Mikayla Pov's

Me, Felix, Mommy Kelly and Rachel were having lunch in the back garden of this mansion. This mansion is truly beautiful. I really like him.

"Mommy, didn't expect your cooking to be so good" said mommy Kelly sincerely.

"Yes, Rachel also really likes mommy Ay's cooking, unlike Mommy Rachel and mommy Nayla the food is not tasty Rachel does not like" said Rachle.

I smiled

"Mommy really likes cooking so I often see even occasionally helping her mom" I replied.

"Oh..Raymond must be proud to have a wife like you and Raymond is also a good man" Mommy Kelly looked at me warmly and looked at Felix who was busy enjoying his food without being influenced by the words mommy Kelly.

"Say baby, did you and Raymond plan your wedding?" mommy Kelly asked with an enthusiastic look.

I glanced at Felix at a glance who was still quietly enjoying his food.

Then I looked at mommy Kelly and then nodded.

"Mommy and Daddy have talked to Aunty and Uncle Josh. Her marriage was held after I graduated from college mom" I replied.

"Oh really. That means staying a little while longer" Mommy Kelly looked at Felix back who was looking at me with a hurt look.

I don't like that hurt face, but I can what it is.

"Mommy will definitely lose you dear" mommy Kelly's voice intruded on me to sever our gazes at each other.

"I'll visit mommy a lot, Raymond won't hold me back, I know that" I comforted mommy Kelly.

"Mom Ay, I'm done" Rachel cleaned her mouth.

I nodded and smiled

"Smart kid."

"I'm done too, I go upstairs first. Rachel you want to come with Daddy, daddy's gonna point at something beautiful to you" asked Felix who was nodding by Rachel.

"Okay dad, I'm coming with you"

Felix got out of his chair and held Rachel up in his arms.

"Me and Rachel go upstairs first" said Felix flatly Mommy Kelly nodded. Felix left without looking at me. And why do I feel disappointed just because he didn't look at me.

"The boy must have been heartbroken. But forget she must be able to control herself, mommy doesn't want you to be burdened with her feelings that will eventually affect your relationship with Raymond."

I smiled at Mommy Kelly.

"Tell me, baby, how did you and Raymond get engaged" mommy Kelly asked.

"Daddy and Uncle Josh are long-time friends. They were reunited because of business cooperation. Four years ago daddy decided to move here adjacent to Uncle Josh's family-owned estate. That was the first time Raymond and I met. After two years, Uncle Josh's family came to propose to me at Raymond's request. Mommy and Daddy welcomed the proposal because Raymond's brother was a good man" I explained.

"Do you love Raymond dear."

That question again.

I just smiled without answering mommy Kelly's question.

"Mom, I'm sorry if I'm presumptuous but can you tell me about Ashley."

Mommy smiled there was no look of hate, annoyance or sadness in her face when she heard Ashley's name.

"Ashley Wilson?" ask mommy.

I nodded in doubt as I did not know Ashley's surname.

"She was a very nice simple woman. Ashley is a very gentle and graceful person. The first time you saw her you reminded me of her."

Felix likes me because I remind him of Ashley.

"He's an orphan, he lives with his uncle and aunt. Marinka knew him because they were enrolled at the same university. Felix and Noura were in London. After completing his studies Felix returned and Marinka introduced him to Ashley. Felix immediately falls for her, which is welcomed by Ashley. Fekix was very happy at the time. Laughter and smiles always covered her face. It didn't last long because the fateful incident happened" Kelly shed tears. I got out of my chair and approached her.

"I'm sorry I made you sad" I hugged her from behind.

Mommy Kelly wiped my hand

"No, baby, it's not your fault."

"Mommy thanks you so much, because you're Felix back."

"Haven't thought about it again" denied mommy Kelly.

I'm nodding.

"Mom, do you hate Ashley?" I'm afraid mommy is offended.

Mommy Kelly nodded

"No, but mommy was angry with her and now mommy really misses her. Mommy doesn't know where the girl disappeared to."

"Here you go, forget about Ashley mommy not wanting Felix to hear us talk about the girl. Go on top mommy will follow later" said mommy Kelly. I followed and left immediately.

I walked up the stairs and realized I didn't know where Felix's room was.

Mommy Kelly told me not to worry. Then I won't hesitate. Felix and Rachel will also be seen.

I decided to keep walking while looking through the interior of this mension. Every corner of this mansion has always amazed me even the room room is also very large and spacious.

I went into one of the other rooms. Unlike the previous room this room was pitch-black. I fumbled through the wall looking for the light switch and finally found it.

The room is quite large like a photo studio. Lots of pictures on the wall. Even Raymond's photograph was there. I saw one by one the photos until my eyes were fixed on one photo that was framed beautifully and displayed on the wall with a size large enough. Photo of a beautiful woman carrying a child ******.

My Happiness, Ashley

I read the writing in the bottom corner of the photo. My heart is beating fast. It turned out to be true as Mommy and Roland had described it. Ashley is a graceful and gentle woman, I can judge her just by looking at her photo. My heart ditches and feels pain.

What is this is I'm jealous of. Get your wits back, Mikayla.

"What are you doing here" that hoarse, cold voice made me gasp in shock. I turned around and found Felix looking at me sharply and coldly.  For the first time he looked at me like that. He might be angry at me for my sassness.

"Felix, I'm sorry if I was presumptuous..."

"Get out!!" Felix cut my words.

I swallowed my saliva with great difficulty. I walked towards him and he pulled me violently to get out and closed the door violently.

"I'm sorry" I said.

Felix ignored me and left me. Why it hurts so much to be ignored by him.

I flinched from my daydream because I heard my phone ring. Brother Raymond. I immediately picked it up.

"You're still at Felix's, baby?" ask Raymond from across the street.

"Yes" I replied briefly.

"Sister will come to pick you up."

"So, I'm not going to go."

"No, daddy's the one who replaced brother."

"Why didn't you say."

"I forgot my dear."

"Well me and Rachel will be waiting for you." I disconnected the phone and went downstairs.

Mommy Kelly smiled at me as soon as I stood in front of her. I saw Felix sleeping on his mother's lap with his face against her. I know he's not sleeping he might just be avoiding me.

"Where's rachel?" ask me without hiding my annoyance. Mommy Kelly frowned. While Felix was still silent when I was sure he heard it.

"Rachel sleeps in Felix's room dear" Kelly replied.

"Mommy, can you tell me where Felix's room is. I'm gonna wake Rachel up because Raymond's brother is coming to pick us up soon" I said.

Felix sat down and then stood up.

"I'll take him down" he said coldly and looked at me flatly. I grunt.

I would not set foot in his room either.
