Chapter 8. Hospital fee

Alina did not answer Samuel's question, the girl who was not a virgin had no energy to wake up, her whole body was crushed by the incident last night. Sensitive body parts bleed and feel sore, even the blood in the sheets becomes evidence of Alina's pain.

"You still don't want to get married even though I've done this?" sam asked as he took a sip of his cigarette, he looked at Alina sharply.

"Fuck you.you really are a beast. I hope you get a reward for all your deeds, Mr. Samuel." Alina cried and cursed the man who had raped her.

Samuel lifted Alina's body, then his chin. "How dare you say such a thing to me! So, you want to marry me or not, huh? I can give you anything you want, luxury, life as a rich mistress, you just need to be at home.waiting for me home, serving me in bed, taking care of my son.it is not difficult!"

Alina is disgusted by the man, she rejects Samuel's offer to get married. Alina left the villa where Samuel raped her. He was crying, he was disgusted at Samuel, but he was more disgusted at himself who was dirty especially he already had a lover, namely Bara.

Samuel was speechless, his eyes widening staring at Maura. He was very surprised because Alina might have something to do with Bara.

"How about Alina?" samuel asked.

"Yes dad, he's talking about Alina" Maura replied.

Samuel refused to discuss Alina any further, he did not want his beloved daughter to know her depraved behavior in the past. He instead asked Maura to ask Bara to return all the property of the Agradana family. "Dad, I don't think I could have asked for it so easily. He also put Evan's brother in jail."

"Thank God, doc, thank you doc." Maura let out a sigh of relief because her father was fine.

"Oh yes Ma'am, for a while until the condition of Mr. Samuel recovered.he had to remain in the hospital to get treatment because Mr. Samuel's condition was still not stable." obviously the doctor was to Maura.

"Yes the doctor."

A little later came a nurse who told Maura that her father's hospital fees had not been paid. Maura immediately went to the hospital administration, wearing thin clothes and slippers she still wore.

"Sus, have my father's hospital fees been paid yet?" maura asked the nurse there.

"It's Samuel's name, isn't it?" ask the nurse.

"Yes sus."

"Not paid yet." replied the nurse as she looked towards Maura. "Here's the bill, ma'am." the nurse put a piece of paper on Maura.

Maura was stunned to see the cost of the hospital which was quite large. Not to mention the cost of his father's hospitalization later, heart disease is not a trivial disease.

Unpaid? Didn't you get paid, Nathan? I have to ask who the money is, while Evan's brother is my only family in prison.

Oh yeah, I still have my savings!

"Can Ma'am, the last payment is tomorrow morning." replied the nurse.

That night Maura went to the money collection place to take her savings. But after several times he tried to withdraw money with his Atm card, there was always a writing on the screen that his card had been blocked.

Someone knocked on the glass door at the money-making site.

"Mom! Can't spit!" said a woman in an angry voice because Maura had been inside for too long.

Maura walked out of the room, apologizing to everyone who was waiting in line at the ATM. "Sorry Mom, sir.mas..mbak."

"If you don't have money, don't take money!" a man said to Maura in annoyance.

Maura was silent and left from there with a shaky step. He looks sad because he does not know how to get money for his father, because all his savings money is in the ATM.

In a cold night, Maura returned to the hospital. He fell asleep on the couch in the room where his father was being treated. Throughout the night he does not sleep because he thinks about Bara's changing attitude to him, the circumstances of his father and also Evan who is imprisoned.

That morning, Maura intended to meet Bara in her room. He saw some men in police uniforms coming over there and talking to Bara and Nathan. "Well sir, so you want to punish Evan in accordance with the law?"

"Yes, he has been persecuting me. Of course he should get a punishment." Bara said to a policeman who asked him.

Maura immediately entered the room in the same clothes as yesterday. "No, police officer! Please don't punish my brother!" maura shouted at the policeman.

"Sorry, who are you?" ask a policeman about Maura.

"I'm brother Evan's cousin, please release my brother from custody. He's innocent."

"Sorry ma'am, you can't ask us. Because it was Mr. Bara who reported and prosecuted Mr. Evan." the policeman told Maura.

The point is Maura must ask Bara to release Evan, while Maura does not want to ask Bara. The policemen did not listen to Maura and left from there. Bara smiled satisfied to see Maura panicked and stirred the fog like that. "The coal! Quickly release Evan's brother from the prison!" pinta Maura with a flushed face that was emotional.

"leave her? Why would I do that?" Bara did not want to listen to Maura, he was indifferent and did not care about the woman who was his wife.

Maura looked at Bara and Nathan with heartache. He feels the pain of being double-crossed, from Bara and Nathan who turned out to side with Bara. "Sir Nathan.what a father too..." Maura looked at Nathan standing near Bara.

"I'm sorry my non Maura." Nathan lowered his head, he did not dare to look at Maura as he also took part in Bara's betrayal.

"My father is very good with my father, why do you have so much..".hiks..." Maura cries in disappointment with Nathan, who is Samuel's right-hand man.

"Have not cried that way. I heard my father-in-law is being treated and in critical condition, but you don't have any money, do you? Or your ATM card is blocked?" asked Bara while smiling cynically.

Maura is silent, she just remembered that Bara is the only person who knows her Atm card code.

"W-did you do it? You blocked my ATM card?!" maura shouted at Bara annoyed.

"Yes, I did. How, do you need money for your father's medical expenses?" asked Bara who was smiling happily when Maura was suffering.

"Curtain! Even if I really need money, I won't ask a demon like you!" Said Maura emotion, accompanied by a cry without a sound.

"Come Maura, don't be such a hypocrite! I know you need money, I can give you money fast. Or do you want your father discharged from the hospital?!" Bara threatens Maura under the pretext of being for her father's good.

If the hospital fee has not been paid until 10 am, then the father can not seek treatment.

Maura clenched her hands in a frenzy, I don't know what decision she will make. Surrender to the situation and ask for Bara's help, or does he have other plans?
