Chapters. 122 In-laws are Sick

Deya is already not concerned with the pros and cons that occur in the community about him. He just wanted to be himself and no longer hid his true identity.

Today Deya picks up Zahra's school after which they will go straight to her in-laws' house. Mama Claudia was sick. Edward headed straight to his parents' house from the office when he heard this news.

The car stopped at the school gate. The atmosphere was still quiet because it was not yet home. Deya removed the seatbelt on Dafi's chair.

Deya let out a long breath. "What happened?"

Zahra was confused.

Mr. Lee himself sat in the waiting chair. His face also appeared unfit. Mr. Lee should have retired and replaced his son but the man still insisted on wanting to keep working because that was the only thing that encouraged his life.
