Reyhan was still crying in Kalisa's arms, his heart as if slashed to find the father experiencing a heartbreaking event like this. If only he hadn't asked for ice cream back then, his father would have been fine.

The flashback

"Rey." Call Hendri cheerfully, today he is not allowed to go to work, just because he wants to pick up the child coming home from school.

Reyhan was a little surprised to find that his father was waiting for him at the gate. He longed to avoid it, but he promised Rama and Kalisa to forgive Hendri. And he doesn't want to be a man who breaks promises.

After paying her, Hendri hurried back to step towards Reyhan's seat, with a smile continuing to walk, crossing the road where the vehicle passed.

Reyhan who realized it immediately shouted, asking Hendri to step aside, "Dad beware."

Kalisa invites Reyhan to come see his father. When the door had just opened, the first thing that was seen was the body of someone who was once very dear to him was lying weakly on a hospital bed. Several medical devices were planted, as well as bandages wrapped around his head and legs.

Kalisa's heart suddenly turned rosy, his eyes heated up.

Kalisa slowly entered Hendri's ward. However, before actually entering, Hendri's mother and Maya also come.

"Kalisa." called the mother, Kalisa immediately turned his head, knowing that it was Hendri's mother, without hesitation Kalisa walked closer and immediately embraced his former mother-in-law.
