The Warm Home

The Warm Home
Season 2 Chapter 18

In the morning, Raka woke up from her deep sleep and she was shocked. The clock shows at 8:10 minutes. He walked to his desk and turned on the light at the end of his desk.

"Financial reports this month! Oh my goodness! Why you should wake up so late!" His grunt while opening the rectangular cabinet beside his desk and took out a thick book.

The tome contained his monthly expenses and income. He is very good at managing his money. No one has ever missed a single Penny.

"Awhile... Where was the cake shopping yesterday? Looks like Nich forgot to give it to me." Lirih. Suddenly someone put a piece of paper on his desk.

"Oh! Brother is awake? Where'd you find him?" Raphael pointed under his bed and then straightened his bed.

"Thank you." Her speech. It had been an hour, Raka had yet to rise from her seat. He was busy with the numbers in front of him. Nicholas faithfully accompanied him, he also often helped his master record his monthly finances.

"It's over soon. Have you prepared my breakfast?" Ask while focusing on taking notes.

"of course. Oh yeah, the milk's almost cold. Do you want to be warmed up again?" Raka answered with a slit. Finally, he walked to the wardrobe and prepared his master's clothes for later use.

Before long, Raka was done. He immediately tidied up his scattered stationery and rushed towards the bathroom.

"Nich, you gave the report to Grandpa. Today, I'm lazy to get out of the room." Raka said before entering the bathroom. The waiter immediately took the paper containing the note that Raka wrote earlier and came out.

"Who is Lord Nathanael?" Raphael asked suddenly. Raka who was relaxing in Sofanya immediately turned her head and looked at him.

"I used to hear you delirious at midnight. You call Nathanael's name on. I've never heard that name so I wanted to ask you. But, I'm afraid you feel uncomfortable so ..".

Raka sat closer then she answered her curiosity.

"He was the first person to haunt my life. As long as I dream, I've never been in anyone's ghost. He was one of the members of the Vicenzo family who had died decades ago. I'm still looking for the cause."

Raphael was surprised to hear it, his curiosity growing.

"Did grandfather ever tell you about Mr Nathanael?" Ask again. Raka chuckled at her expression.

"Earlier. Grandfather said that Lord Nathanael was his dead father. That means....."

"He was our great-grandfather." Raka nodded.

"He died because he was killed by someone who took revenge on him. That man is guilty." Evidently. Raphael shuddered in horror. He is increasingly unwilling to deal with other members of the Vincenzo family. .

"Raka, we better keep quiet. Hmm... Try not to deal with cruel people like them. I know you're brave but..."

Raka smiled, she was glad her brother was worried about her.

"Trust me, everything will be fine if we can think creatively, be clear and stay calm. I've imagined how 'horrible' they are. Life is flowing. Someday, we'll face a multitude of ruthless people."

His eyes were teary, Raphael was completely traumatized by what had happened in his past. His inner wounds left marks that were difficult to remove even though his life had completely changed.

"If we continue to avoid it, we will not be able to live a normal life. Life cannot always be the same as our will. We need to be strong physically and mentally. I see, brother is still traumatized by the past but, must be worked to deal with it. Can't keep avoiding."

"Are you not afraid?" He asked while holding back his tears.

"of course! I'm not a great human being. I'm scared too, just like you. But, it must be fought not to be obeyed."

Raphael cried until his body trembled like a frightened person. Raka could understand how hurt he was. Dumped, in the bully, trampled on all those miserable moments were still in his memory.

"Would I make you a fresh drink?" Tanya Raka switched the conversation. He wanted to end this sad moment.

"Ma-tigers. But I also made yaa" he replied in a hoarse voice. Raka nodded. Raphael rushed to the bathroom to wash his face and change his clothes.

Before going out, they cleaned the room first and then went to the garden to pick oranges.

"Hows it? Is something wrong, sir?" Nicholas asked as George was examining the report his grandson made this morning. The middle-aged man smiled and hinted that nothing was wrong.

