Wife President's Deposits
Chapters. 107

"I had to go to work today because there was an important meeting after lunch" Edward said, looking at the watch in his hand.

"I think you're still on holiday" Deya said.

"After lunch? Then I'll cook. Uh, we haven't been shopping."

"I've asked Satria to fill up the fridge and buy all the kitchen necessities. You can check."

"I'll go down cooking first."

"I want your homemade sour vegetables and fried salted fish, I miss," said Edward. Deya nodded. Deya was about to come out when Dafi called.

"Where are you going?"

"To the kitchen, to cook food for Dafi and Brother, Brother Zahra would like to eat what?" tawar Deya's.

"Anything just don't be spicy."

"Okey."

"Mom, are you cooking yourself? There's no waiter?"

"Hmm. here there are no servants so we work together to clean the house."

"Can you cook?" ask Zahra.

"Just cooking, that's easy. Zahra wants to come? If you want to come," Deya bargained.

Zahra looked at her father.

"You guys just come down, let me play with Dafi. Look at this Dafi... I'll put up the train."

Zahra then goes to the kitchen with Deya.

"The kitchen is small and there are only two dining chairs."

"Let's wait for the guest chair to be shifted we'll eat on the floor."

"On the floor?" ask Zahra. Deya nodded. Zahra turned her shoulders to look at the living room that was all a family room.

They started to pick up the ingredients and start cooking. Zahra asked more questions than work because she had never cooked before. Her mother and grandmother are not the type of woman who likes to go to the kitchen just right if she does not know both.

"Grab some Zahra sugar" Deya said.

"Which sugar is Ma'am, equally white."

Deya finally took it herself and poured in the new vegetable then explained to the boy.

"Try it." Deya held out a container of salt.

"Asin" said Zahra.

"Because of this salt, the texture is smoother. This is a different sugar, right?"

"This is what white is," asked Zahra pointing at the tiny container.

"That's the flavoring, micin. If this is broth."

"Wekk does not taste good, ma'am, why is it called flavoring."

"That will amplify the taste, dear."

"The tempe is flanked, ma'am?"

"In a big cut to fry."

"No meat?"

"Fish salted. It's savory but it's a little 2" Deya said, starting to fry the fish.

The oil began to splatter and hit the skin of Zahra. Zahra squealed in shock. Deya immediately turned off the stove and saw Zahra's wound, then cleaned it under the shower. He ran worriedly picking up the ointment under the television drawer. Fortunately, all the arrangements are still the same. So Deya doesn't have to look for the location anymore.

He smeared the ointment on Zahra's hand.

"It doesn't hurt, Mom."

"But this is blistering," Deya said worriedly. Grease the ointment and blow it. Zahra looked carefully.

"I was in a terrible accident, Mom. It's not that painful."

"That was before. No matter how the wound hurts, it should not be left."

"My mom likes to pinch or hit me hard if I don't comply. I've been friends with pain for a long time" Zahra said softly with dewy eyes.

"Zahrah...." Deya couldn't say anything more. Just hugging Zahra. He knows how Soraya feels when he's on a rampage. She thought she wouldn't be rude to her son anymore. Started to stretch the embrace.

"Did you tell Dad?"

"So no one knows?"

"Only home people," said Zahra snuggled to Deya.

Deya rubbed the boy's head gently. Angry and furious at Soraya's attitude that was so bad nurturing Zahra. It felt like he was cursing at the woman for making a little child suffer. He regretted his actions which left Zahra alone with Soraya. If he had survived, perhaps Zahra would have been under the protection of Edward and himself.

Deya holding Zahra's chin raised it.

"From now on no one will hurt you again, I promise." Deya rubbed a trace of tears on Zahra's cheek and kissed her forehead.

"Mother's son is great, will definitely be a strong and great brother to his sister. Will be a proud son to his father."

"Then for Mom?"

"It's enough to be a good kid." Deya patted Zahra's head fondly and smiled.

"Here you sit in a chair, don't get near me and get oil again."

"I'll help you, Mom." Deya looked around and stared at the tempe.

"Iris tempeh is big to fry."

They started cooking again, joking.

"It smells so good, Mom, it makes you hungry."

"It's a lot to get us into, wanting to know what Mom and Sister are doing in the kitchen." Edward came in with Dafi and put the boy on the kitchen table to disturb Zahra.

"Cooking up during the dance," replied Zahra's origin while joking with Dafi

Edward hugged his wife's waist. "Well, my wife smells of salted fish. So fragrant." Smelled it.

"Ih, Mas, there are children. Help me roll out the carpet in the front room to eat. Our dining chair is two.

" Akh! I forgot not to add it, remember it's just the two of us here." Edward kissed Deya on the cheek before lowering Dafi off the kitchen table.

"Come soldier. Now help me roll out the carpet to eat."

"Rubble!" They both went to the front room.

"Since when did Dafi become an impromptu soldier?" murmured Zahra saw Father and his sister walking marching forward.

" Since meeting with the commando of rinses."

"What Mom?"

"Akh, no...." Deya chuckles to herself.

"Ih, I'm playing with secrecy."

They eat together. Zahra did not seem familiar with the food menu that Deya made.

"Let's eat it," Deya feeds Zahra. "Didn't you?"

"It's weird, sour, sweet, salty to be one but it's delicious, Mom."

Deya instead fed Zahra and Dafi together.

"If you go with Mom, the food is the village. Mother rarely cooks outside."

"But it's my own mother's, there's love in it that makes it good."

"You've grown up eating alone."

"Let's go, Mas, I'll feed Dafi" Deya said. Zahra stuck her tongue out at her father.

"Later to be a spoiled child."

"Marijuana with her mother, not anyone else."

Deya's words actually struck Zahra's heart. Her real mother never did this to Zahra, another person who came and became a mother.

"Let's eat instead of daydreaming," said Deya giving another bribe to Zahra. Zahra ate it.

"When do you eat it?" edward said that instead of feeding Deya.

"Ih, mother is like a baby being fed to Dad" said Dafi. Then they laughed.

"Father earlier Mother called Dad the commando of rinses," Zahra fought.

Deya who was drinking then choked. Edward looked at her cruelly.

"Yes, in your old phone why does my number say Mr. Recehan?" cecar Edward got Deya cornered.

"That's because. 'cause I forgot to give that name, '" Deya said. They had a little fight that made their children laugh.
