Chapter 9. Friends rented house

Nah! After I thought about it again, I didn't need to ask him for help. I still have time to make money for Dad.

Maura stepped out of the room quickly. She decides not to ask for help from Bara, her bastard husband and makes money on her own terms.

Bara saw the woman leave his room, Nathan also stared at the back of Maura who left the room with an angry face.

"Well! Look how arrogant he is!" Bara snorted in annoyance as she saw Maura leave from there. "Look, later he will come back again." murmured Bara sure.

"Sir Bara, do we have to get to this?" nathan asked with a clear face.

"Why Nathan? Do you feel sorry for Maura and her papa? You've done so far to help me, are you sorry now? Rice is already porridge...Nathan." clearly Bara while staring intently at Nathan.

What Mr. Bara said was right.I have already done, rice has become porridge. But, I feel sorry for non Maura.

"I know, sir, but do you have no pity on Miss Maura? He made money by wearing such clothes, at least give non Maura his clothes." Nathan still has empathy for Maura, even though he betrayed his family.

"Don't pity him Nathan, you have to remember what he did to your brother! Let the samuel know what karma feels like, he has a daughter." Bara recalls Nathan's wounds caused by Samuel.

Nathan, who had been sympathetic to Maura, suddenly turned angry. As she recalled her brother who went crazy for being harassed by Samuel while being her secretary in the office.

Nathan's clenched hands trembled, his eyes sharp full of wounds. "Yes, I never forget..how did that b*jing*n man harass my sister until my sister ended up in a mental hospital!"

"Good, don't forget it's Nathan.don't pity him, because he deserves all this." Bara keeps pumping Nathan with anger and resentment.

Samuel was a female villain outside the house, in front of his daughter he looked like a loving and kind father. However, he had an evil attitude towards women in his past. Many of the women who were victims of abuse, one of whom is Nathan and Alina's older brother, unfortunately Maura did not know all that until now because her father remained silent.

Maura came to the front of a rented house, she knocked on the door. His body felt bad for not bathing and changing clothes, plus on the way to the contract, everyone looked at Maura strangely.

Someone opened the rented door, saw a short-haired woman there. His face looked cynical looking at Maura, he was about to close the door again but Mayra held him back.

"Huh! You, who do I think you are?"

"Han! Please.we must talk," Maura asked as she pleaded with her best friend.

"Why do you want to talk to me? Just talk to the Bara there, you will only believe in him." said Hanna answered tightly while closing the boarding door.

"Hanna, you're right! The bara is evil..." Maura looked at Hanna with teary eyes.

Hanna sighed, she finally allowed Maura into her boarding house. Hanna asked Maura to sit on her little sofa, while she made something for her friend. "Han, can I not let you use the bathroom? Borrow your clothes?"

"Okay, you take a shower. Just get her clothes in my closet, I'll get something ready in the kitchen" Hanna said in a cold voice.

When all the friends I visited looked at my arrival, only Hanna would accept me. Have I misjudged people all along?

"But Maura, sorry.there is no warm water like in your house. There's only cold water here" Hanna said.

"Well, Han, you let me into the house and just use your bathroom, I'm so grateful." Maura smiled bitterly considering her circumstances and she who used to always ignore Hanna who cared about her.

Maura walked into the bathroom after she picked out the clothes in Hanna's simple room. While Maura was in the bathroom, Hanna had prepared something warm in the brown cup and some snacks. Hanna wondered in her heart, what happened to Maura who just got married yesterday. The girl looked very messy and like she had just been kicked out.

A few minutes later, Maura came out of the bathroom wearing the right clothes. Not a thin nightgown like before, Hanna's clothes were a bit oversized for her. He walked over to Hanna and sat down next to her. Hanna invited Maura to drink and eat the snacks she had prepared.

"Thank you Han," Maura picked up the cup on the table. "Well.brown milk, you still know what I like." Maura's moved.

"Yes, of course I know.just you don't care" said Hanna Ketus.

Suddenly, tears trickled down from both of Maura's eyes. "Hiks..hiks..."

Hanna was stunned, she immediately asked why Maura was crying. Maura replies that she has misjudged people and she also says that Hanna was right about Bara.

"So..what happened to you and Bara?" hanna asked as she crossed her hands on her chest.

Maura wiped away her tears, trying to hold back the crystal grains from flowing anymore. "Bara tricked me, she married me for wanting revenge on my father. He took all my family's possessions, not enough there...Bara also brought another woman on our first night, they.hiks..."

Maura was crying. Hanna approached Maura while rubbing her back. "Maura.." - I thought Hanna felt sorry for the girl.

"You're right Han, you and Evan's brother are right. He never loved me all this time and all his kindness was just a fake.Sorry I for not believing in you and Evan's brother."

"Yes, don't apologize. The important thing is you already know what Bara is, calm down Maura."

The Bara.I know he's not right, but he's done something like this. It feels too outrageous.

Maura hugged Hanna while crying in her arms. He continued to apologize to Hanna. After pouring out all her heart, Hanna spoke to Maura about the grudge in question.

"I don't know what the truth is, but Bara told me about Alina. Father also did not say who this Alina was," Maura explained briefly.

Hanna looked at Maura with a frown, she looked anxious with Maura.