"Written neat. Everything is well recorded. By the way, where are those two rabbits? I haven't heard the chatter this morning."

Raka and Raphael have long been nicknamed as 'two rabbits' by George because they love stuffed rabbits. At the mattress and study table is also displayed a small rabbit doll.

"They're still in his room."

"Yes! Just because today is free, so they're lounging in the room." Nicholas chuckled at seeing his master annoyed.

"You should also rest in the room. Or take a walk in the park. There are so many flowers." Zack said suddenly.

"Hmmmm. All right, let's go with me to the park." George had missed his favorite flowers and his late wife. During this time, he was busy with his work until he forgot to rest.

"Well! Don't feel like we're picking too much." Said Raphael who was surprised to see the results of his quote. It's been an hour they've been in the garden picking oranges. Of course, it was also helped by someone who served there.

"Just calm. Soon it will be over. Today, we're having an orange juice party. We'll make orange juice sweet and fresh."

They carried the oranges in small carts to the kitchen. They would make orange juice with the maids who served in the kitchen.

When they reached the kitchen, the maids immediately greeted them and helped clean the oranges.

"Raka. There's a sour orange." Raphael tried a little orange that had been squeezed turns out there was nothing sweet.

"I'll think about it later." Legally. His hands were busy cutting the oranges that were still piling up. Although a lot of help, but still less energy.

An hour later, all the oranges were executed. Raka tasted the results of the squeeze then shook her head.

"Take me some honey." Her request. One of the maids took what was asked. Raka immediately poured 3 tablespoons of honey and stirred it.

Then, he poured the orange juice into the prepared glasses. Then tell the maids to drink it.

"Geez! It's delicious."

"Yes! I usually use sugar. It turns out this is how it feels when mixed with honey."

Everyone enjoyed the orange juice. Do not forget to share it with other servers.

"Colden... Soon the winter comes, the snow will fall and I can play snow war with the young master. Hahahah" cried Nicholas as he walked around the fountain.

"Just look if my granddaughter gets sick because of your silly game." Threaten George with his face. Although it looks relaxed, but Nicholas knows that the threat exists.

"If the young master doesn't want to, I don't have a problem either. You can play by yourself." He said while walking backwards. Zack restrains his sister's body hinting to stay in place.

"Honorary sir, may I go find my employer?" George turned his head back while pursing his forehead and called out to Zack. Then Zack sent his brother out of the park and rushed to his master.

When Nicholas was completely out of the park, George began his conversation.

"So, when your sister said Dear Lord, I remembered Raka. When he was hospitalized, the one who financed and gave him complete facilities was 'Honored Master'. Have you investigated it?" Ask George who is curious.

"It's been investigated but it's not known who it is. His identity is completely protected. I don't think he's a random person." Zack replied in a whisper. George massaged his temple. He was worried, the person was his rival in the business world.

"Take me to the room and call Raka."

"I don't know who that guy is. When they asked the doctor and nurse, they did not tell them. Switching off the conversation, looks very evasive. Even I was forced to meet with the Master but, they still kept their mouths shut." Raka replied when asked about the Honoured Lord.

He saw the worried look on his grandfather's face and approached him.

"Don't think too much. Grandpa will get sick. Doesn't Grandpa want to meet a big family? Soon in December lhoo. I'm here in good health." Raka's words did have a point but, he was still worried.

"You're right. I shouldn't have thought about that. Oh yea! I heard you were making orange juice?"

Raka nodded then took the glass of orange juice he brought earlier and gave it to his grandfather.

"It's so good." Raka was happy to hear it, he was more excited to make other drinks.

"You're good at managing your money, right? Who taught you?" George asked suddenly.

"Yes, since grandpa gave me 30% of the cake shop income, I've been learning more about money management. And I also often see Grandpa recording monthly expenses. From there I learned."

George smiled with a smile. He was amazed by his clever brain.

"Ohya! Don't give me any more money. Enough of that 30% share. Just give it to brother."

George simply replied with a nod. Finally Raka came out of the room and did not forget to close the door.

"sorry..... I lied.."
