the sound of the clock sounded earthy with the sound of calm waves. Amber slowly got up from her sleep and walked towards the balcony, the night wind was so cold and blowing violently. "Huf." As Amber's breath is swallowed by the noise of the beach, she pulls out Carl's business card, a number that determines her return.

"What should I do?" amber murmured softly, she did not dare at all to contact Carl, fear surrounded her as she remembered that Amanda would vehemently oppose her relationship with Carl. But Amber can't help her own feelings, she never goes away, she still loves Carl. Even it feels like a dream when Carl is not as angry as he thinks, the man is still the old Carl, Carl's speech seemed to give the opportunity to Amber back.

Amber shook her head, "Don't think much of Amber, you just have to say hello to her, "Amber murmured, she went back into the room and closed the door quietly. Amber sat beside the bed, her hand outstretched, took the phone and began copying the number on the paper. [Hi Carl, it's me. Amber.]

As Amber quickly returned to her cell phone, she lay down and took a deep breath. Better he sleep and see Carl's answer tomorrow morning. But just as Amber was about to close her eyes, an incoming message rang. Amber grabbed her phone and her feelings became erratic. [Hey Amber.]

[Can I call you?]

Amber was silent for a moment, she glanced at the door and woke up from her sleep, again Amber came out of her room and stayed on the balcony accompanied by the night wind, without replying to the message, Amber called Carl first. The words that Amber still remembers this afternoon are when Carl said about his happiness, Amber wanted to choose her own happiness, she needed freedom over him. "Hi," Carl's greeting made Amber sober.

"Hi, sorry to interrupt your night, I thought you were asleep" said Amber nervously.

"No, I've always had a hard time sleeping, I don't think you're going to call me" Carl replied. Silence began to create a few seconds, to be honest Amber herself confused to ask what else.

"I actually want to explain everything, but I'm—"

"I don't think there's anything Amber can explain, it's all my fault at first, and you're just retaliating."

"I didn't mean to repay Carl" said Amber.

Amber took a deep breath, nodding her head knowing Carl would never see her. "Yes, I live near the beach, it helps me so much to calm my mind," said Amber.

"really? Can I play there with Earl? Or if you let me." Amber did not answer, she was confused to answer what, it still feels like a dream and what does that mean they will meet again? "I want to spend my holidays with memories" Carl continued.

"When is your vacation over?" Ask Amber quickly.

"I'm only here one week, 2 days before I go home I'll spend time with the 2 Ken families."

A few seconds may sound so quiet, but the answer Amber spoke enough to make their night so pleasant. "Well, tomorrow you can come here after Amanda goes to the restaurant, I have to teach 2 hours and you can play with Earl. I'll send you a note directly in the message."

"Well, I'll be ready and bring a lot of toys tomorrow" Carl replied enthusiastically.

"Umm-but you have to promise not to kidnap Earl, I only give permission to play while I teach," Amber said softly.

"Yes, I promise, if I intend to kidnap, I'll kidnap you both" said Carl. "Sleep, it's been so late, thanks for calling me first" Carl continued.

"Yes, good night Carl" said Amber slowly. He turned off his phone first, without realizing Amber was smiling, he hugged his phone tightly and went back into the room. "Ah yes, location," muttered Amber, he also sent the location of Amber's house through a message.
