This morning it was raining heavily, as if understanding Elmira's feelings. He opened the door that led to his balcony, Elmira enjoying every rain that fell on his hands. He took a deep breath and closed his eyes. For him the rain was able to calm the turbulent feeling within his mind. Without Elmira noticing, Mirda had been staring at him from below.

Mirda couldn't take her eyes off the girl, until someone's voice jolted her.

"Beautiful, Om?" husain whispered to Mirda and she nodded, then he regained his senses.

"You'll have bad luck!" take Mirda to Husain.

"Where's Om? It's only 6am in the morning. I'll be back at the dormitory later in the day" replied Husain, making Mirda more excited. Mirda scratched her un-itchy head.

"Yaudah I want to take a shower first" said Mirda waltzing away. Husain laughed at the cold man's behavior.

Elmira rushed to prepare, because today is her first day as an Internship doctor at Bandung City Regional General Hospital. Wearing floral clothes and hijab with matching colors makes everyone who sees will definitely fall in love.

"Ra, you're ready, aren't you?" ask Afifah while knocking on the door.

"Udah, wait a minute!" sahut Elmira then rushed to bring her proud white coat.

"Buseettt, pretty shit! Do you really want dines?" goda Afifa.

"Fifaaaaahhhhh.." whining Elmira when she found out that her best friend was teasing her.

"Iyee iyeee! Diem was already in this," said Afifah then holding the hand of Elmira.

At the table everyone was gathered, including Mirda and their family aide Monik. Fahri's family always invites everyone to eat together, without distinguishing who they are. Mirda is fascinated by the beauty of Elmira.

"Om, shut-in!" husain whispered to Mirda.

"Uhukkp.. Uhukk..." Mirda choked on the white water she had just drank.

"Om Mirda, drink carefully!" mother Gisya said to Mirda.

"Ready Ma'am!" mirda answered and looked cynically at Husain.

Elmira and Afifah have joined the table, but not usually Elmira looks very excited. Mother Gisya stroked her daughter's shoulder.

Breakfast was over, Elmira and Afifah immediately rushed to farewell. Along the way, Elmira just daydreamed. Mirda could see the sadness on the girl's face.

"You go home, don't wait for us to be served. I'll call you later at home, forgot! Ask for Bang Mirda's number" ask Elmira before they get off.

Mirda didn't mention her phone number, she just gave her phone to Elmira. Mirda's phone was never locked, complicated! That's Mirda's thinking.

"Oh my God, this is a cell phone what a dorm! It's the man's number in all countries!" said Afifah who kepo saw Mirda's phone. Elmira immediately saved Mirda's number after her phone rang. Mirda asks Elmira and Afifah to wait in the car.

"I have to make sure Miss Elmira and Miss Afifah are safe!" mirda said with a cold tone. He then went out and asked permission to check the security system there.

Elmira snorted in annoyance, because the Director of this Hospital is a good friend of the Mother.

"Mirda is coming home! Don't take my anter to dalem, I'm ashamed to know!" pissed Elmira.

"I have to make sure.." Mirda's speech was cut off by Elmira.

"The Monik will meet me! It's back there!" indignant Elmira left Mirda and one of the security staff there.

The moniker goes behind Afifah and Elmira, again they become the center of attention.

"Why the hell should be the General's son, but I can also look after you. It's a black belt!" afifah grumbled as they headed for the Medical Committee room.

"Udah diem! Accept it, the fate is like this!" elmira then turned to Monik.

"Ready! I'm back Miss Elmira, Miss Afifah. Happy work" Monik said to the two.

Elmira felt bad, as she was greeted directly by the Director of the Hospital.

"Good morning everyone, today we have two new Internship doctors here. I hope my colleagues here can guide them well. I'm sorry if my colleagues here feel uncomfortable with doctor Elmira. She was one of Pangdam's daughters, Major General Fahri," said Sarah's doctor, introducing Elmira and whispering to each other.

Doctor Sarah, as the Director of the Hospital took Elmira around the Hospital to introduce her to each room. Even to deliver Elmira to the Emergency Installation where Elmira and Afifah will carry out their duties.

"Welcome to work doctor Elmira and doctor Afifah" said Dr Sarah.

"Thank you doctor for taking the time out for us" replied Elmira.

Elmira and Afifah were welcomed by the extended family of Emergency Installation there. Their first day of work was treated by a Traffic Accident patient. Elmira and Afifah examined the patients one by one, they were both like a package.

"Help doctor! Please help my son!" shouted one of the families of the patients who had just arrived. Elmira immediately approached the patient and examined him.

"When has your child had a fever like this?" ask Elmira.

"3 days doctor, but this morning he was vomiting 8x" he explained.

"It looks like he has an infection in his digestive tract, for the next examination we will take a sample of adek blood to be examined in the laboratory" said Elmira then asked one of the sisters to take a sample of her child's blood.

The mother cried to see her daughter crying and wailing.

"Maybe this is how Mother used to see me hurt," inner Elmira.

"Mother calm down, InshaAllah is fine. I'll give you a recipe for a drink now, please take it at the IGD Depot next door" said Elmira.

"Thank you doctor" said the mother.

The time has shown at 1 pm, but Elmira is still struggling with the patient reports that today are handled by her.

Elmira's phone was on, she saw the incoming message and smiled.

"What a fine ice man," muttered Elmira.

I was in front bringing you lunch.

Elmira and Afifah take turns for lunch, she rushes out the parking lot and searches for Mirda's whereabouts. He saw Mirda leaning against the car door.

"Where's the lunch? I'm laper!" pinta Elmira surprises Mirda.

"This, said Mother spent! Don't forget the tupperware is brought again, if the allowance of pocket money is reduced! That's what Mom told me" Mirda said with her flat face.

"Thank you! I'm back there!" elmira said in annoyance.

Mirda got into the car while holding her smile. While Elmira still grumbled while carrying her lunch to the room provided for the Internship doctor.

"Doctor El's girlfriend is so good! Sampe dikeriankan make-up," said sister Vania.

"That's my father's aide, sus. Not a girlfriend" Elak Elmira opened her food.

But the note attached there makes Elmira's objection in vain.

Elmira knows, if this must be her mother's writing. But sister Vania and the others won't believe it. Elmira just sighed and ate voraciously. Meanwhile, Father Fahri and Mother Gisya have just arrived at IPDN. They delivered Husain who would continue his education. Only two years left, then Husain will get the title S. IP.

Mother Gisya hugged Husain very tightly, actually she felt sad if she had to continue to be far from her children.
