You Saw Me?!

You Saw Me?!
Last resort

Eps. 49

The open door revealed a middle-aged man who still looked handsome at his age.

"Clara, come on in. Uncle is waiting for you" said Leo kindly. This handsome uncle walked in followed by Clara behind him.

Not saying anything, there was no smile on his face. Clara's mind was suddenly empty, she just walked like a robot and just sat in front of Leo.

Clara's feelings were suddenly bland. He did not know what his face was like now, this woman just quietly lowered her head a little.

Occasionally glancing, looking at Leo who seemed to smile gently but looked at Clara meaningfully. What was that look? His uncle's eyes were judging.

Clara faintly heard Leo's voice but she did not understand what his uncle was saying. He just stared blankly at the face of the adult man in front of him. Leo's face looked blurry but he knew clearly it was his uncle.

Clara looked down again, bland and blunt, not knowing what she was thinking. He did not even know why he suddenly felt like this after meeting Leo.

Not long after, Clara's vision became clear, her mind returned, and the bland feeling disappeared.

The black-haired woman looked up, looking at Leo who was crouching before her with a gentle smile of hers. His uncle's left hand was perched gently on the top of Clara's head, giving her warmth there.

Whether there was any wind, the feeling of sadness that was so deep just penetrated into Clara's heart. His face heated up, he held back with all his might in order not to cry and the gentle sweep at the tip of his head defeated Clara's defenses.

The tears fell so hard, Clara cried so hard. Leo was still faithfully crouching in front of this nephew of his.

With both hands Clara covered her face, letting her cry shed all the uncomfortable feelings she had been craving.

An hour passed. Clara turned off the water faucet after washing her face to make it fresher.

"It's quiet?" leo asked Clara who had just taken a seat in front of him.

"Hmm" deham Clara.

Leo chuckled small. "Why are you crying?"

Clara never cried like this in front of her parents except when an evil ghost tried to take over her body, but this time Clara cried without holding anything in front of her uncle who had no blood relation.

Leo is Harumi's best friend, but this man has regarded Clara as his own niece.

Clara averted her gaze feeling embarrassed, a slight red tinge visible on her cheek.

"I don't know Uncle either. Suddenly I wanted to cry when Uncle touched my head. What did Uncle do to me?" clara asked suspiciously with her lips pressed one inch forward.

Leo gave a crisp laugh staring at Clara making this little girl even more embarrassed. He knows that Leo is not an arbitrary person, he can even close the entrance that Clara is very difficult to guard.

"Uncle just threw away something that stuck to you."

A little Clara understood, maybe she didn't have to tell Leo everything. Not because Leo already understood everything, but Clara was just afraid of being scolded.

" Why are you playing with them?"

DEG

Clara's body flinched for a moment. "A-I'm not–" Clara's mouth tightly shut looking at Leo's face.

A handsome face with a thin smile and sharp eyes was now staring at Clara. In contrast to Harumi who smiled very gently when angry, Leo's smile was only engraved thinly but the gaze of the eyes was so intimidating.

Clara was scared. What kind of aura was he feeling at this moment. "Sorry Uncle."

"No need to apologize to me. It's all been happening. I'm just worried you got carried away too deep."

Clara squeezed her pants tightly. Leo who is in a bad mood is more creepy than his mother. Where was uncle with that gentle smile?

Deg deg.

Oh myGod. Finish me.

"Calm down, honey."

Clara jerks. He looked up at Leo. The look on his face still did not change, but he knew his uncle was not that scary.

"Listen. Your feelings are just an illusion. Don't follow that. You're crying like that because of all the touch you've done."

JLEB

Clara's heart seemed to be pierced by a sharp object. But it's not bleeding. Right, Leo seems to know everything.

"The feeling you feel is fake, remember it's fine. It's hard to fight it but you have to stay sober. If you get carried away, finish it all. Switch to something else. If you find trouble, come to me."

"Is there a way to shut it down Uncle?"

"There was. But it won't be as easy as when you were a kid. There's an uncomfortable effect, you need to rest afterwards. So, prepare yourself. When you're ready, come to me. Faster is better."

Leo glanced at Clara at a glance then spoke back. "You'll lose control of your emotions if you keep getting too deeply involved. Do you realize your temper has been unstable lately? Your anger can get out of hand, you'll have a hard time making decisions with a cold head. And you will often get carried away. So switch everything, get busy."

Clara. Explain what Leo explained. Is correct. The only way is to close it. And everything will be back to normal.

"Clara, fight that feeling. It was your fight."

"So you're gonna close it?" ask Lisya. This ghost looked sad, like he was thinking about something.

"What's wrong?" clara asked with the phone stuck to her ear. He looked at Lisya confused.

"Ah, it's okay. I'm happy that this will finally get back to normal for you. I'm sorry to have made you this difficult" Lisya replied with a smile that looked forced in Clara's eyes.

This girl just quietly sat on the bench of the park, staring at Lisya who looked unhappy at the news.

"I..," said Lisya hesitantly. "I'm just sad. You're the only friend I can talk to. Even when I was alive, I didn't have friends like you. You're the only friend who wants to be with me for who I am."

WRESTLING

Something throbbed pain in Clara's heart. Why does Lisya look so sad? Maybe this was what Reyhan meant back then, Lisya only had Reyhan and no one was really friends with him.

"Lisya, do you intend to stay here long?"

Lisya did not answer. He looked at Clara with a complicated face. In the next instant, this beautiful ghost smiled wistfully.

"No Clara. I told Rey my time won't be long. I just want to accompany her for a moment. I want her to be happy with her life."

Lisya lowered her head, staring blankly at the grass in front of her. "The longer he's been with Rey, the more he's suffered. He didn't even tell me the problem, I didn't want to see him like that. Ah sorry, I suddenly confided in you," Lisya said with a small laugh.

"Thank you for everything Clara. I didn't think meeting you could be so memorable for me. I'm sorry if Rey and I brought so much trouble to you. After this, don't forget to call Rey if you need help."

Hearing Lisya's sentence made Clara speechless. Seeing the look on Lisya's face, he hoped that his ghost friend would finish his business well after this. But there was something little Clara thought about.

Not wanting to think more complicated, Clara smiled lightly. "certain."
