At Mother Gisya's house, Mama Febri has just arrived along with Cyra. Because Papa Zaydan is on a working visit to Bandung.

The sound of baby crying began to echo throughout the room. Elmira shed her tears when she heard the sound of the baby crying.

"Congratulations Ma'am, the baby boy weighs 3.2kg and is 56cm long. The baby is healthy, everything is normal and perfect" said the doctor, putting the baby in front of Biang Mira. The baby was looking for the source of her breast milk.

"Welcome to the world, my son," said Biang Mira then unconscious.

"Don't know what happened to the doctor!!" panic Elmira.

"Please wait outside Mom!" pinta doctor then Elmira out following the nurse who brought the baby boy.

Elmira grasped the little fingers of the baby, while she let out her tears Elmira brought the baby into the room where the Father and Mother were stiffened. Biang Mira went into a postpartum coma, probably a factor of age as well. It's been a week since Elmira took care of their baby. Now Elmira keeps the baby boy between the bed of Biang Mira and Om Chandra. Elmira feels guilty because of all that because of her.

While crying, Elmira spoke as if both of them could hear her sigh.

"Are you guys satisfied to make me feel guilty like this? Don't you want to see your handsome baby?! I give up Biang, I give up Om Chandra!! If you can, I'll exchange my life so you can wake up!" elmira.

Tak lama kemudian terdengar suara bayi menangis dengan kencang, namun Elmira tak menggubrisnya. Hingga para suster datang untuk mengambil bayi itu.

"Stop! Let her cry sister! Even her parents could let her cry like that!" elmira said to the nurse.

"But doc, get the baby," said the nurse.

"I told you! Just let her cry! Let both parents know, this baby needs them!!" shouted Elmira.

The sound of Biang Mira and Chandra monitors.

"Go!! Go!! You managed to make my life miserable with guilt in me!!" shouts Elmira and the nurse will bring the handsome baby.
